1) WOMEN BASHING AND IRM

Dear Adri/Krsna Kant & IRM,

Hare Krishna. Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

I was disappointed to read your opinion of women in your recent IRM newsletter #26. While I agree that the books should never be changed, I do not find it necessary to throw the baby out with the bath water and present as an absolute truth, the less intelligence position of women, in order to make your point. We can see there are also quotes where Prabhupada speaks of women in this age as of equal intelligence to men. There are also quotes where he speaks poorly of men. Why this is not focused on to the degree denigrating of woman is? It was those of "superior birth," men, who sexually molested, beat and starved our children.

[PADA: Not only that, many of the people who stand up to fight the GBC's corruption are women. So, if the women have to grab the sword and fight, what kind of "men" are we dealing with here? Had the men protected the women and children, which is their duty, most of this abuse would not have occured.]

I was under the impression you were going to do it different, that you were going to follow ALL of what Prabhupada taught us, but now I see you are going to run certain aspects the same way old ISKCON has. Our wives are being disrespected by these misunderstandings, our marriges torn apart, and our children end up abused. IRM will be no different than those they criticize if they continue to hold to this male superiority illusion. It is not spiritual and Prabhupada has said this himself. Do not tell me you are simply repeating Srila Prabhupada. A little sincere study will reveal Prabhupada has explained that everyone in this age is on essentially the same level. If this continues, the IRM will end up with just as many divorced as the current ISKCON has, and end up in court from their children too.

[PADA: Its worse than that, many women have fought more aggressively and bravely than many men.]

They/you seem to be very attached to the philosophy that men are superior to women. Never mind that Prabhupada explains everything is backwards and topsy-turvey in this age, never mind that we have countless examples of women holding high corporate managerial positions in the world, or as lawyers, doctors and so on and doing it successfully thus making IRMs position on the less intelligent aspect of women look ignorant, ....... and never mind that Srila Prabhupada said that this did not apply to devotee women, never mind that it is written that in this age there is virtually no difference between men and women bodies... Let us just keep quoting this one thing, give it the appearance of an absolute truth, and maybe it will send the women all packing (after all, they must not be sincere if they leave, right?). Or make them so blindly and stupidly submissive to the men that they do not mind women being around, and can abuse them, their children and get away with it.

It is all so much ego, and yet preached as Krishna Consciousness. So once again, my hopes for a better future in the real ISKCON for myself and my family is questionable. By all means, do not change the books, but don't change the philosophy either. If this is your understanding of the philosophy I humbly suggest you do more study as well as sincere study, looking at that which you fear or dislike. Such teachings have never facilitated familial bonds and are a misunderstanding, which is the reason householders end up in divorce court, not because the women are not submissive enough, not good enough devotees and so on. I will remain ritvik but do not know that I will give my unalloyed devotion to IRM.

When ever I receive your newsletter "KICK ON HIS FACE" my hairs stand on end after reading it. It is so full of wrath that it shudders me just to think that I could be also targeted by your attacks. It sound like the Yamaduttas are personally coming out from you, killing every one around you. It really sounds terrible. That you sound so bitter means that you are also a victim of abuse, of very very severe abuse, other wise you wouldn't be so bitter. The one thing which is confusing me in your letters is your talking of killing.

Because of the special slang you are using in you letter, I can not figure out if the killings, you are talking about, are only allegorical or for real, or are meant to be physical, mental or emotional, or if you just want some body to shut up, or if you really mean to murder some one? Please clarify this for me.

[Sanat: Pud and friends are really spinning out of control now. If he did get killed by a crank, wouldn't THAT just be a VERY NOMINAL killing ...i mean, what's the big deal? I mean, hey, if he was attacked by the 'worst' of cranks, (you know, it might be just that he'd be slowly tortured, dipped in acid, etc. ---and THEN killed, right? That would be WAY MORE than say, a 'nominal - crank-killing, 'one we'd rather not countenance... That would not be the kind of Pud-killing desired or wanted, right? But if a 'very nominal - type killing was performed by, say, a crank who was tolerable and who 'worked nicely' w/others, then that type of very nominal Pud-eradication program, being so friggin' nominal would be 'one we could all live with', RIGHT?"]

But in any way, whatever your interpretation of the killing is you are talking about, we kindly request you to please go directly to Satsvarupa and start with him first. Please leave alone Puranjana. He is not your target. Your attacks on him are misdirected. Please direct them to whom they belong, to SDG. Of course if you could also extend them to this fat pig Jayapotato Swami, we would be very glad and jubilant if those miscreants are killed by you. All Isk-con problems would be solved and we would worship you for the rest of our lives. But you have to consider that the police will put you in jail if you really try to physically kill some one.

But if you consider yourself to be the justice messenger of Yamaraja and Kali, I guess that it might be alright for you to eliminate Iskcons bogus leadership. If you try to call upon the energies of the Yamaduttas, we again like to request you, please first start with Iskcons gurus, GBC's and Sannyasis, before you rampage on ordinary devotees with nominal deficiencies. We all have been fooled and abused by Iskcons false successor gurus. Thank you very much for going after the bogus gurus.

3) BLAMING SRILA PRABHUPADA UPDATE

Haribol Jaya Srila prabhupada! I read all your messages, but am replying to the most important one, the one of you and Puranajana. This past weekend I went to visit a dear god-sister, after not seeing her for 2 years. We had a wonderful time and talked nonstop for 1 and 1/2 days!!! We came to the conclusion that this is an all out war. That the GBC are trying to get off the hook by allowing Srila prabhupada's name to get smeared in the media. Do you realize the gravity of this siutation? This will wreck the faith of those devotees who are already shaky in their KC... however, I have come to the conclusion that that is the GBC's intention!!!!!

[PADA: Now we are getting somewhere. The people who started this "blaming of Srila Prabhupada project" is the GBC. Others have been affected by it, but the source is some of the GBC. Some GBC, Sanat and others are trying to say that the source of this complaint is the ex-gurukulis, pada, etc. but nope.]

Dasi: If they can't have the world, then no one will be able to. Like the British who couldn't have india, they made sure to divide them into Pakistan and India, to cause havoc for their future. So the GBC and gurus could have gotten their lawyers to talk beforehand with Turley, but they didn't. Do you ever hear about the Catholic Church smearing the name of the Pope? So why is Srila Prabhupada's good name being allowed to come into this? They are not accepting responsibility for their actions, and are blaming Srila Prabhupada!!! It is plain and simple. one cannot blame the ex-gurkulis for being angry at Srila Prabhupada as you have already pointed out. They don't know any better. If their parents are still not asking forgiveness then they are in total denial. I am not, I know I have done wrong and am suffering greatly, but am accepting that I have done wrong and am trying to atone for my wrongs, but I know that my daughter will always have that deep hole in her heart from the abuse she suffered. I won't go into details, but the main point here is that as adults and devotees we must all accept responsibility and not blame Srila Prabhupada, as he surely didn't want his beloved children to suffer...

We did not take our positions as parents very seriously and passed it over to others. I am ashamed of my past, and hope that someday I can make up for it. I feel sorry and ashamed for what all the children have gone through. It is unspeakable. But now I am willing to stand and fight for the cause of my guru and I don't care what others think of me, or if it will have repercussions, etc. We took Srila Prabhupada's words and concocted our own philosophy of abuse and neglect. It is shameful. But why the GBC and gurus are not saying anything, or Iskcon's spokesperson? Do they have their own agenda? Good question!!!

4) NADIYA/ MAYAPURA PUBLIC PROTEST

"Kill the ISKCON child molestors" and there have been rallies of 1000's demanding something be done about ISKCON which has brought shame to the area and that it is a bogus religion. As well, 500 students have signed a petition demanding that ISKCON get out of the district of Nadia and that was presented to the district magistrate.

Nothing like good ol' mob mentality. Signs that targets all ISKCON members, equating them with child molesters. Welcome to Mississippi, India. And thousands declaring a bogus religion... can't they read the books, and be able to discriminate between devotees and bhavanandas? Of course, Ravindra Svarupa and the illustrious GBC have passed a resolution in 1998(?) that equates Bhavanandas -- or voted-in gurus -- to be as good as Srila Prabhupada. And what is the source of that lovely anti-ISKCON report?

[PADA: That is why the GBC has to declare that the GBC's enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophiles lineage is bogus, and this is not Lord Chaitanya's movement. Moreover, the founder of this movement was poisoned and then his movement was poisoned with molester pooja. Otherwise, people in India will want this bogus cult tossed out, just like they physically beat up and then tossed out Rajneesh from one village when we were in India in 1971. If the GBC will not declare that their homosexual pedophile pooja lineage is bogus, then it will be targetted as bogus because it is bogus. And people will toss it out "on behalf" of the GBC. This will show us what Srila Prabhupada meant when he said "on my behalf."
