1) POISON UPDATE

Dear Puranjana Prabhu,
All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Please accept my humble obeisances.

I came across a very interesting passage. You've probably have seen it.
It is an instance in 1968 when Tamala Krsna uses the word poison, (and arsenic in the same sentence nonetheless) in a comment to Srila Prabhupada. On a spiritual level, this is something that in 1968 Tamala Krsna says arsenic is poison. In the lecture the day before a devotee asks if we have all lived before. Srila Prabhupada answers yes. So who is this person Tamala Krsna? Certainly Srila Prabhupada knows and he engages him in Krsna's service. He talks directly to one's soul.
Bhagavad-gita 2.13-17 Lecture

Los Angeles, November 29, 1968
Madhudvisa: "... Seventeen: "That which pervades the body is
indestructible. No one is able to destroy the imperishable soul."
Prabhupada: Now, "pervades the body," that is consciousness. The soul is
very small, but... Just like you take one grain of, what is called, poison?
Snake poison? Arsenic? Poison called? What is called? Yes, venom poison.

Tamala Krsna: Arsenic is poison.

"Prabhupada: Yes. You take only one grain and mix with water and just
inject within your body. So immediately the action is there that your heart
fails and you die."

[PADA NOTE: One of the whispers mentions "heart attack time."]

Wasn't there an attempt to murder Srila Bhaktisiddhanta by injection?

[PADA: Srila Prabhupada says that Tirtha had arranged to give injections to his guru, and that Srila Saraswati objected. Srila Prabhupada sent Brhamananada out to warn people that he did not want his followers to eat at Tirtha's, because he had poisoned his guru (as was heard by Yasodanandana dasa). Srila Prabhupada then said that the Gaudiya Matha idea was "kill guru and become guru." Later, Srila Prabhupada said that Tirtha was mortified of doctors because --he thought they would try to kill him. Later, Srila Prabhupad said that people were worried about poison being slipped into the guru's food "just like my guru maharaja."]

I also heard that in the Gaudiya Matha as well as in ISKCON there was an effort to keep Srila Prabhupada's sister, Pishima away.

[PADA: Pishima was requested to cook for Srila Prabhupada by him, because he told her he was being poisoned. This was related to me by a person who was in Vrindavana in 1977. This is also related to in Nityananda's book.]

Someone told me that Pishima was considered a visa-harinama [one who could counteract poison- see reference for visa-harinama in Bhagavatam 12.6.12 where the snakebird tricks the visa-harinama and disguised as a brahmana bites Maharaja Pariksit leading to his death- ]. I was told she was locked in a closet to keep her away from Srila Bhaktisiddhanta as she was also kept away from Srila Prabhupada. Srila Prabhupada requested they bring her, saying that if she cooked he would eat. This early exchange with Tamal Krsna is worth noting. Tying this up Tamal Krsna says on November 8, 1977 "No poison is strong enough to stop the harinama, Srila Prabhupada." Very interesting eh?

Yes Sanat, please tell people that you are the only person on the planet who talks like Tamal used to (even he has matured enough to know that this is stupidity) "let us kick us on pada's face." Oh cool, like we are impressed, you have finally came up to the level of Tamal and Jayatirtha in 1980? "Let us kick boots on Purajana." Weow, impressive! There is nothing new under the sun, the same old "kick boot-ology argument" is recycled over the milleniums. Actually this is depressing news, since we were expecting maybe some new and refreshing challenge from the new challenger?

3) COSTA RICA UPDATE

Bhakti Abhay Charan swami, ex-ISKCON guru for San Jose Costa Rica, has reportedly ran off with some ISKCON followers, ISKCON assets, ISKCON money and so on. Hey, isn't this what many other ex-GBC gurus have done in the past? They have ran off ...taking ISKCON's assets, manpower or property when they leave? And now the GBC orders people not to even talk to Abhay Charan swami (?), that he cannot wear orange, and hey, this is what they said about Jayatirtha in 1982? This is all recycled news, the GBC just keeps on:

(1) making bogus mahabhagavatas,
(2) these mahabhagavatas fail as we'd expect,
(3) these alleged mahabhagavata start campaigns to supress dissidents, maybe by murder,
(4) the GBC can no longer ignore these alleged mahabhagavatas misbehavior and so they
(5) cancell his guru franchise, then
(6) alleged mahabhagavata becomes full renegade from the parampara instead of de fact renegade and he runs off taking whatever booty he can, no pun intended.

Or like Jaggadish, they steal someone's young and beautful Italian wife, a woman who is young enough to be his daughter, and he steals her small child as well, all while on their way out the door? And then they do not even tell the grief-stricken husband where they are? Smash-and-grab-ology. So, the real question is, why is this behavior still going on? And it is not only allowed, it is protected by the GBC? Suppose that a priest departed from a regular Church and he took with him a new lover, maybe her kids, half of the congregation, a few cars, some of the collection money, maybe a building or two, a farm and so on? Wouldn't the Church sue this man, place criminal charges on him, and at least legally try to recover some of the stolen property? Yes they would.

And if they discovered that this bogus priest was also having an affair with some of the ladies, they would place further charges of criminal abuse of the post of authority, or something like that. Yet, this never occurs with ISKCON's so-called gurus, and thus, they know that they can leave and take almost whatever they like with impunity since they are protected by the GBC. What is even more ironic here is that these "gurus" can argue, quite successfully, that the GBC has not authority to challenge them because: no one can criticize the guru? And so the only persons who "benefit" are ...the guru franchisers, and ISKCON's blood is drained away, it suffers bad publicity, and it wobbles under contstant drains of money, manpower, assets and so on. Of course the good news is that after awhile there will be no one following any of these guru franchise projects seeing their predecessors patterns of abuse, exploitation and failure.

4) VARNASRAMA? From: Caturbahu

Dear Pada, Hare Krsna, All Glories to Srila Prabhupada, please accept my humble obeisance's.

We would like to introduce our selves, my name is Caturbahu Dasa Bhakti and my wife's name is Rama-Janaki devi dasi Bhakti (We added the Bhakti in a leagle name change.) The reason for this letter is obviously on the subject of Varnasrama-dharma as it pertains to Srila Prabhupada's Krsna consciousness movement.

The instruction to start Varnasrama-dharma in ISKCON was adamantly given to His most intimate and so-called advanced associates at that time, that time being March 14, 1974, and February 14, 1977, as can be read in the conversation books. We use the word associates because a disciple would have enthusiastically carried out this most wonderful instruction with all of his heart and soul. As Prabhupada says in the purport from the SB. 4.28.48 "Unfortunately, when the acarya disappears, rogues and nondevotiees take advantage and immediately begin to introduce unauthorized principles in the name of so-called swamis, yogis, philanthropists, welfare workers and so on."

They quite apparently didn't wait for the spiritual master to leave before they usurped Prabhupada's movement, the first conversation takes place in 1974. This introduction of varnasrama was the answer to the bad management in our movement at that time and if you read the previous conversation you will hear Prabhupada's mood of disappointment in the quality of His leaders, He gave this instruction with full emphases on the need to do it now. The purport from SB. 4.28.50 states that "Similarly, a devoted disciple of the spiritual master would rather die with the spiritual master than fail to execute the spiritual master's mission. As the Supreme Personality of Godhead comes down upon this earth to reestablish the principles of religion, so his representative, the spiritual master, also comes to reestablish religious principles. It is the duty of the disciple to take change of the mission of the spiritual master and execute it properly. otherwise the disciple should decide to die along with the spiritual master. In other words, to execute the will of the spiritual master, the disciple should be prepared lay down his life and abandon all personal considerations." They took this movement long before Prabhupada passed from our sight.

The so called leaders apparently had a system of disinformation firmly in place by 74 because we were never informed of Prabhupada's strong desire for Varnasrama-dharma to be implemented at that time. They were given very early in the movement, by Prabhupada, charge of the management of newly surrendered souls. Just as a father would take care of his child. But by this time, 1974, their demoniac tendencies were in full force and they were slowly and methodically poisoning Prabhupada's message for us into their own agenda. So complete was their brain washing that even today 99.9% of our god brothers still refuse to accept the validity of Prabhupada's varnasrama order, as He gave it, directly pertaining to us, even thought you can see by these above mentioned conversations that their can be no doubt

I submit that daiva-varnasrama is the only cure for the ailments of ISKCON. Of course it is also to be understood that the rtvijah(ritvic) instruction is included because it is also a direct instruction. SB.5.1.24 purport "This may be astonishing to persons who are not very interested in establishing daiva-varnasrama, the transcendental system of four social orders and four spiritual orders. Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura, however, wanted to reestablish daiva-varnasrama. In daiva-varnasrama there cannot be acknowledgment of social status according to birthright, because in Bhagavad-Gita it is said that the determining considerations are guna and karma, one's qualities and work. It is this daiva-varnasrama that should be established all over the world to continue a perfect society for Krsna consciousness. This may be astonishing to foolish critics, but it is one of the functions of a Krsna conscious society."

So please give a response to what has been said so far for an ongoing discussion about the revitalization of Prabhupada's intentions for saving all of the conditioned souls in this universe. Thank you, Hare Krsna, Caturbahu dasa and Rama-Janaki devi dasi Bhakti

5) GLORIFICATION OF THE LORD IS POTENT WHEN UTTERED FROM THE MOUTH OF A PURE DEVOTEE

TRANSLATION. My dear Lord, I therefore do not wish to have the benediction of merging into Your existence, a benediction in which there is no existence of the nectarean beverage of Your lotus feet. I want the benediction of at least one million ears, for thus I may be able to hear about the glories of Your lotus feet from the mouths of Your pure devotees.

PURPORT. In the previous verse Maharaja Prthu addressed the Lord as kaivalya-pati, the master of the liberation of merging into His existence. This does not mean that he was anxious for kaivalya liberation. That is made clear in this verse: "My dear Lord, I do not want such a benediction." Maharaja Prthu wanted to have a million ears to hear the glories of the lotus feet of the Lord. He specifically mentioned that the glories of the Lord should emanate from the mouths of pure devotees, who speak from the cores of their hearts. It is stated in the beginning of Srimad-Bhagavatam (1.1.3), suka-mukhad amrta-drava-samyutam: the nectar of Srimad-Bhagavatam became more relishable because it emanated from the mouth of Srila Sukadeva Gosvami. One might think that these glories of the Lord can be heard from anywhere, from the mouths of either devotees or nondevotees, but here it is specifically mentioned that the glories of the Lord must emanate from the mouths of pure devotees. Sri Sanatana Gosvami has strictly prohibited hearing from the mouth of a nondevotee. There are many professional reciters of Srimad-Bhagavatam who speak the narrations very ornamentally, but a pure devotee does not like to hear from them because such glorification of the Lord is simply a vibration of material sound. But when heard from the mouth of a pure devotee, glorification of the Lord is immediately effective.The words satam prasangan mama virya-samvidah (SB. 3.25.25) mean that glorification of the Lord is potent when uttered from the mouth of a pure devotee. (S.B. 4.20.24)

6) POISON ISSUE

Dear Puranjana Prabhu, 1000008x paoho, 100000000008x agt Srila Prabhupada!

As attachment can be invoked by the association of pure devotees, so attachment can also be extinguished by offenses committed at the lotus feet of pure devotees. To be more clear, by the association of pure devotees attachment for Krsna can be aroused, but if one commits offenses at the lotus feet of a devotee, one's shadow attachment or para attachment can be extinguished.

This extinguishing is like the waning of the full moon, which gradually decreases and at last becomes dark. One should therefore be very careful while associating with pure devotees to guard against committing an offense at their lotus feet. Transcendental attachment, either shadow or para, can be nullified by different degrees of offenses at the lotus feet of pure devotees. If the offense is very serious, then one's attachment becomes almost nil, and if the offense is not very serious, one's attachment can become second class or third class.

(N.O.D. Chapter 18) So Mukunda, yes, now we see why so many people like Yaduraja, Adri and some other GBC and IRM blindos are constantly hushing up the truth, avoid responsibility, avoid answering questions, and keep on demanding public's no-questions-asked obedience to their self-promoted, 'spiritual authority', while actually proving to have no clue what spirituality means whatsoever, ie deep love, unalloyed devotion, unconditional respect, and heartfelt affection for Pure Devotee Guru who saved them. All these silly narrow-minded, intuition-free politicians-like people do is make fools of themselves because they're lacking something, something most important... yes, it's a FAITH they don't have... And, we also know why so many so-called 'devotees' do nothing to protect Prabhupada's legacy: yes, it's because they have less than minimum respect for Srila Prabhupada.

These spineless people simply CANNOT UNDERSTAND who Srila Prabhupada was. Chance was given, but they have wasted it due to jelaousy and offenses. Lack of faith. Cheating mentality, "I want God, but I want Him at my conditions'. Krishna doesn't reveal Himself to such characters, but they'd continue to be puffed up, and they'll think they know God better than their Pure Guru, Srila Prabhupada. These imposters will never accept any criticism from the sincere Vaishnavas. Conversing with and trying to be polite with these IRM/GBC guys? Waste of time. Only in court Prabhupada's words will be accepted. Otherwise not. That's all.
