Please accept my most humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
A GBC representative [Krishna Dharma dasa] recently threatened that the GBC has full legal control over the names "Hare Krishna," as their personal "trademark." Others cannot use God's name "without [the GBC's] license"! This echoes the previous GBC's "Hare Krishna" copyright claim, from Badrinarayana dasa. However, Srila Prabhupada clearly stated that "Hare Krishna" cannot be copyrighted (Dinesh, 1969).
Moreover, any bona fide ancient Vedic scriptural text has already been openly broadcast and commented upon by thousands of persons, for thousands of years, and has thus been freely quoted and reprinted by millions of persons. In modern terms this would mean that these verses are now public domain, i.e. no honest man would claim copyright on such Vedic verses, especially God's most ancient name? Moreover, Srila Prabhupada says that persons who try to buy, sell and trade[mark] the Lord's names, and Vedic mantras, are simply offensive demons.
Therefore, the fact that some GBCs claim to have "copyright" over the names of God, "Hare Krishna," in itself constitutes a blatant illegal violation of Srila Prabhupada's teachings. God is their cheap "property" to buy and sell?
WHAT "ORDER"? Now, in addition to the thousands of existing questions on such things as: the 1977 "guru appointment tapes"; the "new guru's" homosexual pedophile guru theology; the missing funds; missing devotees; dead bodies; and so on and so forth, we now have to ask, "When did Srila Prabhupada give any GBC the mandate to copyright 'Hare Krishna'?" Once again it seems just to enhance their mundane Pharisee's "Holy Name" business.
SUPPRESS KRISHNA'S NAME? The Holy Name of Krishna cannot ever be "owned," especially by some panel of self-appointed homosexual pedophile guru parties. Moreover, the deviant GBC has systematically destroyed every single major project that Srila Prabhupada created. First, the GBC harassed, threw out, banned, beat and shot Prabhupada's children. They were just getting started. Then they closed temples, farms and schools, and bankrupted important projects. They practically bankrupted the BBT and destroyed the Back to Godhead magazine's content and mass distribution. They deviated the samkirtan movement so much so, that people everywhere either hated Srila Prabhupada and his devotees, or concluded that we worship homosexual pedophiles, or they simply asked, where are the devotees? The GBC made Krishna's name synonymous with criminal behavior and their abominable homosexual pedophile "Jesus" project.
Worse, after all this, they still insist that homosexual pedophiles are components of the eternally-pure parampara, which has resulted in major molestation problems. They kicked out the cowherd men, so Krishna's cows have to suffer and die. And now, to top off their fine record of despicable "scorched earth" policies, they declare that it is illegal to glorify Krishna, and distribute Prabhupada's books, the very basis of Prabhupada's movement! In other words, they have already destroyed everything else, so why not bulldoze out that one little flower that is still standing, after their atomic bomb barrage on Prabhupada's movement? Simply wonderful?
EVIL RECORD. The GBC, just like the Pharisees of old, have a long and sordid track record of how they treat the pure devotee's followers: kangaroo courts, contrived Pharisee-styled excommunication, banning, beating, harassing, stealing, breaking marriages, molesting his children and grandchildren, and when some of them think they can get away with it, they have assassinated his children. Even karmis know this and they wrote: Monkey [Prabhupada's devotees] On A Stick, exactly as the Pharisees had Christ put on a stick, and had his sincere followers stoned and banned. History repeats.
GURU: OR JUDAS? Some are now saying that these new Pharisees could not directly kill the pure devotee so they indirectly kill him, by forbidding his worship, his books, his followers, God's eternal Holy Name, with cheap legal cheating. Some say these GBC Pharisees are worse than Judas and Pilate, because they at least felt bad for harassing the pure devotee, "but these guys just get worse year by year."
SEAT FOR WHOM? "Woe unto you, Pharisees, for you love the uppermost seats in the synagogues...." Who sits in ISKCON's uppermost seats? When the gurus first met in late 1977, a comment was said to have been made: "There are only eleven of us and six of us are Jews. We have a majority." And this trend has expanded, so much so, that there is now a joke: "What do you have when you get one hundred GBC gurus in a room?" Answer: Orange Jews. (GBC gurus wear saffron robes.)
TKG's current crew is now, more than ever, full of the formerly ex-Jewish. And a New York devotee says the temple there "is run by four Jews."
MEDIA TAKEOVER? Currently, all of the major ISKCON media groups are still run by the ex-Jewish: ISKCON World Review-Grant; Back to Godhead-Jayadvaita or J. Israel; ITV-Shapiro; Krishna Productions, etc.
Many current schools are also run by the ex-Jewish: Alachua schools-Cohen, Goldman, Mager. Centennial "rectification"-Meier; Prison Ministry-Meyers; Kesihanta-Solomon; Mahatma dasa-Klausner; Scholar-Satyaraja or Rosen; New guru reformer-Jacobs; Biggest supporter of "Mr. Bikini bogus pedophile guru-supporter" Brahmatirtha-Cohen; GBC supporter-Rupanuga-Cohen; etc., etc.
And both of the big ISKCON lawyers, are, never mind. "Woe unto you, lawyers! For ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered." (Luke 11.52)
PATTERN? We are not condemning the Jewish race. Many of them certainly serve the pure devotees favorably, but the ones who have, and the ones who still are orchestrating plots against the pure devotees, they will be remembered terribly in history. The Jewish race has a track record of being "anti-messiah," so they have to really work hard to now promote the pure devotees and not exploit or kill their preaching. This will be their glory. Otherwise, they may be noted for disservice.
CASTE MONOPOLY. "Woe unto ye Pharisees, sons of vipers!" Srila Prabhupada sometimes calls such syndromes self-appointed gurus or caste monopoly. The Gaudiya Matha of India essentially did what the Jewish race formerly did to Jesus, they suppressed Krishna's messenger. Worse, Srila Prabhupada does not hesitate to call that Matha's deviants: cockroaches, ferocious black snakes, Ravana demons, and importantly, "guru killers."
Srila Prabhupada said that the Jews killed their guru...and that the Gaudiya Matha killed their guru. Thus, people ask, is it any wonder that our GBC conspirators, such as TKG, are always collaborating with his small secret "Jewish chosen ones" clique, and quoting from the Gaudiya Matha? Now people ask, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura was poisoned, was our Prabhupada? And why do TKG and his cronies hate Srila Prabhupada's worshippers by implying they're envious [demons]?
PARALLELS? And what did the Gaudiya Matha establish? The homosexual guru principle. One of their "gurus" even raped one of Prabhupada's followers. And what did the GBC, mixing a strange and a deviant homosexual pedophile agenda, create? What else? Homosexual pedophile "Jesus" "chosen ones" gurus. And then they use "the letter of the [karmi] law" to uphold such rubbish. If you do not accept our [GBC Pharisee] homosexual pedophile guru lineage, ye shall be taken to the karmi court! Yes, but what of the court of Yamaraja? "You can cheat, but it will not be effective."
WHO OWNS GOD? "We own the parampara and so we can place homosexual pedophiles into it. Just try and stop us Pharisees! We own the name of God Almighty and ye...cannot utter it thus, without our permit? Or else...ye shall be smote from the land, banned, driven out, ethnically purged, or given a .45 slug in the head? And we shall fleece ye of your possessions as you are beaten upon with our GBC Pharisee 'law' shoes?" Surely, this is the plot of the anti-Christ, or the anti-Prabhupada?
BEST DESTRUCTION PLAN! Some now think that just ONE of the GBC's bogus plans would have ruined Prabhupada's movement. For example, to create, sustain and reinstate their homosexual pedophile "Jesus" party, and infiltrate the schools and Church with pedophile worship.
FIRE IN THE MARKETPLACE: What better plan to drive out all of the Western devotees, so that they can now bring in the innocent Hindus, for some cheap worship, and more importantly, GBC's watchful eye? Just like sometimes a great thief will shout "fire" in a big marketplace so that when everyone flees, he can grab all of the booty. Once might say, even if it was not planned, how convenient that it has worked out that way, and coincidence, of Jewish descent! Moreover, if that was not a conscious plan, then why are they still defending this odious situation with legal teeth?
TKG used to say that his homosexual pedophile pal, namely Bhavananda, was "my most favorite GBC." TKG seems to have now arranged for his pal to get hundreds and thousands of dollars for cars, houses, restaurants, so they can go on promoting their homosexual ideas. When did Prabhupada want this?
And TKG's other pal, Harikesh, brought Armenian yantras to Mayapura, some say, and these yantras were used to place black magic curses on Prabhupada devotees. However, the curse appears to have backfired onto the innocent devotees in Armenia. Black magic is for demons and no bona fide acharya has ever used such tactics.
GOD IS GAY? O Pharisees, sons of vipers! Beware! In 1977 you conspired, by threat of death, to enforce your known pedophile homosexual(s) to be equal to God Almighty. Foul blasphemers posing as learned men! Even the "Satan's Slaves" motorcycle gang would spit in your faces after hearing of your "God is qualitatively equal to gay pedophiles" mad scheme. Even they have some respect for the almighty?
Thus you are forcing us to eat your deadly venom that God is a homosexual pedophile. And we became so ill from your serpent's breath that we could not practically even breathe, and then you beat us up more. Sometimes physically. Now you say you own (trademark) God Almighty, Himself! HE is YOUR personal property! No. One who uses the Holy Name for his own purposes, he is NEVER forgiven by the Lord, or any agent of the Lord. That is what we are told. You dragons of destruction stall he cast into a pit, according to Sri Isopanishad, those who promote false acharyas fall farther down than the karmis!
Yes, you will be able to enjoy the death and destruction of the Krishna consciousness movement on this earth, but only in the proper time. In ten thousand years your plan for homosexual pedophile acharyas, beating the innocent devotees, promoting hatred of Prabhupada's followers and killing devotees, will all come to pass. Now you will have to wait. So take your secret club, your secret bank balances and the millions you have stolen from Prabhupada and Krishna and enjoy it well, because you will pay back each and every penny with millions of percent interest.
But you have no fear of such things because you do not believe in God. Otherwise, how could you [orchestrate] kicking on the faces of all of Prabhupada's children and molesting, if not shooting them in the back?

Yes, you have very cleverly usurped the assets of the pure devotee and harassed away all of his servants, so you can get rich with your Hindu-fraud scams. Wonderful. But, you can't take it with you, as the saying goes. Your stolen booty will remain here and only a very bad memory of some evil schemers will last as your legacy for the next 10,000 years. Sheesh!
