Isa: The GBC has issued this report from a disciple of Tamala Krsna
Goswami. Please note. Balavata and Naveen Krsna and Nityananda used first
generation tapes and found poison statements on the tapes. Please read this
book carefully and Nityananda's book.

We invite everyone to work together to solve this issue. We also demand
that Tamal Krsna and those with Srila Prabhupada in 1977, return or clearly
expalin where the missing tapes are. With out question the last days tapes
have been cut. Conversations with Srila Prabhupada stop and start for no
reason. Backround noise in what appears to be the same conversation change
with each cut in the tape. When you read the conversations book, what seems
to be one long dialouge is actually parts of several conversations.
Responces to Srila Prabhupada and His replies are sometimes completely
dis-jointed, from this cutting of the tape. (Isa dasa)

[PADA: The "appointment tape" was also identified as "consistent with"
being a hatchet job as well, by Norman Perle, forensic tape analyst. The
1980 GBC version of the "May 28th 1977 transcript" handed to me by
Vicitravirya was fer sure. Of course, there are also a lot of missing tapes
from 1977 as well. In other words, some tapes are missing and some have
been spliced, transcripts are major hatchet jobs, there are different
"official GBC versions" of the May 28th tape, even Ravindra said he got a
more complete tape in 1985, ok swell, ....more complete than: what? ....
gee, wonder how alllllll that has happened?]

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. All
glories to Guru Maharaja. The following is a short report on some of the
activities of Guru Maharaja in Mayapur this year during the Gaura Purnima
festival.

2) RE: CHILD ABUSE COURTCASE FEEDBACK (pada)

PADA would like to know how many children were molested (some say nearly
1,000) out of a total of how many children (maybe 2,000?). In other words
we'd like to know what is the percentage of molestation in the GBC's
schools? It would seem that if it is around fifty percent, then this is
probably the highest recorded percentage of molestations in a school system
in the history of the USA? As such, this is not mere molestation, this is a
major case of psycho-terrorism upon children.

If the GBC's "school abuse scale" is higher than what might be found in a
regular abuse school situation, of say, one to ten percent, then this is
not mere physcial abuse, it is a wholesale means of demeaning, degrading,
humiliating, abasing, subjugating, demoralizing, dishonoring, shaming,
tearing down psychologically, and in sum: destroying children. That is why
the Windle Turley case is so important, because it will restore a degree of
hope and dignity back to some of the ex-children, and this in turn will
encourage and uplift other ex-children.

Some justice will be undertaken, albeit a nominal court case when
considering the level of crimes commited. The Windle Turley case will be
like giving the terrorists who took over an airliner, killed passengers and
threw some of them out the window at 5,000 feet, a punishment that they are
not going to be able to go to Disneyland anymore. In sum, its a start.

And therefore we agree with those who say this should not have been a money
issue case. Agreed. Criminal charges should have been placed on the GBC
years ago, and the senior devotees should have joined us with Sulochana in
the idea of a civil criminal class action lawsuit in 1985. That never
happened, so this Windle Turley case is the next best thing we can do at
this point.

A God brother of ours has challenged our support for the Windle Turley
lawsuit. Unfortunately, he did not include his proposal for the "kulis" (as
he calls them) getting justice for their years of abuse in the GBC's school
system? In other words, he has tried to suppress the Windle Turley
approach, but he has not spelled out a better approach to the issue? We
know that the GBC will not make any amends unless they are forced to, so
how does he propose to force them to do that? He does not.

Next, he said that the big problem is that we at pada have not personally
talked to the "kulis" ourselves, to find out their opinions. Wrong. We have
talked to more than one hundred, maybe more, "kulis" and they have reported
to us things like: being deprived of an education, stunted growth due to
malnutrition; being starved, beaten, deprived of medical attention; and of
course, being systematically molested and so on. In sum, they depict
conditions at World War II concentrations camps. Some of the girls also
reported being treated in a very nasty fashion as well. None of them were
happy with their treatment in the schools, and most of them were not
satisfied with the lack of amends being made to them individually and
collectively.

Next, our critic said that we should not focus on the "kulis" but rather
getting the temple presidents to vote out the current corrupt GBC. The
biggest problem here is that the GBC have placed their hand picked
similarly minded clones in posts of authority, and so these temple
presidents are not likely to help us end the corruption, since they are
part of it. Moreover, even if all the temple presidents became mode of
goodness types overnight (unlikely), and they voted out the corrupt GBC,
that still does not give any justice to the existing cases of abuse?

You cannot say, OK we are no longer ruled by the Nazis, so why have a
Nuremburg trial? Not how it works friends. We are very surprised to see
this attitude still in existence. The issue of resolving the past abuse has
to be dealt with for many reasons, for example, otherwise what kind of
example are we setting as a society? Varnasankara, we disowned our own
kids? What our distinguished colleague also forgets is that the Windle
Turley case will do exactly what he proposes, it will inspire the rank and
file devotees to "vote out" the corrupt ones. Except, instead of their
being voted our in the year 2,850 under his plan, people will start talking
about voting them out in the next few years.

The round (foot) usually ends up in their own mouth. They remind us... The
name 'CHAKRA - Champions of Krsna's Army', reminds us of the fact that
these fellows don't even know their own philosophy. Krsna's army was was
lead by Duryodana, against the Pandavas and Krsna. So they have declared
themselves 'Champions of Duryodana' (GBC?).
And they put their 'best' heads on this... Prabhupada used to say: "No
brains - simply cow dung" (AD)

[PADA: Srila Prabhupada said that Tirtha is the Duryodhana of the Gaudiya
Matha, and the GBC, quoting Narayana Maharaja, said he is their idea of an
acharya. Hmmm! And no wonder since Duryodhana also likes to poison people,
set fires to their houses while they are sleeping, disrobe Krishna's pure
devotee ladies, and start wars that kill millions of people, cheat at dice
playing, oh fer sure, a real acharya that one, just like Tamal is another
acharya! Just the kind of things you'd expect from pure devotees like
Jesus: treachery worse than the Satan worshippers! Oh duh!]

2) KULASHEKHARA's WRITINGS

...Over a seven year period starting from its inception in 1970, the GBC
gradually changed this to a system where everything became centralized and
the GBC had control over all finances and resources. In a systematic
fashion during this period, the GBC"s galvanized their position by removing
anyone who didn"t "kiss their holy butt"s", so to speak and replaced them
with their "yes" men.

By 1977 they had everything in place and upon the passing of Srila
Prabhupada, in a grand scheme that was more like a "coup" led by a handful
of men, they placed eleven men as all powerful "Zonal Gurus", in control of
the whole movement. (There is a wealth of evidence suggesting that Srila
Prabhupada was poisoned with arsenic, see info at end of this article.) The
society as a whole was generating hundreds of millions of dollars a year at
this time.

Over the next two years, by one cause or another, ninety-five percent of
Srila Prabhupad"s initiated disciples left the movement. Some were simply
kicked out, many were alienated, some, including this author, were brutally
beaten, and others left in disgust due to the totalitarian policies
implemented by this new regime.

Together, including the "fringe" members, about ten thousand followers left
during a two year period. Now if ninety-five percent of an organization
leave, what does that tell you about such an organization? These were not
casual members of a "club", these were individuals who had given their
lives' 24-7 in service to their adopted religion for around ten years. Most
of these devotees were living as celibate monks or nuns, and almost none of
them had any possessions or profession outside of the religion. Now they
found themselves scattered, thrown into a workaday world where they were
denied spiritual support, while exposed to many modern-day vices.

Depending on which country they were a resident of, the new devotees had to
take initiation by one of these eleven gurus. This is totally bogus as
acceptance of a guru is a personal choice and cannot be dictated by one's
geographical location. They also organized a kind of boot camp to
indoctrinate these new devotees into their "Zonal Guru" philosophy. Before
he had passed away, Srila Prabhupada had signed a letter
authorising these eleven men to be Ritvik Representatives of the Acharya.

This letter is known as "The Final Order", (see info at end). What this
means is that these men were authorized to initiate "on his behalf",
similar to what a Christian priest"s function is within the church when he
baptizes in the name of Jesus. This is a most important point.

The Vedic scriptures teach that the ancient system of Guru-disciple
relationship depends on the qualifications of both the Master and the
disciple. There are a number of different levels of Guru--the first being
the "Vartmika Pradarshika Guru", or the person who first introduces you to
knowledge of Krishna. The next level of Guru is the
"Siksha Guru", or instructing teacher. (Guru means literally - Heavy
Teacher). A siksa guru will teach those who approach with a submissive,
respectful attitude. Neither of these two kinds of guru have any karmic
responsibility regarding the aspirant.

The final or highest level of guru described is "Diksha Guru", or
initiating spiritual master . The diksa guru, upon initiation, takes all
past karma from that disciple, clearing the path for the disciple to
progress with a clean slate. It is the duty of the disciple to then remain
"clean".

In order to take the position of a diksa guru, one has to be on the highest
level of spiritual realization, known as uttama adhikary, or one who is
seeing God face to face at every moment. The Vedas also teach that whether
one takes birth as an empowered human, or whether one achieves complete
realization of God in this lifetime, both are very rare, and both given
complete respect. If one who is unqualified takes disciples, the result is
that at the time of death, the sins of that disciple take the so-called
guru to hell, and all of his followers go with him.

Knowing that none of his disciples were on that absolute level, Srila
Prabhupada had named these men as "Ritviks" or officiating priests, giving
them the responsibility to decide who was qualified to be initiated as HIS
disciple, and then perform the ceremony. Instead they elected themselves as
fully-realized souls, and initiated the new aspirants as "THEIR OWN"
disciples.

The situation is comparable to a Christian minister announcing on Sunday
morning that from that day on, that he, not Jesus, was responsible for
forgiveness of sins, and that the collection goes into their personal bank
account. How many of the congregation would stay in such a church?
Similarly ninety-five percent of us left or were thrown out, and for the
last twenty odd years these charletans have had complete control of our
spiritual masters organization.

Well why didn"t any of you stand up to these men?, you may ask, and
rightfully so. Well in order to change things, one would have to be
supported by the GBC, and most of the GBC were either gurus or in cahoots
with the gurus. Also there was the fear of retaliation. Some of the men who
had tried to stand up to these men were murdered, and one of the "gurus" is
currently in jail implicated for that very crime. I personally decided to
lay low after being beaten by one of their thugs in an ashram. He beat me
up so badly that I couldn"t stand up for three days.

In 1986, nine years after the Zonal Guru System was initiated, a small
group of devotees who were struggling to maintain some sense of sanity from
within the society finally got the GBC to review this bogus system at their
yearly meeting. In a slight-of-hand political move, the GBC said that, yes,
the Zonal Guru System was wrong, and instead everyone should be able to
become an initiating guru. Then they proceeded by
two-thirds vote to create over a hundred gurus within the society. This was
nothing more than pay-back for all the butt-kissers and brown-noser"s,
(depending on their level of depth perception), who had helped these eleven
maintain their control within the movement. Now can anyone tell me how
someone can be "voted in" as being fully self-realized?

Today, of the eleven initial gurus, only three remain in the society. One
of the original eleven was having sex with one of his female disciples and
started to hold LSD parties. He was stabbed to death and beheaded by one of
his own disciples, (he used a kitchen knife, in the street, in broad
daylight). A second left with a sixteen year old girl who was supposed to
be "under his care". A third shot out a car dealership and Ledger's liquor
store, with people inside, with four guns, firing out the top of his Toyota
land rover on a drive-by. When arraigned in court he was fined two million
dollars in damages that he paid in cash on the spot. He was also having sex
with "one or many" young female disciple.

A fourth was having sex with his young female disciple and busted in a
scheme involving a drug lab. A fifth was retaining a "health therapist" at
three thousand dollars a day, who turned out to be nothing more than a high
priced whore. His top manager was a leader in the Russian Mafia and upon
leaving, he stole millions of
dollars and then blackmailed the society for millions more, threatening to
provide information to the authorities that would, "put all the leaders of
ISKCON behind bars for the next twenty years". (Can you say - "Holy
Crap!"). They paid him off. A sixth was busted for racketeering and murder
and is doing hard time, and the seventh, one of the original authors of the
coup, gave up being a guru after he had a constant
terrible ringing in his head.

Number eight was a man known as Bhavananda Swami, (bhava - pure love of
God, ananda - bliss, swami - one who has total control over his senses
including the mind), known as "butthole - ananda" by many older disciples,
used to be one of Andy Warhole"s Chelsea Girls. He was a known
homosexual/pedophile who was removed from his post due to
indiscretions, (he was documented giving a taxi driver oral sex, and having
a young boy in the cowsheds). He was reinstated as a guru in this 1986
debacle, and given absolute control of the two holiest temples of the
religion (which are in India), and the schools attached to them. He
proceeded to surround himself with a clique of homosexuals whom he made
teachers in these schools. These teachers would pass young boys around,
sexually, mentally and physically abusing them daily. A number of these
young boys had to have anal reconstructive surgery due to the amount of
abuse they suffered.

In fact, under the care of these Zonal Gurus, two thirds of all the
children in the ISKCON schools worldwide, were sexually molested. There is
presently a class action law suit being pursued by attorney firm of Windle
Turley in Dallas, with allegedly over two hundred of these abused children
considering the case or participating. It is a worldwide lawsuit in the
billions of dollars, and will reduce ISKCON to a pile of rubble on the
sidewalk. This will not harm the top dogs in the society, however, who have
squirreled away many millions of dollars into private bank accounts and
offshore corporations.

Out of the three remaining, one lives in a mansion in Beverley Hills and
only comes to the Los Angeles temple to collect his money. The second has
many poor Indian disciples that act as thugs to do his bidding, and the
third had an operation in China so that he could no longer get an erection!
(Some crazy way to stay celibate!) The society has been reduced to only a
handful of members in many temples around the world. In Europe at present,
the GBC is consolidating temples, then selling the buildings and fighting
over who gets the money. The truth is that all of the money that has been
collected over the last twenty-odd years belongs to Srila Prabhupada for
the printing of his books, and maintaining and development of temples.
These leaders have been stealing from their guru this whole time, and
instead of expanding the society, are dividing it up and selling it off.

In order to keep temples open, now that all the western disciples have
disassociated themselves, the authorities have been importing devotees from
around the world into the U.S. on the promise of getting a green card after
a few years of service. These imported devotees, who are mostly from India,
Eastern Europe or Russia, predictably leave IS_CON as soon as they get
their legal papers.

Another important point is that after the passing of Srila Prabhupada,
there has been a massive re-writing of the books. The Bhagavad Gita alone
has had over five hundred changes made to it. These are not just
grammatical corrections, but complete rewrites where meanings of verses
have been drastically altered, in many instances to support their bogus
guru regime. Can you imagine Shakespear"s students re-writing his works
after his departure? This is a spiritual crime of major proportions.

So what is the current state of affairs, and how are we former members
dealing with this situation? Interestingly enough, it was the evolution of
the Internet that changed everything. As more and more devotees around the
world began to get on-line and old friends started to connect, we were able
to gain strength. Thank"s to the outspoken criticism of a handful of
determined devotees, many devotees who had
basically lost touch, if not faith, were educated as to the horrors that
had taken place since they left.

These sincere devotees have now formed the IRM, the ISKCON Revival
Movement, and are opening separate temples and preaching, based on the way
it was before the GBC and gurus took control. There is a law suit pending
in Calcutta to remove all the gurus and GBC from ISKCON, based on their
failure to implement His Divine Grace"s final order: the establishing of
Ritvik priests instead of diksa gurus within ISKCON.
Interestingly enough, the man that IS_CON have put in charge of their
defense is a known pedophile who is one of the offenders listed in the
class action lawsuit being filed in the United States! When this lawsuit in
India is concluded, there will be follow-up lawsuits filed in the U.S. and
Europe - stay tuned.

Krishna Consciousness is beautiful, moral and beneficial, and many millions
worldwide find daily benefit from chanting, yet hate IS_CON. As far as the
men in charge of IS_CON, all I can say is that it takes real genius to take
the most beautiful thing - Love of God - Krishna - and make it a most hated
thing!

We want the readers to know that we stand for beauty and love, and want all
of these demoniac leaders prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for
all of their abuses. The current movement should not be known in the future
as representing our Spiritual Master, it is Bizarro-IS_CON not ISKCON.

4) REAL STORY OF BHAVANANDA

Everybody's supposed to love, honour and respect a vaisnava, a sannyasi and
a newly appointed gbc board-member. But this appears not to be the case.
Ramai Swami, Australia's recently anointed legislator, finds himself at the
butt-end of a vandal's antipathy. His beautiful four-wheel-drive, his
"Sankirtan Chariot" has been desecrated. This vehicle, represents a
parampara of busses, trailers, cars, vans and station-wagons used by the
swami to transport his very expensive collection of electronic equipment up
and down Australia's shoreline. Yes, maharaja is a rock-n-roller. A
survivor from the "Bhagavan" and "Harikesh" blowouts.

When the summer is over in Sydney, an entourage of cars wend their way
northward to the sunny tropics. Led by the groovy swami, his "boys" will
perform "gigs" along the "ecstasy highway." Why maharaja has persisted with
this programme through the years, is anybody's guess. Few if any bhaktas
have been made, and of those that came, hardly any stayed. Those that
stayed, did not stay with the swami. He has a fiery temper, which is in
keeping with a passionate rock-n-roll-musician.

So why would anyone want to rag "Rockin' Ramai?" The answer to this
question could be "personal reasons." However, there could be more obvious
reasons for this behaviour. After all, maharaja is supposed to be renounced
(for over twenty years). He has not held a job for decades. How then can he
afford and maintain equipment that costs thousands upon thousands of
dollars? How can he afford to change cars, vans and four-wheel-drives every
few years? (maharaja drives only current model vehicles, while grhastas
struggle to keep house).

Where does the laxmi come from, for computers? mobile phones? For travel to
anywhere, and anytime he pleases? and every single item of paraphernalia
necessary for total bodily comfort? Why does the maharaja use Srila
Prabhupada's bhaktas (his "boys") as personal servants? Why does he send
these "boys" out everyday with bumper-stickers
("stickertan") and wearing FFL badges, to maintain his own life-style? Why
does maharaja use "F.F.L" and "Gurukul" tax exemption, to purchase cars and
musical equipment to satisfy his personal needs? What does maharaja do all
day while his "boys" are earning his keep? Does he watch T.V? Does he eat
out? Does he watch films? Was he seen coming out of a movie-theatre?

Was this film called "Howard the Duck"? Only maharaja can answer these
questions truthfully. But no-one can disagree; this behaviour breeds
antagonism, and could quite easily have contributed to the act of
vandalism. The local constabulary suspect the felon to be one of two
ex-gurukuli brothers. They were informed by the maharaja and his henchmen
of the boy's waywardness. Yes, we all agree that the boy is not quite
compos mentis. It is general knowledge that he is constantly under
medication. And that if he does not take take his prescribed drugs, he
becomes suicidal.

Whatever could have caused this pathetic condition ?especially to a child
that was certainly not born mental. To a child whom heard kirtans, lectures
and constant Hari Nama. To a child born from the womb of a devotee mataji.
Who had the association of "senior vaisnavas," prasadam, and daily darasan
with their Lordships. What could have caused such darkness to enter his
soul? Was it his karma? No judge, in this world
or the next, will accept that. Was it gross sexual abuse? DEFINITELY!!

In the Bhavananda heyday, the boy's mother was "married off" to one of
"Bhav's" hobnobbers. This particular sicko, had previous "child abuse"
convictions. Whether this fact was known to management or not, and whether
the "marriage" was a gift to a fellow predator, remains to be proved.
However, what is certainly known, is that the boy and his brother were
repeatedly abused for many years. And when the mother discovered the abuse,
she approached Bhavananda with her complaint. When the mataji
returned from 'darshan' with Bhavananda. She sobbedpitifully and kept
repeating, "I can't believe it, he (Bhavananda) orderedme to remain with
that animal."

Was "Rockin' Ramai" (Temple President at the time) aware of the "gift." We
have reason to believe a possibility exists. When the mataji overheard
rumours that her "husband to be" had a pedophile record, she approached the
swami with her concerns. "Nonsense!" said maharaja, "don't believe it."
Convinced by the assertiveness of the swami, she pursued the issue no further.

What an irony it would be, if the accusations of vandalism were to
boomerang as an "accessory" charge. Let justice be done. Meanwhile, a
researcher who once belonged to the iskcon cult, and was terribly abused by
the system, is now a lecturer on Religions and religious cults. Having
distanced himself from the movement, he spent many years in a university
and has recently returned as another of iskcon's banes. Securing
interviews (with the expertise of a trained sleuth), he intends to expose
the cult for its wrongdoings. Recently he contacted the author of this
article and asked if a certain New Gaudadesh ex-gurukuli could be located.
"Why is it important?" I asked. Here's the story. In the mid-eighties,
Melbourne temple owned a property in Renmark, Victoria.

Another disasterous farming venture, it functioned as a rest-camp for
"Sankirtan devotees" and under the auspices of Kadamba Kanan Prabhu (now
maharaja) it was mildly successful as a rock-melon farm. Its only claim to
fame was a gurukula and the fact that Bhavananda (Visnupada??) made visits
there. On one of these visits, Bhavananda's "house" was burned down by a
gurukuli. The story was; a short-circuit had caused the fire. It was not
until the gurukuli's release from a boy's home two years later, that the
truth began to leak. He was abused by Bhavananda after being invited into
his sauna. In a rage, he set the place on fire. When the cops showed up, he
tried very hard to explain to them the reason for his anger, but the saffron and white
robes of " vaisnava monks" convinced the law differently. For two years he
was incarcerated in a boy's home after being abused by a
low-life-sub-species.

A recent visitor to my home, was a worried parent. She handed me a flier
informing me of a pedophile that has taken up residence in the
neighbourhood. Re-offenders remain in the high nineties, she tells me. The
small percentage that don't re-offend, are on constant "drop down" drugs.
Rehabilitation for these deviants, is a lost cause. "Castration," she said,
"is the only safe bet." Yet iskcon has never ejected one of its predators.
Maybe they have found the secret to rehabilitation that no one else knows
about. Or are the offenders simply working another format? How much longer
must we read and write these stories? How much longer must we tolerate
these perpetrators? And when can something be done to cleanse the temple?
