One Million $ollars paid to the Russian Mafia!

Over a month ago, GBC authorised another
payment of 1 million US dollars to Harikesh Das for his grhastha life. HH Gopal Krishna
Goswami made a statement at the ICC meeting held in Vrindavan that they were threatened by
the mafia and that if they did not pay off, some of the leaders will be exterminated. When
questioned that the mafia may continue in the future to extort more money by making
further threats, Maharaj replied quite confidently that the Russian mafias were quite
honourable and they didn't break their agreements.
Maharaj continued that there was a silver lining in this that some of the gurus lives were
saved & the mafia returned the books previously taken from the temple.
