Oh, the GBC are turning over a new leaf! They are all going to be "Mr.
Nice-guys"! Now, instead of our being threatened, banned, beat and shot,
they have a new program! They'll toss you into the black hole of Calcutta
prison system! This is the new and improved "loving" program!
Seems like some GBC clones orchestrated having a devotee (Sattvik prabhu)
arrested on some kind of bogus trumped up "visa" charges, which they
forwarded to the India authorities, and the "usual suspects" are Jayapataka
and/or his goons. The first happy ending is that Sattvik was not harmed in
the jail, and he was also released, according to the report below. The
other happy ending is that now some of Jayapataka's own people are
wondering: what kind of people would organize such a vicious campaign
against the devotees of the Lord?
And another happy ending is that Tripurari's clan just now came forward to
defend these gestapos, showing us CLEARLY where he is at. According to the
Srimad Bhagavatam anyone who imprisons, harasses, threatens, bans, beats,
molests, kills, or in any way even impedes a Vaishnava is the greatest
sinner. And people who are so sinful as to to threaten violence, beat or
jail the Vaishnavas are heading for a trip through Yama's stone crushing
rollers, as is descibed in the pages of shastra. So, we can just imagine
how long these GBC and their henchmen will have to stay in the roller realm
for their constant 24/7 program harassing, banning, beating, molesting,
killing, causing so much anxiety to the poor devotees that they get cancer,
and so on ad infinitum. And now getting Vaishnavas placed in jail? Very sinful.
And just like the GBC did not attend to their victims, such as our dear
friend's cancer illness, no one will attend to their complaints when they
are in the rollers. Sri Isopanisad says that these false pure devotees are
the most dangerous elements in human society, and when they die they are
destined for the most obnoxious places in the universe, but first, they
must take a ride on the stone crushing rollers, because mistreating great
souls is NEVER TOLERATED BY THE LORD. Of course, for the poisoning of Srila
Prabhupada, we would not trade our past 60 ka-drillion years of AWFUL karma
for ONE SECOND of their future karma. ys pada

1) GBC HAS DEVOTEE JAILED
Dear Puranjana,
It all started just a few weeks ago on February 22. I was surprised to hear
that the Calcutta temple vice president, Sattvic Prabhu was in prison. The
charge was/is visa fraud. I was told by an "informant" that there
were four
people responsible for his arrest: JPS, Dayaram das, Satyadhana das and one
other devotee with a name like Banu something.
Anyway, this is where I witnessed the confusion and bewilderment of JPS's
followers, because some of them couldn't understand why devotees would
maliciously act
this way towards other devotees. Especially, since one of the perpetrators
was JPS himself. I could sense the confusion some of his devotees were
experiencing, trying to come to grips with this act of agression towards
Sattvic Prabhu, who happens to be close friends with some of these devotees
and well known in the region for his many years of solid service to Srila
Prabhupada's mission.
This informant told me that Sattvic Prabhu was thrown into the most
abominable prison environment in Calcutta, amidst the thieves and
murderers. The food and water were not fresh and the devotees had to bring
him clean food and water from the outside. After some days there, he was
moved to a better prison and now, as of two days ago, he has been released
by a court judge with the condition that he not leave Calcutta.
Despite being in such conditions, Sattvic prabhu was said to be in good
spirits, I was told that he was getting the others in his cell to have
kirtan with him. One rather mystical aspect to this situation was that one
night in that prison he had a dream where Srila Prabhupada came to him and
said: "These men have ruined everything!"
I hope Sattvic prabhu can tell more about his dream in the future.
Apparently, just one day before his arrest, Sattvic was traveling to
Mayapur, and upon arriving there, he had a run in with Dayaram das. Their
cars met face to face in the road and they each got out, the sitiuation was
tense, Sattvic was reportedly trying to tell Dayaram that he (dayaram)
should not take all the legal wranglings on a personal level. At that
point, Dayaram das said, "You've brought this courtcase upon us, now you
will see the fun begin very soon," and the next day Sattvic was arrested.
One irony is, just a few days ago, I read on the net somewhere, one GBC
devotee had written an article about how there was a new spirit of love,
trust, cooperation, forgiveness and basically no more aggression, which was
universally approved of and resolved by the GBC this year in Mayapur ...and
having devotees arrested and placed into dangerous jails full of murderers
and violent criminals, with inedible food and undrinkable water, and trying
to disturb or even halt their many years of service to Krishna --if not
have them attacked physically (which could occur in a dangerous prison), is
the GBC's idea of loving exchanges in the holy dhama?
The arrest was based on alleged visa fraud, seems that Sattvic prabhu, who
is an Italian national has been in India on a student visa for the last 18
years. The devotees in Mayapur knew this, evidently Bhavananda das
(Vishnupada?!?) helped him get the visa in the first place. Their reasoning
was, how is it that he is now Vice President if he's here on a student
visa? In the hearing that occured just a few days ago, the judge was not
impressed and said that it's normal for students to move up into managerial
positions and he released Sattvic prabhu. I wasn't told why the judge
ordered Sattvic to not leave Calcutta.
The devotees in Mayapura are trying in anyway they can to undermine the
ISKCON Calcutta temple, and bascially destroy Srila Prabhupada's preaching
temple program there, and they are really foaming at the mouth to get
Adridharan Prabhu, but he is much to sophisticated for them. Mayapura
temple was funded in large part from Calcutta temple for many years, now
that funding has come to an end. Until Mayapur implements the representive
of the Acharya system that Srila Prabhupada instituted, they will have no
support from ISKCON Calcutta temple. With their coffers drying up, they are
turning to desperate measures. Hopefully they will surrender to Srila
Prabhupada's desires on initiations within ISKCON soon.

Dear Prabhus,
We will be filling a law suit against certain GBC, ex GBC members and Tp's
in the next six months. The Indian Embassy in Washington DC, has given us
the procedure to follow in India. Also Civil and class action Law suits
will be filled in the United States and other countries. They will cover
three major areas, 1. Racketeering, 2. Wrong full death 3. Psychological
abuse. We will be working with the FBI and IRS in their current
investigations. At this time Mr. Turley is considering the case. We are
awaiting Balavanta and Naveen Krsna Prabhu’s input. Nityananda and Naveen
Krsna in their own separate investigations are seeking funds for further
Hair and Tape analysis.
We are continuing our efforts to accumulate facts and move forward. If you
feel you have been Psychological abused by the manipulation of Srila
Prabhupada’s instructions we would like to hear from you. In regards to
the
Racketeering case we need to document the misallocation of ISKCON funds. If
you have proof of any of the following please come forward. This would
involve but not be limited to:
1. Any Temple or "outside" devotees receiving pay for services rendered.
[PADA: You can start in Los Angeles. Srila Prabhupada said no householders
should get salaries there...]
2. Any Temple officer using ISKCON funds for personal cars etc.
2. Any "Guru,"GBC etc collecting funds and maintaining personal bank
accounts
3. The sale of any ISKCON property where the funds were not used to
continue preaching in the same area.
4. Any Temple that is run by devotees from other countries with out a local
community board. This will involve IRS Tax Exempt laws.
5. Any Devotee using ISKCON property (cars, houses, laxmi, etc) on an
ongoing basis without offering full time service to the Temple.
At this time, before any more of Krsna’s Laxmi etc… is wasted we
invite the
GBC to come forward and solve the above mentioned situations. This law suit
should not be considered to be the same as the Gaudiya Math lawsuits nor
the Ritvik lawsuit. We are only attempting to preserve Srila Prabhupada’s
ISKCON based on the standards HE has documented in His, books, letters and
tapes. There is no quarrel over Acarya nor are we seeking control of any
property. In the law suit we will strictly pursue those persons who have
misused Srila Prabhupada’s resources and Psychologically abused others.

I think that anything that you can do to help the ISKCON leaders to see the
light, and to make amends for the great offenses that they have committed
against the 2nd generation, is a step in the right direction. However, when
push comes to shove, It's the lawyers that are going to have to work out
the details.
[PADA: Agreed, the problem all along is "enforcing the agreements."
The GBC
makes all kinds of agreements and promises, for example to get rid of
molesters -- then they keep abusers as gurus and/or their court's
spokesmen; They promise money -- then do not pay. So, perhaps the "court
settlement" is inevitable since they never show good faith. Apart from
that, they might agree to settle out of court with a few litigants, but
then there are other litigants who may want another settlement.]
PRATYATOSA: Correction: You said the there are only 80 litigants in the
Turley lawsuit after 2 years. The "80" figure may be correct, but
in
actuality it's been less than one year. The Turley law firm decided to go
ahead with the lawsuit on May 5, 1999 ("Law Firm To Pursue Class-Action

Where did you get the information that that ISKCON is ready to settle? I
don't think that the GBC any longer has the authority or the respect within
ISKCON to settle even if they wanted to. A few years ago, when Badrinarayan
was in charge of investigating child abuse in ISKCON, he was complaining
that he couldn't even get enough money to make one conference call
("Writing on the Wall" http://www.irg.zetnet.co.uk/prat2.html)!
When the GBC settled the Robin George case for $1.5 million, they borrowed
the money from Harikesa, and every GBC man promised to pay back his share
or resign from the GBC ("A Trick to Get Harikesa to Cough Up the Dough"
http://www.com.org/hb/ptd/ATrickOnHKS.htm), but nobody paid back anything,
and nobody resigned either (hypocrites).
After feeling some pressure because of the upcoming Turley lawsuit, the GBC
staged a publicity stunt by announcing that they had pledged $1 million to
help the abuse victims and to help prevent future abuses ("ISKCON Pledges
One Million Dollars To Child Protection"

Its a higgledy-piggledy world, wherein legislators wear the mien of
spiritualists and sannyasis the tongues of politicians. Narasingha (the
stinger) swami (vnn5649. 9th March), has certainly missed his vocation in
life. As a member of the Congress party, Naxalbari revival, or Joyti Basu's
communist party, his vocal talents would certainly have scaled the dizzy
heights of success. But as it is, hardly anyone knows this political
danda-walla.
However, (as all politicians do. By hook or by crook) he has found a way to
canvass himself. Using the critique of Tripurari swami as an excuse and the
internet as a vehicle, Narasinga (the stinger), is now officially a
candidate for the "wanna be guru club" (WBGC). What other reason could
there be for his defense of an L.A-go-getter, with the tongue-speed of a
hundred words a minute? Why not let him defend himself. Here's another
gander at the twisted pravachan of "humdinger-the-stinger- Narsingha."

What great misfortune? Adridharan (AD) prabhu is having everything his own
way. He eats, sleeps, maintains his sadhana and keeps Sri Sri Radha
Govindaji's temple funds in the black. He has not been defeated in debate
and is surrounded by many well-wishing vaisnavas. His "possible" offenses
against Srila Prabhupada is political hum-bug and the fork-tongued swami
knows it. So what great misfortune is he talking about? Turn on the lights
maharaja! you're in the dark.

Lawyers take care of that. AD tolerated "his fellow iskcon members"

after you and Tripurari had done a runner. Narashinga swami's diagnosis is
a shocker( CONSUMED IN A MASSIVE STRUGGLE), yet he is conceited enough to
follow through with a complete "speco" of AD's habits and practices.
Maharaja, the stress of running a temple for the Lord's bhaktas, is much
more demanding than flying-by-unencumbered on a danda and a begging cloth.
And furthermore, gutter-politics is un-becoming a sannyasi practicing the
tenets of his ashram.
NM: "THUS HIS CRITICISMS OF SRIPAD TRIPURARI MAHARAJA AND OTHER FELLOW GODBROTHERS ARE IN A WORD 'FOOLISH.' THIS SHOULD BE SELF EVIDENT TO ANY INTELLIGENT AND DISCERNING VAISNAVA."
In other words; if you don't see the 'self evidence' according to the fully
cognizant maharaja, you are dumb. What we have here is showcased
'amour-propre' bordering on narcissism. The truth is, no one except a
'foolish' person will believe a snake to be a rope, just because a
'sannyasi' says so. History has taught us to be judicious, discerning and
circumspect. There's an army of barmy swamis out there.

So now we know who you are. You belong to the splinter group of the
"wanna-be gurus but couldn't hack it in iskcon club." Don't give up

taught us; if you kill your Guru Deva and loot the matha, everything will
be destroyed. And Srila Prabhupada taught the same thing. But your mob
didn't follow that philosophy, and unfortunately, neither did iskcon.

and watch the bhaktas crawl before you on their fours.

Politics! politics! Look maharaja, let's cut-to-the-chase. Had Srila
Prabhupada not mentioned Sridhar maharaja in His letters and conversations,
we wouldn't have a monkey's uncle about who he was. Furthermore, had it not
been for Srila Prabhupada's evangelical success, the Gaudiya Matha jackal,
that follows doggedly the diseased iskcon lion, would have been no more
than a bevy of "sahasra-siksha- sannyasis" and "production-line-pundits."
Sorry swamiji, but we find it necessary to build our faith on HDG Guru
Deva, not on the sanguine sands of sentiment.

in the iskcon picture and pick up the victims of the contradictory "acarya
system" introduced by your mob. The fact is most people wish you lot would
just go away. What's the point in hanging around anyway? The loot has long
since been divided. And Iskcon has gurus coming out of its ears. There
isn't even a small archipelago left for the Gaudiya Math. And after all
that, there are fanatics like myself who KNOW that iskcon is solely the
matha of Srila Prabhupada. We will never let it happen, SO BACK OFF!!

What's truly unfortunate, is that Tripurari went to hear, got zapped and
got stuck. And what's even more unfortunate, is that he could not find
satisfaction in the voluminous collection of answers provided by his own
Gurudeva, and that after all these years he has found voice and instead of
using it in the glorification of his Acarya Deva, he stands on a Gaudiya
Matha "Sanga" soapbox.
NM: "ACTUALLY TO DEAL WITH THE LEVEL OF THE MENTALITY OF ADRIDHARANA PRABHU AND HIS FRIENDS IS MORE DIFFICULT THAN "STOOPING OVER TO PICK UP A BEAN WITH ONE'S NOSE."
Not only difficult maharaja but downright dangerous, when you consider all
the political verbal diarrhea emitted from your heart. You may slip and
fall on your danda. Anything can happen!!
NM: "WE SHOULD REMIND ADRIDHARANA PRABHU THAT IT WAS BECAUSE OF FIGHTING WITH ONE ANOTHER IN THE COURTS THAT CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE GAUDIYA MATH BECAME "ASARA" OR USELESS."
So now they have contaminated Adridharan Prabhu as well by setting these
very "unvaisnava" precedents. This is why the Gaudiya Matha should
stay
away. Anyhow, if AD succeeds, its goodbye to the WBGC (wanna be guru club).
But don't give up hope. Your pack can still do the jackal.

Srila Prabhupada was simply exhibiting the qualities of His beloved Lord
Sri Krsna, who also gave Arjuna the fame. Just note the facts:- (1)
Tripurari had the polished product- HDG hand wrote his work, persuaded the
printer and then distributed. (2) Tripurari's distributed mostly at L.A's
air-conditioned airport- HDG walked the streets of Delhi. (3) Tripurari was
young- HDG wasn't. (4) Tripurari was backed by a whole movement- His Divine
Grace worked alone (5) Tripurari had a reputation to uphold- HDG's only
reason was seva. (6) Tripurari distributed- But the distributor to all
distributors, was His Divine Grace A.C.Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.
But my dear swamiji, that's not all. HDG was the "personification of
translation." The "personification of commentary." The "personification
of
publication" and (yes! read my lips) the "personification of book
distribution." That is why book publication and distribution through His
BBT can be very lucrative. And the Gaudiya Matha must surely be aware of this.

Maharaja by publishing "Prabhupada Sambhanda" he chooses "Sanga."
