The letter, by the head of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (Iskcon), Mumbai, addressed to Justice K L Manjunath, was received by the Court.

The contents referred to a felicitation organised for the Judge by Bangalore Iskcon and had raised the question of how he could hear the matter.

Mentioning about the letter and expressing his displeasure about it in the open court on Friday, Justice Manjunath ordered issue of notices to both.

Iskcon, Mumbai, has been waging a legal battle since 2001 over the affairs of the Bangalore Iskcon.

Furore in HC over letter to judge

A letter sent to Justice K L Manjunath, senior judge of the Karnataka High Court, questioning his credentials caused a furore in the courtroom on Friday.

During the hearing of an appeal by ISKCON, Mumbai, challenging the lower court order declaring ISKCON Bangalore as the absolute owner of its temple here, Justice Manjunath spoke about the letter and a photograph, which were sent in the name of Jayapathaka Swamy Shishya Samuha, ISKCON, Mumbai.

The photograph showed him receiving a picture of Lord Krishna as a gift from ISKCON, Bangalore, during his visit to the temple in 2003, and the letter mentioned that he should not take up the case as he is closely associated with ISKCON, Bangalore. The letter said, copies had been sent to the HC Chief Justice, Chief Justice of India and the fourth estate.

An unhappy Justice Manjunath observed, “It is nothing but an attempt to scandalise the judge and judiciary. It is done with an intention to bring down the reputation of judiciary. I will not budge to this kind of blackmailing tactics of the parties.”

“The letter has questioned my integrity. The respondent ISKCON, Bangalore should make its stand clear about the letter and photograph by filing an affidavit. What has happened to this court shall not be repeated in other courts,” justice Manjunath said.

He said he used to visit the temple as a devotee until 2003 and stopped thereafter due to several doubts. “This should not happen to the innocent devotees visiting temples,” he said.

Regarding the gift, he said that even the administrative officers at Kollur gifted him with a pendant of the deity during his visit to the temple, but he had issued a judgement against them after a month. Udaya Holla, former Advocate General and counsel for ISKCON, Mumbai, submitted that his client is totally unaware about the letter. “The respondent (ISKCON, Bangalore) might have sent the same to you in their name. The photograph was taken in ISKCON, Bangalore. How could we (Mumbai ISKCON) access the photograph?” Holla asked.

ISKCON, Bangalore had filed a suit in the lower court seeking to restrain ISKCON Mumbai from interfering in its affairs.

Dear Sirs of the Bangalore High Court:
RE: ISKCON Bangalore vs ISKCON Bombay

My name is Puranjana dasa, initiated into ISKCON by AC Bhaktivedanta Swami 'Srila Prabhupada' in 1970. I was officially "exommunicated" from ISKCON in 1979 by four "gurus" including the current Mayapura (West Bengal) "guru" JAYAPATAKA swami, for my saying that persons "engaged in illicit sex and taking and selling drugs" are neither India's, Krishna's nor Srila Prabhupada's "pure devotee uttama adhikary guru successors." Of course at this point we can add that some of their "gurus" have been credited with poisoning the founder of the Hare Krishna religion (see information web links below).

I find it not too surprising that important India government authorities and judges like K L Manjuanath and C R Kumarswamy are getting strange packages from the "Jayapataka sisya samuha (i.e. Mayapura, West Bengal ISKCON)," since Jayapataka is the biggest leader of the "enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophile acharyas" which has molested thousands of ISKCON's children. We won a $400 million lawsuit against Jayapataka's "molester messiah's" party in the USA for their mass child molesting program, and we forced the Jayapataka camp to plead "no contest" (see links documents about the case and our lawyer Windle Turley of Dallas).

And so when Mr. Nair (Madhu Pandit) of Bangalore ISKCON tried to establish the correct idea, he was immediately attacked, just as we are also attacked by the same deviants. By the way, some of the Jayapataka party said to us that Bangalore's food distribution program is "karma kanda nonsense" and they want to halt the free food program, and no doubt they would if they could legally stop the free food programme.

Many of the other alleged gurus in the Jayapataka guru regime have also been caught engaged in criminal actions, embezzling funds for personal use, aiding and abetting mass child molesting, orchestrating beatings and murders of dissenters, and so on and so forth. The attack on Indian culture, Krishna and His guru succession has also gone on ever since 1977. For example, recently ISKCON's and Jayapataka swami's main spokesman Jayadvaita swami (Jay Israel) says that ISKCON gurus can be found to be "engaged in illicit sex with men, women and possibly children as well." India's saints, and Krishna's acharyas and guru successors are sometimes "engaged in illicit sex even with children"? Actually it is true, some of their "gurus" were molesting children. So these deviant ISKCON leaders are insulting the whole culture of Hinduism / Bharat / India. And they are systematically banning, beating and assassinating those of us who object since 1977.

I was also threatened with violence by then guru Jayatirtha if I would not agree to support the worship of their deviant "Krishna's guru successors." I has since received many hundreds of death threats, and my associates have been beaten, assassinated and "disappearred." I have subsequently investigated what appears to be a criminal take over of ISKCON by false gurus which would include: Members of Delhi ISKCON (Gopal Khanna); Bombay ISKCON (Radhanatha swami aka Richard Slavin); Mayapura, West Bengal ISKCON (Jayapataka swami), and many other similar complicitors.

I'd like to open discussion with anyone who can help us on these topics, especially since the violent guru cult is currently undergoing a sort of melt-down which is making its fanatical followers become more enraged and possibly inflamed into even more violence.
