1) RE: THREATS

PADA is hereby requesting anyone who has received e-mail letters making threats to anyone, including scholars or lawyers etc., from the Sanat/ Mukunda camp, to be forwarded to pada. We have been requested to gather these quotes for a file to possibly present as evidence in court of how these fanatics have tried to repress the justice of the ISKCON children, as they have all along, by threats of violence etc.

For example, here is a death threat to Kulashekhara dasa from Sanat: "Therefore, if you wish to flee [rather than become angry and chastise the evil doers], then, my friend, you will have to LEAVE THE PLANET ENRELY." We think Sanat is either saying you will have to leave the planet early, or entirely, since his spelling is so bad we sometimes do not know what he is saying, except that he wants to kill folks! Especially, yumm, yumm, nice tasty devotees! So, let us keep these items on file to show the courts how these bone heads think they are "authorized" to act like the mafia. Very good legal examples of their GBC clone-head violent cult mentality.

Hare Krsna All Glories to Srila Prabhupada

I have been reading all the correspondence regarding the above subject and feel sorry as always to see what appears to be another split between devotees, when we are rapidly approaching a time when solidarity would be much more beneficial. I feel, as I have done all along that a court case is the only way to wash the whole Miskcon mess clean in public, and as in spring-cleaning, quite a bit of dirt will become exposed.

[PADA: Well, tell us about it. We have tried to get many devotees to "unify" on some house cleaning efforts for many years, and we have not only had little success, we have had sometimes inults if not threats from some of the "senior devotees." Now that our "crying wolf" has not worked, and the piper has to be paid, many people who should have known better (not the children victims) are lashing out, even at the persons who were crying wolf, i.e. us.

So that means that they now realize (too late) that there was (and is) a crisis, and that pada was right all along, and they did not deal with it. So, this lack of unity is why it has gone over to the courts system. And now that it has gone over to that sector, many people who sat on their thumbs or did not give us enough support are yelping, which is of course, typical cult meltdown behavior. When the jig is finally up, they start screaming, maybe even shooting, and so on, as we see on TV with so many other cult meltdowns. The "heaven's gate" comet did not arrive as planned, so now they go bonkers. What else is new?]

AD: What I have gathered however, whilst watching from the wings, i.e. observing the communications via e-mail and from speaking with various devotees, is that there seems to be some surprise that as far as they are aware you have not retaliated regarding the labelling of Srila Prabhupada as a ringleader to this whole sordid affair, which is actually, considering Whom and What He is, a very serious affair.

[PADA: All we can do now is try to explain the history, and that is what we intend to do. People blamed Jesus for the medieval mess, and so, how was that retaliated against effectively? The only way to fix this is to try to present the right view, and that is what we have been doing all along, and will continue to do. To go out and threaten to kill more people will not make the explanation for the medieval times look any better will it? What people fail to realize here is that there is no easy way out of this mess, rather it is an extreme mess. We also said that the children were trained to think badly of Srila Prabhupada, and so on and so forth, and we have already made so many other comments about how this evolved. Indeed, we have recently wrote maybe 20 pages on how this problem evolved and it seems some folks have not been reading it?

Threatening to kill people, even us, as is the strategy of the Sanat and Mukunda camp, this will make us all look all the more like wacko cult zombies. But this is not really surprising either, considering that Sanat has been a follower of SDG all along, and he is guilty of supporting the wrong side and supporting exactly that behavior. That means he is still thinking like a mindless SDG zombie, he never left that group-think. And now Mukunda has aligned with him, so they are birds of a feather, they are de facto SDG groupies thinking that threatening to kill devotees, or karmis, or anyone else they want to, is the solution to any kind of problem. This "solution" is of course identical to the GBC's modus, and it did not work for the GBC, and so it will not work for their newfound clones either. Moreover, now they will not have any input at all into the case since no one wants to deal with SDG's little groupie brothers. In sum, even if they could kill a few folks, the case would go on regardless, except now we'd be adding more charges and their names to the case.]

AD: A letter from yourself to the lawyers, something in the press, or on one of your radio broadcasts would be so influential as you have surely become quite well-known in this sphere now, and are a powerful writer, speaker etc. Also, many Prabhupadanugas who usually stay quite silent have even been moved to write letters to WT regarding this matter.

[PADA: Everyone involved already already knows our view. And we have already discussed this with everyone involved and also with some media people. We have told everyone involved to go read our websites and so on. There is nothing new to add, this has been our effort for many years. Go read it. As most peole agree, there is no need for us to make a "new statement" since we have already stated what we think in umpteen documents. And later, when the media wants to talk to us, we will do our best to set things right. So far, we have not been in the media. We have also wrote, all along, that the GBC is the guilty party. So the idea that we are now suddenly stating that Srila Prabhupada is "guilty" is: well, stupid? Of course, we saw how some of Srila Prabhupada's brothers attacked him, and his "leading" followers poisoned him, and thus we are not at all surprised at these mischeif making mis-citing activities.

We also said that he was not only "not guilty," but that he was being poisoned. So, this Mukunda and Sanat, they have mis-cited what we have said. Now they are saying that our pointing out that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned, and all the other points we raised are wrong, and they have had the better idea all along. Kill pada, kill this guy, kill that guy, and in sum, act and become like the GBC. Ummm, no. This simply a rehash of some of the GBC's ideas? Worse, now that they are speaking like Kirtanananda, they will not be welcomed to help with this case or any other case by any party. So, they will be even more left out and not participating? They wanted to participate, and maybe they could have, but by being GBC gestapos, they will not be welcomed in any quarter.]

AD: I am not in any way opposing you & have appreciated all your newsletters over the years, but I must say have become a little curious as to why you have not responded to these accusations against Prabhupada in the way we have all come to expect, as you have always defended him so valiantly all along.

[PADA: We have defended Srila Prabhupada all along. And we have not changed that. And we are not saying we agree with critcism of him, nor have we ever said that. These guys are making things up in order to, I dunno, get more people killed? So they are simply cult fanatics in a cult meltdown, that is all. They are very typical of what happens when cults melt down. The bone heads make one last call to rally up the troopers to go out and kill.]

AD: No hostility or anything here, I'm just a bit confused and upset as to what is going on at the moment, in what I had thought of as a fairly solid devotee community. You have probably got very good reasons for this inaction, (maybe you have 'something up your sleeve' for later on), but a lot of the hassle taking place at present might die down, as we have all become used to ACTION from your good self. [PADA: There is no single letter or "action" that can be taken to re-write 20 years of history? A rubber life raft cannot raise up the Titanic? All we can do now is try to have some positive effect, and we are going to do that. We are not going to endorse the death threatening crew since we are trying to make a reasonable presentation to lawyers and media people, and the bone-head approach will never work with these people. Indeed, that approach will not even find much support from the devotees at this juncture.

Anyway, this is also a court case, thus we cannnot always discuss what we are, or are not, discussing with any media, defendents, plaintiffs, lawyers etc., in the public, as anyone familiar with law and media should know? That devotees want a full on disclosure of all events is another sign of fanatical cult meltdown reaction. Srila Prabhupada also did not always openly disclose what he felt about many things, for example some Gaudiya Matha folks and so on, as the situation called for. Fanatics would and have said that because he did that, he compromised with them. No. It takes a little intelligence....

So yes, we have to give a lot or credit to folks like the courts, the Berkeley Police, the FBI, and lawyers like Windle Turley, because without folks like them, these fanatics would be out there chopping off heads like the channel 44 horror movie. The fanatics know that if they do that, folks like the police and Windle Turley will put them in jail for life, so these forces are at least helping them become at a modicum of religious. And WT will also do what these bone heads could never even do in their wildest dreams: he will get some justice for the wronged children of Srila Prabhupada. These bone heads not only cannot do that, one of them told me that the kids are demons. Just see, more heads for the chopper. Even the kid's heads. So, let us focus on what has to be done now, it is too late, the case is filed already and moreover, no other help has come forward for these kids to date.

I want to point out that the quote of Srila Prabhupad's about "Kick on his face" was made about Guru Maharaji, an impersonalist - self-proclaimed 'God'. It was NOT made about sincere devotees. Also, your writings are barely legible. What kind of education did you have? It would benefit you to go back to school, maybe an evening class in English, so that you can communicate with other human beings. I have trouble even reading your insults.

When a man came to him (Kirtanananda) and told him he was having problems
with his wife, the guru's advice usually boiled down to two words: "Hit her."

"Three things are better when you beat them: your drum, your dog, and your
wife," he liked to say. That is exactly what many men at New Vrindaban did.

When Kirtanananda ordered them to get married, Taru and Mahara barely knew
each other. They hadn't talked much since their marriage and didn't know each
other much better now. Mahara had no idea why her husband had ordered her to
follow him.

When they arrived behind the barn, Taru turned and hit her hard across the face.

Mahara screamed. Taru hit her again.
"Why are you doing this?" she cried.
"Kirtanananda told me to," Taru said.
"But why?' screamed Mahara.
"You're not submissive enough."
"But how can I be more submissive?" wailed Mahara,
one of the best sankirtan collectors in ISKCON.
"I've given Kirtanananda my life.
I've worked day and night doing sankirtan.
I've raised millions of dollars for him."
"You're not submissive enough," Taru repeated and hit Mahara again.
She fell to the ground. Taru jumped on top of her and again hit her in the face.
He got up and stood over her, clenching and unclenching his fist.
Mahara was curled up with her hands over her face, whimpering.
Taru was crying, too. "I'm sorry!" he sobbed. "I'm sorry!"
He looked down at Mahara one last time and then ran away.
