calling itself ISKCON for the past 30 years is not ISKCON at all but a branch
of the Gaudiya Matha, replete with its false appointed acharyas, its homosexual
"gurus", and the general criminal and abusive mentality of its adherents. I was
talking to one Godsister the other day, and we came to the conclusion that those
people who remain affiliated with that pseudo-ISKCON organization now behave and
speak as if they are possessed by ghosts and demons.

days before His death.

BBTI is not even the "BBT" Prabhupada established. It is simply ISKCON
operating under another name. They have nothing to do whatsoever with Prabhupada's
BBT. It is simply a con. They are not the BBT and, as Hansadutta Prabhu's
case has proved, THEY HAVE NO CLEAR CLAIM TO THE COPYRIGHTS OF PRABHUPADA'S BOOKS.
So the copyright issue is not relevant. BBTI have no clear claim to the rights
to Prabhupada's books at all. Nothing has changed since Hansadutta's case except
Hansadutta "signed over" the copyrights to the BBTI... But it is very unlikely
that Hansadutta had the copyrights of Prabhupada's books in his possession so
his "signing over" of the copyrights to the BBTI is completely bogus also. So
the BBTI is NOT Prabhupada's BBT at all and they do not have any clear claim to
the copyrights on Prabhupada's books.

Already twenty-four years have passed without any positive action being
taken. "From facts disclosed by the investigation, it would appear that Swamiji
was administered arsenic in His food and medicine, prior to, and in the final
days before His death." Even though there is much evidence to support an official
investigation, all we have been subjected to is debate, rumor and innuendo. In
this way, the "death" of Srila Prabhupada (and the suggestions of "arsenic poisoning"
) has caused so much heartache, that it is now intolerable.

has been ingrained into many of the youth, by the GBC and some deviated adults.
It really started with Tamal, and guys like Jaggadisha who spoon fed this idea
into the society.
I AM SO SO ASHAMED OF BEING A PART OF THE HARE KRSNAS, it is something
I would never wish upon my worst enemy. WE ARE ASHAMED of our childhoods!!! In

like when people start asking questions about the origin of my name. I of course
would NEVER tell them the truth, I simply make a joke about it. I am so ashamed

teachers, so ashamed of my guru, so ashamed of myself for not running to the nearest
orphanage.

Yaduvendu: I’m glad to see that the Turley case will bring destruction
and wipe out these temples in America. It is obviously Krsna’s arrangement, to
clean up this filthy mess.
Saksi Gopal: A petition is being looked at by lawyers. Hopefully,
we will soon have an official document that can be E-mailed for printing and signatures.
Raghunatha Anudasa: If you were not so mislead by Jagadish's
propaganda of blaming Prabhupada, you would be allowed to see Jagadish's role
more clearly--which would leave you as disgusted about Jagadish as I am. I only
hope the courts don't overlook Jagadish's role as you have. This is one of my
primary concerns.

and the child abuse lawsuit is only aimed at monetary compensation, and the formal
poison investigation is not even started, and the book change issue is who knows
where, etc. etc. etc., actual reform in ISKCON management is presently only found
in the petition drive for carrying out Srila Prabhupada's Direction of Management
for an elected GBC. This is the only effort aimed at improving the present unauthorized
and corrupt oligarchy in ISKCON management without which there will be no real
solution to the fundamental deviations.

Analysing ISKCON for Twenty-five Years: A Personal Reflection: E.
Burke Rochford, Jr. Ph.D. author Hare Krishna in America, says people do
not trust the GBC, hmmmmm wonder why that is? (PADA)
Mr. Rochford: I have come to the conclusion that even if (a) ISKCON’s
problems are identified precisely and (b) real, practical and viable solutions
are proposed, the GBC body lacks the foresight, resources and authority to act
on behalf of ISKCON’s membership and in the best interests of Prabhupada’s movement.
It is time for leaders and other devotees to stop acting on the basis of pretence,
position or, more accurately, hiding behind these things. It is time to set the
dandas aside — one’s real and imagined authority — and talk straight. Bluffing
will not do.

They were bullies, they were bruisers, they were pushy, they were aggressive,
they were exploiters, they were in sum: bad guys, homosexuals, paedophiles, murderers
and poisoners. And like we said, instead of being rated as bilge scum as some
of them were, they were being worshipped as exalted spiritualists. So this
set the stage for the wider abuses in ISKCON, clearly. The
reason Tamal did not stand out as so unusual was that there was a lot of other
bullies, homosexuals, misogynists and so forth, in so many other
places, and so many prominent places. So these bully boy types simply gained more
and more ground until they finally were able to take over Srila Prabhupada's room
and administer poison.

and servile way that MOST devotees were treated, it is no wonder the society is
on the verge of collapse. In Iskcon there is no moral basis. Anything can be done
as long as it can be claimed to be for Krsna. What a dichotomy. But
