Thanks Krishna Kirti dasa. Yes, the idea that "gurus fall down" is sort of like a pandora's box because, where do we actually draw the line and finally say: these deviant persons are not Krishna's successor gurus, were not ever HIS successor gurus, could not have been HIS gurus? This is why Srila Prabhupada banned Nitai when he started to say "gurus fall down," and he said "who is this rascal, who says gurus fall down?"

Then again, Srila Prabhupada said that nice pakka brahmana behavior is kanistha, so these fallen persons are not even kanisthas, as was verified by GBC Harivilas when he said that the karmis are more advanced than the GBC (gurus).

The GBC says that their gurus sometimes are "engaged in illicit sex with men, women and children" -- so this has become the new standard for acharyas in our parampara. We would argue that it is better to keep the ideal standard for the acharyas, Krishna's successors, whereas the persons falling down are like priests, or ritviks, so then the post of acharya remains pure. Just like with the Christians, they know that the falling persons are not gurus, but it is their priests who are falling. So this keeps the sanctity of the acharya as pure. As for zones, every year the GBC writes up the zones for their gurus, they have always been zonal gurus.

As for Gaura Keshava, he now says that Srila Prabhupada's books no longer give divyam jnanam which destroys sins (diksha). This is a fantastic admission, he admits he is a faithless person who has no faith in the books that Srila Prabhupada said would initiate people into spiritual life for the next 10,000 years.

For example, I recently gave a neighbor some of his books and she quit smoking and drinking and she is becomming a vegetarian devotee OF KRISHNA, whereas Gaura Keshava says she is not being given any divyam jnanam which destroys sins AT ALL, so he thinks she is in a big illusion now because of not getting any divyam jnanam from these books, and her acceptance of Srila Prabhupada is all bogus.

No! Srila Prabhupada says he would live on in his books FOREVER, whereas Gaura Keshava says he is dead in his books. So this is the basic problem we have with these folks. They think this woman who is being a devotee FROM THE BOOKS has not got any divyam jnanam and her sins are not being rectified, although we see she is getting free of sins every day!

Then again Gaura Kesva says we all need a living guru, but he never even mentions the name of his living guru? Is that because we would know his living guru is voted in by deviants, as per the rules of the GBC's shastric advisory committtee? How come he never tells us who his living guru is? Maybe he is bluffing and he has none at all? Or is his living guru Santa Claus? Srila Prabhupada says a person who does not give the name of his guru is a mayavadi.

Jayadvaita - Jay Israel Book-Changer-Falsifier

No wonder though, Gaura Keshava cites the version of Bhagwat Gita of Jayadvaita, so he is in league with the "gurus are engaged in illicit sex with men, women and children" campus. That is the authority of Gaura Keshava. Jayadvaita also said to me this year at Rathayatra that "not too many" gurus are engaged in illicit sex like this. So this is they type of authority for Gaura Keshava, he thinks the books of Srila Prabhupada contains no divyam jnanam which destroys sins, no wonder under his plan we are hardly selling any books at all to the public, and the ones we sell are often the changed books, and he endorses the changed books even by citing them.

So he thinks that Srila Prabhupada's books are dead, guru is dead, Gaudiya Matha part 2, whereas Jayadvaita is living, and he says gurus have illicit sex with men, women and children. Fine high standards we get from this group eh wot? Notice also that Gaura Keshava is a "living guru" fanatic like Kirtanananda was. Why are we still giving the same arguments as these people gave all along? And didn't this living guru process cause havoc for children? thanks pd

Dear Krishna-kirti,

Although everything you say is generally philosophically correct, if we analyze your personal life, we find many inconsistencies. You speak such high philosophy, but you are a householder living outside the temple, not chanting 16 rounds a day, working a karmi job for the US government, going to a karmi university, and married to a materialistic indian woman. Therefore who are you to criticize anybody?

When I was at your house, I saw you constantly screaming and fighting with your indian wife. You talk so much about culture and married life, but you can't even personally maintain a peaceful family life.

If my comments are not good enough for your blog, please also remove my letter called "Why I am leaving ISKCON" which you posted to your blog. [ed. - sorry, you submitted your letter to this site for publishing. It got published. It's not coming down.]

Krishna-kirti, although I consider you to be the "cream of the crop" of ISKCON, still, if one considers it, that even you are involved in so many nonsense activities, it is simply proof that everyone in ISKCON is nonsense to a greater or lesser degree. Otherwise, how could they tolerate being in ISKCON?

Vyapaka Prabhu: So until you can do provide some sastric support, I humbly request that the Shyamasundara (the astrologer), Trivikrama, Basu Ghosh, Pancaratna, Sankarshana and Krishna Kirti's of the world to please shut up. Your hypocrisy is enough to make me puke.
