Exactly how much of a difference it will make about blasphemey of Srila Prabhupada in the Court we do not know. But what WE DO KNOW is this: Srila Prabhupada is ALREADY being BLASPHEMED by: 1) Jayadvaita + Dravida and company who have INSULTED Srila Prabhupada by CHANGING Srila Prabhupada's books in order to suit GUNDA "gurus" worship. Bhagavad-gita has been slaughtered. Chaitanya-Caritamrta (9 volume set distorted) -- what MORE INSULT to Srila Prabhupada will these demoniac thugs not do!!!

2) These demonicac "guru" gundas want to be worshiped as good as God -- thats in ISKCON -- THIS is also BLASPHEMEY to Srila Prabhupada. They reject July 9th 1977 letter a clear directive from Srila Prabhupada---Its VERY doubtful this DEMONIAC evil gundas BELIEVE in Lord Krishna. They are ATHIESTS in the garb of devotees. They LIP SERVICE Srila Prabhupada pretending to be "disciples" of Srila Prabhupada--just to manipulate devotees, usurp the properties and con the public. Disciple mean discipline they do NOT follow Srila Prabhupada's discipline therefore they are NOT Srila Prabhupada's disciples.

IF--the court case DRAINS these demoniac thugs and prevents these gundas from distorting Srila Prabhupada's Books --its WORTH IT. These Gundas have ventured to usurp Srila Prabhupada's unique position as the Diksa guru of ISKCON -- robbed his properties threw out devotees from temples and distorted his books -- its time the following prediction took place -- maybe? The COURT cases are the bitter medicine destined for them -- their fame and piety is LONG gone (many do not even follow 4 regs or chant 16 rounds Hare Krishna Mahamantra)-- next to go opulence? -- COURTS and Lawyers will do Fire Yagna ceremony --money goes --SVAHA! SB 3.4.26 P Although one may be well versed in the transcendental science, one should be careful about the offense of maryada-vyatikrama, or impertinently surpassing a greater personality. According to scriptural injunction one should be very careful of transgressing the law of maryada-vyatikrama because by so doing one LOSES his duration of life, his opulence, fame and piety and the blessings of all the world.

(1) The GBC tried one more time to put humpty dumpty (homosexual pedophiles) as gurus back together again in 1985-6. So they reinstated Bhavananada and started printing in their "Back To Godhead" that Kirtananada is like Jesus. Simultaneously, in their so-called Bhagavatam, written by Hridayananda, they said that these evil twins are great gurus. At this point, Hansadutta tried to rejoin their party, and it appears that the price that party demanded from him was that he defend Kirtanananda, their then most violent homosexual guru cult leader, as the "best guru" for his re-admittance into that clique. By the way Hansadutta had a homosexual sannyasi in his camp named Rohini Kumar who also loved the idea of boosting up another homosexual as a guru, and so he joined with Hansaduta and there were also many rumors that there were a number of other homosexuals in the Berkeley temple, so much so, I was told to watch my butt in the shower there in 1985?

(2) And so Hansadutta agreed to fully support the GBC's next big wave of propaganda and defend that pedophile guru imitator, Kirtanananda, nevermind that this man was covered with 50 little boys hands on his guru seat, he had a boy on his lap all the time, kids were in his cottage with adults ordered to stay away, and he was molesting boys in his motorhome at that time, and so on. In sum, the GBC, like SDG, were saying at that time that Kirtananada is "the best guru in ISKCON" and so was Hansadutta. And that is why it appeared to be a conspiracy to revive the homosexual pooja, and we think it was. And we think Sulochana's murder was also a conspiracy and the evidence points that it was.

And Hansadutta was aware of this homosexual element? He was an older devotee who must have known that Kirtanananda and Bhavananda and others had some homosexual anarthas. At least the public worship with so many boys was known to all, since this was done in public view etc. And moreover me and Sulochana were informing everyone of the fact that K swami was a homosexual openly and publicly and anyone who saw him in his seat with the boys figured out that he was also a pedophile in two seconds. And we had told Hansadutta that we thought K swami was a bogus fool all along, and Srila Prabhupada's letters circulated by Sulochana and me confirmed that Srila Prabhupada felt that as well?

We were also quite shocked that Hansadutta's party said that Srila Prabhupada's letters about Kirtananada is a bogus book written by the envious (Sulochana). How can we say that Srila Prabhupada's letters prove he is envious of Kirtanananda? And we may recall that both Hansadutta and Kirtanananda were blamed for putting their pictures on the altars while Srila Prabhupada was still here?

(3) Then Hansadutta said that everyone should leave Berkeley. And so he took everything that was not nailed down to New Vrindavana, including many of the devotees who were servicing the deities etc., to instead become servants of the enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophiles ringleaders, webmasters and worshipped so-called acharyas, and to in sum defend the GBC's new revival program centered on Kirtanananda --and harass and starve the deities at Berkeley? Many devotees said that this moving away the deities property is atheism. And the deity pooja program had to be reduced to increase --Hansadutta's homosexual pedophile pooja project? This was the "good cause" he had to harass and jettison --Krishna's deity pooja? Pedo-pooja is better than Krishna pooja? So, this was the GBC idea at the time and Hansadutta became their agent.

(4) Then both Kirtanananda's and Hansadutta's thugs conjointly were sent to Berkeley to intimidate me out of the temple and threaten me with violence, because we did not accept their homosexual and child molester pooja propaganda. And a few days later they saw that did not work so were chasing me down the street to actually beat or kill me, which was halted by the Berkeley police. By the way, we know of at least one woman who was threatened with violence at New Vrindavana, after they nearly killed Jadurani. In sum, the Kirtanananda enterprise would also beat the hell out of ladies, and even kill them if they could get away with it (Jadurani had to be saved by a passer by or she probably would have died since three people were kicking her with boots all over her body) and this was well known to Hansadutta since 1980. Of course, why would Hansadutta defend a violence against women project and even worship that has never been explained?

(5) Then, K swami almost simultaneously sent some more thugs out to California to kill Sulochana, and the same thugs were "doing surveillance" on my vehicle in Berkeley. And a few days later a note was found on Tirtha after the murder of Sulochana which said basically that I was next on their hit list --to die, and Hansadutta was working hand and glove with this hit man's boss, and conjoining his thugs with KS thugs to come out to get me in some way with violence?

(6) When I informed you of a few of these facts, you made pretend you were going to bump into me like people do in the shopping mall by accident. And you asked if all of this was like getting bumped into by accident in the store? No, anal sex with children which requires stiches; beating up women; banning, beating and killing Srila Prabhupada's worshippers (defectors from the cult enforced ritualistic worship of homosexual pedhophiles) etc. ---is not like geting bumped into at the mall?

You also said that no other guru would have allowed us to stay anywhere. Well, Hansadutta was not and is not a guru? He has never had any authority to: allow or ban, or to beat or suppress, or to not allow Srila Prabhupada's worshippers anywhere? He specifically has zero authority to repress us. He had zero authority to decrease Krishna pooja and to increase pedo-pooja? He was also taking drugs, drinking alcohol, and having sex with other people's wives while sitting on his big seat and you are still saying he was a guru? No, Srila Prabhupada was and is our guru. We do not agree that Hansadutta and his GBC associates are or were gurus? And yes, our lives were in danger as was evidenced by the many bannings, beatings and murders going on in the 80s, and we were indeed near the top of the list to get offed as everyone knows. And rather than help us establish Srila Prabhupada's worship Hansadduta totally betrayed us and he instead tried to revive his old pedo-pooja scheme, and maybe by so doing get us killed since we were in line for assassination from their party as was confirmed by the Berkeley PD and the FBI, and even Stillson Judah said that we have to watch our back or they will kill us?

And who told you they are or were gurus? Hansadutta also said in an newspaper interview that his followers are such fools and idiots that even if he had a cigar in his hand and a woman on his lap, his idiot followers would still worship him. This is printed in the San Jose Mercury news in an interview. In other words, he said his followers are stupid fools for accepting that he is a guru. So why are some of us still saying he and others were gurus? Hansadutta himself says that anyone who thought he was a guru is a mindless robot idiot, and this is a public statement?

So we do not accept this GBC propaganda that these people are or were gurus. Now, if any of this is incorrect, as you seem to claim that we are not truthful, please tell us where? We had also hoped to discuss this with you in person but if at every step you said we are liars. This is not good and it reflects on what Hansadutta is still telling you today? You are severely misinformed and that seems to reflect on his misdirecting you at the present time.

VD: Well, I went through your site and the articles describing the acaryas. Does this mean that we should consider only Srila Prabhupada as our initiating Guru?

[PADA: Diksha means to receive pure divyam jnanam (spiritual knowledge) and to have one's sins absorbed (ksha), so yes only a pure devotee can give diksha proper. To get the "bhakti lata bija" from a person with anarthas means --you get their anarthas and not the beeja proper.]

VD: I was rather shocked to read about the abuse incidents in Iskcon and the articles regarding Srila Prabhupada being administered poison. I hope such (abuse) incidents are not occuring anymore. I am dependant on Iskcon for my spiritual upliftment, and now I am really worried that such things happen(ed). I am beginning to doubt if this is a safe place for women, since my mother and sister are also taking interest in this movement now. Please help me restore my faith in the Hare Krishna Movement. Also i hope are not true.

[PADA: Well, caution is a good idea at this point in time since the leadership has shown it has little or no accountability.]

VD: I really want to become a good devotee, but I am beginning to lose faith in Lord Krishna himself. Lord Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita that one should approach a Guru from a disciplic succession. I feel sorry for the women devotees of Iskcon who did just that and were molested.

[PADA: These women and others "took shelter" of someone posing as a guru, and not a real guru. This should not cause us to lose faith, rather it should make our faith stronger. Prabhupada says that those who imitate the acharyas are the most dangerous elements in human society, and they are destined to go to the worst hells. So, these rogues are not acharyas, and they simply cause various troubles to human society, and as such they are going down, and this is confirmed by shastra. This means shastra is correct....]

VD: There were so many abused victims( there were matajis as old as 20 yrs who were raped by senior "devotees"). Lord Krishna says that his devotees are always protected. Then why did he not protect those poor victims? Also there was the incident 500 yrs ago where the muslim rulers in India destroyed temples in Vrindavan, beat up the Male devotees and Raped the Female devotees. Why did Lord Krishna not protect them? People might say it is due to past Karma, but then Krishna is supposed to reduce the Karma of his devotees. At least He should have protected the matajis from being raped.

[PADA: Well, even the purest devotees are sometimes attacked and killed, such as Jesus. The "protection" being described in shastra is mainly an internal process. We are protected from going to a lower birth or hell by being Krishna's devotees. This might not mean that we get a free pass to ride in the air conditioned first class section of the private jet. No, we still might have to ride a bike or even walk in the hot sun. Thus, a devotee is primarily "protected" from a lower birth, but he still might have to face severe troubles in this material world, since such troubles are often inevitable parts and parcels of material existence. Indeed, the greatest devotees are sometimes crucified, poisoned and attacked on the external level.

Of course, there are also examples of great devotees like Prahlad being protected even externally, but this level of protection is most rare in this world. Ultimately, the pure devotee is a nitya siddha, nitya manjari etc. so he is existing in his original spiritual existence and here simultaneously. So he is never overcome by mundane existence in any circumstances. So he is always protected and we have to aspire for that level ourselves, but first we have to understand what it is.

We may also be protected at times on the external level, but there are no cut and dried guarantees, that is all. There is also Queen Kunti, who prays that despite Krishna had saved her from so many problems, she said that she wanted even worse problems because that forces her to worship Krishna? And Srila Prabhupada says that Kunti is an eternal associate who takes birth in His roadshow and she takes up this role as dependent while being attacked --all the time? Therefore she shows us that this protection is internal, it is not some magic showbottle divine weapon to chastise our enemies? She is protected because she is conscious of Krishna at all times, therefore nothing can attack her in the ultimate sense? This does seem a mystery, we admit, that is because we are used to externals so much.

Protection may depend on many factors, but it ultimately depends on Krishna's mercy. For example, many devotees say that the pada editor should have been killed a long time ago. So, protection may be there, yet we must remember that it is mainly the internal protection that is being described in shastra. Sometimes even the greatest devotees are imprisoned, beaten, and even killed, but this does not mean that they are not protected. We also cannot say that Krishna should protect in this way or that way, He protects as He feels is required, it is not in our hands.

Another example was noted by one tow truck driver. We once had the rear axle of our vehicle completely blow-up while going 70 mph on a very busy freeway. When the tow driver came, he touched the axle with one finger, and it fell out of the socket along with the tire. Had that occured at 70 mph we would have died for sure. He said, "God has saved you." So we may be saved externally, or we may die externally, but the real "protection and saving" is that if we are God conscious we are saved from going backwards into the animal species and we advance towards Krishna's Lotus Feet. The argument that a great devotee is sometimes attacked is not a good basis to reject the idea of devotional service. Indeed Srila Prabhupada says that if a devotee is being attacked, that is proof that his preaching is effective and he is being blessed by Krishna.

By the way, the Pandavas were attacked, their children were killed and so on. So they were "protected" on some levels and attacked on other levels, but the point is: being Krishna's devotee is the best protection there is no matter what. In sum, since even the greatest devotees are sometimes attacked and killed externally, we cannot use this as the measure of external protection overall? Besides, even the greatest government leaders and generals, despite being fully protected by the government, does not mean they will not be killed in a battle, or car-bombed, or attacked in some way by enemies and rogues? Besides, Krishna's own son died in Kurukshetra, so was His son not protected? Of course he was. How do we define being protected? That is the first point.

Similarly, being a devotee can be risky on the external level sometimes. In our case, we were "protected" from falling into all kinds of abominable things that many devotees have fallen into since 1977 and at least fifty devotees have offered us since that time: booze, pot, crank, ecstacy drugs, and who only knows what else, but we have not fallen into these traps because we fought instead. So by fighting, and even if we had to die, that was better protection than not fighting? That means we are protected --yet this is mainly internally. And thus, even if we have to be assassinated, we still are protected?]

VD: Please do not take my questions offensively. I really WANT to become a GOOD devotee, and that is possible only if my faith is restored. I am relying on you and have faith in you. Please forgive my offenses. I am asking questions in a submissive mood only. Hari bol,
