PADA thankful obeisances to BC swami
Hrdayananda?I told one woman that they poisoned Prabhupada and she said, "Tamal and his friends were always demons right from the start. They just wanted to be 'the next Prabhupada' by tricks and force and not by purity. So, the poison issue explains everything, they are demons, and the demons are atheists, so they killed Prabhupada thinking 'there is no God to punish us.' They were also not too friendly to us women either..."
Some folks do not realize this but the original cause of the poison case is that Bhakti Caru swami brought it to our attention in the first place. BC was ouside of Prabhupada's room, crying very dramatically, in November of 1977. And a devotee (AD) saw this event and came up to BC and asked, why are you crying? BC replied to AD that he was crying because -- just a few minutes previously, Prabhupada had said that he was being poisoned. AD was thus convinced at the time in November of 1977, thanks to solid testimony from BC, that Prabhupada had been poisoned. http://members.tripod.com/gurupoison/support/charucoverup.htm
