Adridharana prabhu has just announced that he is now notifying people, through the media in India, that the USA courtcase (filed by the ex-gurukulis) and his Calcutta complaint are mutual complaints against the same individuals: the GBC. This is really good. The twin pillars of PADA's long standing attacks on the GBC against (1) their bogus guru status and (2) their abuser/ molester/ homosexual/ pedophile webs and nests problem are now being combatted in a de facto unified attack. And furthermore, Adri is attacking the fact that the GBC has tried to link Srila Prabhupada to their criminal activities by saying that he appointed deviants as his successors. In other words, the GBC is not only exploiting the assets of ISKCON, they are trying to ruin Srila Prabhupada's and Krishna's reputation. This reminds us of a recent criminal case where a man killed two court attendants, and then he said that he had to do that because Jesus wanted him to do that. Ummm hmmmm.

1) IMPORTANT COURT STRATEGY!

From a book called "Disorder in the Court". These are things people actually said in court, word for word, taken down and now published by court reporters - who had the torment of staying calm while these exchanges were actually taking place.

Q: What is your date of birth?
A: July fifteenth.

A: Every year.

A: No, this is how I dress when I go to work.

Q: Doctor, how many autopsies have you performed on dead people?
A: All my autopsies are performed on dead people.

Q: All your responses must be oral, OK? What school did you go to?
A: Oral.

Q: Do you recall the time that you examined the body?
A: The autopsy started around 8:30 p.m.
Q: And Mr. Dennington was dead at the time?
A: No, he was sitting on the table wondering why I was doing an autopsy.

Q: Are you qualified to give a urine sample?

Q: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?
A: No.
Q: Did you check for blood pressure?
A: No.
Q: Did you check for breathing?
A: No.
Q: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the
autopsy?
A: No.
Q: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
A: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
Q: But could the patient have still been alive nevertheless?
A: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law somewhere.

2) IMPORTANCE OF KC FOR KIDS

My dear Maeve Davies,

Please accept my blessings. I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 7 February, 1976. Please do not be worried. Our movement is essentially for spreading this chanting of Hare Krishna world wide. And the main responsibility of my disciples is to follow the four regulative principles and chant 16 rounds without fail. Please worry about that first. The best thing is to send your daughter to Gurukula, but if you cannot do that, then somehow see that she is trained nicely in Krishna Consciousness.

3) VICTIMS OF KARMA?

I've heard the line many times--"its your karma." There's one problem with this reasoning, its inappropriate. Example: Maharaj Pariksit found, Dharma,the bull, with 3 of his legs cut off by Kali. Pariksits reaction, "who did this? I shall punish them." Dharma did not reply thinking that his suffering was his own making, his "Karma." In short, it's mature for victims to consider such hardships as their own karma, but is very inappropirate for any true leader to say this when approached by a victim.

4) VAISHNAVA SAID:

That's ("it is the child's karma") called victimizing the victim. This typical typical manner of an ISKCON guru turning the tables on the victims is precisely why this lawsuit is going on. They have twisted the philosophy to justify continue abuse. This is clear evidence of this twisted attitude. Kirtanananda would have said: "Sex is sex." The sordid history of the post-Prabhupada era is littered with thousands of such examples; this is not new. In an article on CHAKRA regarding the history of abuse, there are at least 250 cases of abuse on file. That means at minimum 250 cases of such rationalization. Is there any doubt of how sick the upper echelon has become?

5) Is The GBC Responsible, or just a few sick individuals?

I read Bhagavan’s letter to the Gurukuli’s, and although I have more respect for Bhagavan than most of the GBC men, the fact is that these horrible acts of abuse were ALLOWED to exist because of bad or corrupt management by the GBC.

Case in point. When I was brahmacari living in Bury Place temple in London, I slept in the loft at the top of the building with one other brahmacari. This was because we got up about an hour and a half before everyone else in order to cook Sri Sri Radha London Isvara’s Mangal Arotik offering.

This devotee was a very nice 24 year old from South America, a gentle soul. One night I had an erotic dream and awoke with this man’s hand masturbating me under my covers! I reached down and grabbed his hairy arm and pushed it out of my bed, and then rolled over on both sides so that my blankets were underneath me preventing him from reaching me again.

I was outraged and my first impulse was to beat the crap out of him, however he was a karate expert, so I just lay there for the rest of the night in fear. I didn’t know if he was going to attack me or what, but I can sympathise with these gurukulis who as little children didn’t know who was going to come and abuse them. The material world is Kuntha - a place of fear. The temples are supposed to be Vaikuntha - a place of no fear. I can attest to the fact that for the rest of that night I was in FEAR!

The next morning I went to the temple President - Vichitravirya, and related my night’s experience. He consulted by phone with his GBC man and they told me that as he was a good cook, and they needed a cook in Africa, that they were going to send him there. I was outraged. I wanted him blacklisted from every temple. I wanted his picture to be sent to every temple so that he could be identified and not allowed to mix with brahmacari’s. If he tried it on me, he would try it again on another brahmacari.

They sent him to Africa, where he proceeded to rape every boy in the Gurukul there, about twenty or so - I believe. So this was the kind of ‘relaxed’ attitude that the management had towards homosexuals living in our ashrams. It was the fault of management that this was allowed to exist, not the sick individual. He should have been I.D.’d and banished from ISKCON for ever. He could have been allowed to visit on Sundays, but not allowed to live in the ashram.

But the phenomenon we have here with this lawsuite goes much deeper than just this point. As will be shown, KNOWN homosexuals such as Bhavananda, were promoted within the organization and given absolute power by the GBC, and put in charge of the two holiest temples in India! ‘They’ used to ‘do’ young boys in the little room behind the dieties in Vrindaban. And in Mayapur, I heard they would pass young boys around from teacher to teacher. (Unfortunately I only learned of these things recently).

This was ALLOWED to exist by the GBC. This was SANCTIONED by them. They KNEW what was going on yet did nothing to stop it, in fact they PROMOTED the leaders! This is why their heads are on the chopping block. When one takes the position of manager, he is responsible to manage. When one abuses that position for profit and power, he has to suffer the consequenses. Now in regards to Bhagavan das and rest of the leaders who staged a ‘coup’ after Srila Prabhupad’s passing, there is another element to be considered. Hansadutta explained how after Srila Prabhupad’s passing, that the leaders decided to promote themselves as full Gurus, instead of Ritvick Representatives of the Acharya.

At that time, Satsvarupa made up a list of possible questions that they would be asked when they got back to their ‘Zone’. Then the eleven of them sat in a room for three days and drilled each other with these questions, until they all had all of the answers commited to memory. Then after taking control of ISKCON, they proceeded to kick out 95 percent of Srila Prabhupad’s initiated disciples, so that they could run the society without anyone questioning their activities. This is when ISKCON became a cult instead of a religion. Sriman Bhagavan was one of these eleven.

As Harikesh said, "I have enough information to put all the leaders of ISKCON behind bars for twenty years." IT WAS AN OLD BOYS CLUB. A bunch of insiders who had actually taken control in 1972, under the leadership of Tamal Krsna. They had all kinds of dirt on each other. No one could blow the whistle on the others, as they all had dirt on each other. I am not sure how much dirt will come out in this trial, and how much will still remain hidden, but there is a huge mound.

The temple President of New Orleans was found tied to a chair with his throat slit from ear to ear, left to bleed to death a few years back. At that time my good friend Jaya Narayan das from Houston contacted his widow and she told him that he had discovered that they were smuggeling drugs from the Orient to New Orleans in picture frames, and had threatened to blow the whistle on them.

Apparently the FBI in New Orleans is easy to buy off, and nothing came of the investigation. This is just one example of what these "As Holy as Jesus" leaders were up to. Better buys some raincoates brothers, there is going to be some heavy crap hitting the fan. And correct me if I am wrong, but this woman who Bhagavan ‘protected’ and help prosicute her son’s abuser, wasn’t she his disciple, and therefore considered his daughter under vedic law? Wasn’t he also involved in a drug lab after leaving ISKCON?

Yes gurukulis, take shelter of Bhagavan (or any of these other silk-tongued snakes), and let him help you get justice. He will soft soap you and convince you that YOU are the one’s responsible for the impending destruction of ISKCON. Well I have news for you, ISKCON was destroyed in that room in Mayapur during that three day period when Mr. Erlichman and Co. took control. From that point on it became IS_CON. (Krsna left). 6) GBC ARE SO DELUDED

Never ever in my life I've read such a rascal letter like the one from Mr. Ehrlichman (aka Bhagavan dasa). Maybe some statements of prominent leaders of Nazi Germany (when they were dragged before court after they lost the war and tried to defend themselves) come close to it. They were all put to death.

Don't think that he's reformed. He's still the same pseudo guru. I really hope that they sentence Mr. Ehrlichman to jail for the rest of his life. Maybe then he'll understand that he's guilty and responsible for what happened in ISKCON after he and his fellows invoked the pseudo guru nazi regime in ISKCON like the Nazis invoked the Nationalsozialistische Arbeiterpartei in Germany.

He (Bhagavan) is millions of times more guilty than some small, deluded goondas of his pseudo guru regime, whom he now tries to blame for his own deeds. Hitler himself killed not even one Jew, all he did was to sit behind his desk and give some "higher instructions" and to delude the people with his preaching skills. So, he is qualified to give big lessons in healing and good behaviour?

Mr. Ehrlichman is so deluded that he even think it is proper to offer his "skills" to the many abused people. "Have nazi ober killer Mister Mengele defend you and see how he talks to Mister Hitler to get some money from him for your pleasure and silence, after he and his fellows killed your family (but were not successful to finish you completely)." But not enough: Mr. Ehrlichman even knows the higher laws of karma and what Prabhupada intended how to run ISKCON and how to have a new GBC! What good advice this must be! And now he is the big healer, too! Just like Mr. Kampagnola (aka Harikeasa). Wow! Really! Wow! All Glories to His Holiness Resurrection!

Mr. Ehrlichman was part of the pseudo guru nazi regime in ISKCON and he still is part of the same pseudo guru nazi regime in ISKCON. There is no beef eater in the world who can ever be such a rascal as this Mr. Ehrlichman. Big failure Mr Ehrlichman. We thought for some time that maybe you've really had become somewhat sincere but now we've seen your true face! And let's have this straight:

The strength came from Krishna and Prabhupada and it was YOU to disappoint,
