Calcutta update

Dear PADA pamho agtSP You may recall a confidential letter sent to you a few months ago. In this letter we informed you of a "behind closed doors" plot to "takeover" Sri Sri Radha Govinda mandir Calcutta. We became privy to this information while visiting Sridham Mayapura. We are not part of its infrastructure or its politics, yet, we became recipients of this information on the first-day of our visit. Yes, the rumors were rampant. So how is it that Pancaratna (an inside man) is "totally shocked" by Adri's resolve to an armed response.

We charge Pancaratna before the deities that; he knew of these meetings, that he was well informed of the agenda, and that he had discussed the resolution with others. How many more wind-up-toys (like Pancaratna) and bundar natch's (monkey dances) has Mayapura management got in store for us? Jayapatak's goons are attempting a Naxalbari lal salaam, and our burra babu (Pancaratna) is "totally shocked" at Adri. Why isn't he "shocked" at the pre-meditated -ATTACK- plan? Why be shocked by a (provoked-response-only) DEFENSE? Besides, is it not in keeping with iskcon (Mayapura) tradition; to shoot when attacked? Why mar tradition? To Adri we advise: shoot below the belt, this will avoid unnecessary death, and simultaneously create true celibates for iskcon's (libidinous) sunnyarse asram.

And why call the attackers "devotees"? These dirty filthy monkeys, are eating the lice of each other's backs to preserve their unholy communion. Beating, banning, stealing, extorting, embezzling, frauding, murdering, fornicating without discrimination and God-only-knows what other twisted, contorted acts of perversion these "devotees' perform in private, and Mr. Jali Ratna (fake gem), is "totally shocked" at the possibility that they may get hurt. Pancaratna; wake up and smell the faeces. Billions of jivas are being deprived of Srila Prabhupada's doya. This is spiritual genocide. Bhakti devi is being stripped in public, while you sit supportive on the Kaurava payroll.

PANCARATNA Writes: " THE ONLY ISSUE HERE IS YOUR POSITION AS PRESIDENT OF THE CENTER AND THE POLICY REGARDING INITIATIONS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE CENTER." Yes, even though Pancaratna has attempted to minimize these issues, they are both of the utmost importance and are vital to the reinstatement of Srila Prabhupada and His directives. But these are not the main issues prompting the planned "takeover." Like all gangster stories; its about money. Calcutta's Sri Sri Radha Govinda mandir, has always been a lucrative source of income for iskcon Mayapura. Now Adri has put a bund to the nectar-flow. He has taken away Pooh Bear's honey-pot, and the bear is hopping mad. Now the burra sahibs of iskcon Mayapura, must fry their puris in sursu tail (mustard oil) instead of khati ghee. And if Pancaratna thinks: "IF THE DEVOTEES FEEL THREATENED THEY CAN SIMPLY LEAVE," there's more chance of him going back to the 'ol US of A and chasing a hot-dog with a Budweiser, than it is for one sevaka of Sri Sri Radha Govindaji to leave their Lordship's association.

1) JPS on the run update--

Apparently, the Calcutta police are in fact officially looking for Jayapataka over the jail suicide issue. Anyone who knows where he is: contact pada pronto. It also seems like the "real reason" Jayapataka's goondas "want to take Caluctta temple by storming it and using violence" is that Calcutta was a big source of income for JPS' crew in Mayapura. According to pada sources, the Mayapura project is suffering severely from the monetary loss due to "the ritvik revolution." Simultaneously, lots of former local supporters of the Mayapura project were turned off by the mysterious "pandal burning" incident, the so-called "suicide hanging in jail incident," and so on.

Adri is also a well known local figure in Calcutta, at least by most of the life members and so on, and thus to try to all of a sudden say he is a demon who needs to be beat over the head with an iron bar by JPS' goons (because he does not accept that pedophiles are in our parampara?) is not going to sit well with his local supporters and symathizers in the Hindu community. In other words, what has occured in the USA a long time ago, i.e. the general public and the hindus were "fried to toast" is now occuring in India. Fortunately, this time our idea is at least taking hold in some areas and a few properties may be spared mass violent purges, so that the whole thing will not be lost like it almost was here in the USA. Some of the leaders there have taken a stand, and so now the public can realize that there are evil persons at the managerial levels, and that all of their nonsense is not agreed upon by all of the rank and file.

This prove pada's original theory, the whole controversial issue is not, as Pancharatna says "a (nonchalant and friendly) debate over how initiations will be conducted in ISKCON," rather it is life and death "war" to takeover (hijack) the worship, income, manpower, assets, good name of ISKCON, and so on, and use it for the false GBC's aims, aims that they have held since 1977, to make ISKCON into a homosexual pedophile guru lineage worshipping cult, and to grab the assets of ISKCON to fund and finance that violent and deviated cult.

Please try and learn to state some FACTS - your e-mails are always noticeable for their absence of anything factual. You state: "Do you think Prabhupada will be very happy with this kind of your talk and action?"

Do you think that Prabhupada will be happy with 200 goondas attacking a temple? And if this is NOT going to happen then what 'action' are you speaking of that I am supposed to be taking? "You may say that you have not done this in action but you know talk is more powerful. Draupadi simply made a joke to Duryodhan that Andhe ke bete andhe hote hain (son of blind is also blind). This statement led to Mahabharata."

How will the statement that we will DEFEND ourselves FROM a war LEAD to a war. If we DEFEND ourselves FROM 200 goondas, then the war has ALREADY begun. You have got everything back to front. "Adri prabhu I can see that you are not doing anything to reform ISKCON or do some preaching activities to please Srila Prabhupada but just to protect your nonsense you are doing all these things."

This is another nonsensical statement. You have just told us that there is NOTHING for me to protect myself from, so WHAT is is that I am supposed to be protecting myself from? "You are going to plan a bloodshed."

"It seems you are totally frustrated and insecured therefore, you are talking in unsane manner." Surely the only persons who would be 'frustrated and insecure' would be those who seek to forcibly take away a temple, not those who simply warn that such an action is foolish. Why don't you wake up and realise that it has only been MY MESSAGE that has prevented all bloodshed since Dayarama's plan became neutralised by it.

"I do agree with Jsomatinandan prabhu and Bhima prabhu that GBC are equally bad," So if the GBC are bad, why do you follow them? Please tell me what YOU have done and are doing to reform ISKCON? Why don't you start with your Guru JP and friend Gopal? Why not preach to them to return their disciples back to Srila Prabhupada? Are you doing this? I can understand that from time to time you need to make statements to please Gopal, but please try and state something factual and coherent, instead of the above gibberish.

All these years so much goondagiri and violence has gone on in ISKCON - with Mayapura being part of it - and you have never said a single word against it. The only time that you and others seem to get upset is when someone actually speaks out AGAINST goonda tactics in ISKCON. Please get your priorities correct.

I personally feel that this suit is an arrangement made by Krsna to GLORIFY Srila Prabhupada in the ultimate end of things. I am not in possession of a Srila Prabhupada folio, (nor do I even have a computer), but I do have a few ideas of things which devotees CAN possibly do with regard to showing exactly WHO Srila Prabhupad REALLY was: First - and I would be willing to do it, although I have only a free email account where the space for things is not very much, but maybe someone with good computer knowledge can help me - one devotee should take charge to make a compilation of quotes from Srila Prabhupada's letters, books, lectures, etc., about the protection of children, women, etc., and ANYTHING else that can be presented as evidence to Srila Prabhupada as he IS.

Next, take out and compile all of the direct verses from all of the books which give direct evidence of the pure Krsna conscious philosophy given in the scriptures which Vaisnavas accept, and which PROVE Srila Prabhupada, (as a representative of Krsna, and the teacher and upholder of sastra), to be a person who would NEVER approve of abuse, nor would be a part of it. These verses should concern themselves with the protections of women, children, the proper maintenence of society, etc.; (those verses which make things VERY obvious).

Third: Devotees can send in any and every story they can think of, to demonstrate the REAL character of Srila Prabhupada in his personal dealings with devotees, who indeed, in SO MANY instances SHOWED his LOVE and CONCERN for the children in the movement, (and for ALL of the devotees), and even for children and other people who were "outside" of ISKCON. (Ie. When Srila Prabhupada expressed his glee upon seeing the Agarwal's baby son Brig take his first step, or when Srila Prabhupada heard that one devotee who was in India, and who's wife had just given birth in the US - or wherever it was - and Srila Prabhupada gave the devotee laksmi telling him to purchase something for his newly born child. And Srila Prabhupada also gave Nanda Kumar laksmi as well. Nanda Kumar said to Srila Prabhupada, "Srila Prabhupada, I can not take this from you." So Srila Prabhupada answered, "It is not for you; it is for your child.")

So stories of this nature can be submitted. So many things: Both from the books, lectures, letters and personal experiences. One (or more devotees) who have the Vedabase (Folio, or whatever that is called), can get the quotes. One devotee can take charge of getting the quotes sent into him/her, and they can organize the quotes and send them into Mr. Turley. Another devotee, (or more than one) can deal with the personal stories. Either one devotee can handle the whole thing, (organizing and sending to Mr. Turley the quotes from the books, lectures, letters, etc., and the personal stories submitted from devotees), or more than one devotee.

Anyway, this is a suggestion. I honestly am not seeing this as a "bad thing" that Srila Prabhupada's name has been thrown into the mess, although at first I WAS VERY UPSET. But somehow, I truly think that it is Krsna's arrangement to glorify His pure devotee, and to show the world WHO Srila Prabhupada INDEED was. Anyway, this is a possible suggestion on how to deal with this part of the case. I hope all is well.

Do you REALLY think that ANY of the gurukula children give a rat's butt about SP, and "defaming him"? PLEASE! He is the one responsible for brainwashing our already drugged out mindless parents, and in turn ALLOWING the abuse to take place!!!!! I have no problem what-so-ever with naming him in the suit. And I don't see what the BIG DEAL is with everyone! He's dead ALREADY!!!! The movement HE CREATED is full of worms, and it should be shown as such! I didn't know him personally, so I can't exactly put the blame on him completely ...but HIS teachings were what brought the entire idea of a gurukula about. HIS teachings were what made us live the way we had to live every day, and jsut because some of you enjoy your austere way of living, it pains me to think that you would happily inflict it upon your children. HOW???????? Is it just me, or do you want your children to have more than you ever had, a better life than you ever had, a better education, a happier childhood???????

While some of you may find it perfectly natural to wipe your ass with your hands when toilet paper is readily available, I personally find it DISGUSTING, and UNSANITARY!!!!! I am personally so very happy that I was born into a country that has such ADVANCES as toilet paper. (And...by the way......as a child I would clean the gurus bathrooms ...they certainly had toilet paper...I remember being jealous of that!) SP brought this religion to the US, his temples grew from his teachings, his gurus were chosen BY HIM! Therefore, I see a certain amount of responsibility resting on his deceased shoulders! We are all "his babies" so to speak, and because actions were not taken to put a stop to the terrible things that were happening, this in fact constitutes ALLOWING it to happen!

Go ahead, bring on the flames! I don't see why the HUGE uproar about SP here, most of you didn't even know him, yet you protect him more than you protect your children! Again ....I am not pointing this at anyone in particular ..but the whole movement......

Dear Survivor, Hare Krsna.

I hope you are well. (And I DO mean that.) I know you are feeling the effects of your abuses, and I also know how terrible these effects can torture a person. I was also badly abused in this movement, although in a different way from you. The abuse you sustained could be much greater than mine, or maybe not; who am I to say?; our abuses were different, but both on a physical level, most likely also verbal, and emotional. I am a permanent physical cripple because of my abuses sustained, and I am in NON-stop physical pain, never even being able to get a proper night's sleep, IF I even get some sleep.

I am not writing this with the intent that devotees on this forum or you "feel sorry" for me; I am writing it as one survivor to another. One difference between you and me - besides the differences in the details and form of the abuses, the abusers involved, etc. - is that despite my abuses sustained, I KNOW that Srila Prabhupada had NOTHING to do with ANY of these abuses. I KNOW that Srila Prabhupada would NEVER have approved of ANY form of abuse, and had Srila Prabhupada REALLY known of the abuses going on, Srila Prabhupada WOULD have done something about them.

Srila Prabhupada's own "close" (from the externals) men were NOT following Srila Prabhupada's instructions. We may NOT be able to understand WHY it was that Srila Prabhupada APPEARED to keep them "close" to him. (Ie. just like the policeman keeps the criminal "close" to him so that the criminal can not harm others as easily if they were not held close.) Srila Prabhupada as the empowered and direct representative of Lord Nityananda, (bringing the mercy of Lord Nityananda, and possessed of that consciousness of mercy-giving, JUST LIKE Lord Nityananda, who openly showed His love, compassion and mercy towards Jagai and Madhai, who hit Him with a clay pot), was giving Krsna consciousness to anyone and EVERYone who would take, EVEN demons.

See Srila Prabhupada's purport in CC Madhya 1.218,220 where Srila Prabhupada explains that NOT everyone in Vaisnava dress (tilok, dhoti, etc.), is a devotee, but rather, some are Kali chelas. Thus, to think that these people were representing Srila Prabhupada when they were performing their atrocities, to think that Srila Prabhupada could or would EVER approve of such things, this is just NOT Srila Prabhupada. It was Srila Prabhupada who CRIED when he saw the lion behind bars in the zoo, when other devotees were laughing. It was Srila Prabhupada who, when he heard from one of his male disciples (who came to visit Srila Prabhupada in India), that his wife had just given birth to a baby in the US, Srila Prabhupada pulled out a $50 bill and gave it to the devotee saying, "This is for your new-born child." Then Srila Prabhupada pulled out another $50 and gave it to his servant Nanda Kumar who said to Srila Prabhupada, "Srila Prabhupada, I can't take this from you." Srila Prabhupada replied, "It is not for you; it is for your child," and Nanda Kumar had to take the $50.

There are SO MANY stories, not only stories, but even quotes in the scriptures about HOW women, children, old men, etc., are SUPPOSED to be PROTECTED. Srila Prabhupada not only translated these scriptures, (and wrote his purports supporting those quotes), but Srila Prabhupada was also the LIVING Bhagavata. Sadly these people so much MISrepresented our Srila Prabhupada, that devotees like you, (and I DO consider you a devotee), have not been able to KNOW the REAL Srila Prabhupada. I only wish that I could meet you and that we could sit down and speak to one another. Abuse takes such a HEAVY toll on the victim. I am still trying to deal with the HELL that I went through in this movement.

I will be very honest with you here: Althought I NEVER "fault" Srila Prabhupada for ANYTHING that happened to me, I am at a stage in my life where it is very difficult for me to chant Krsna's Holy name, and it is He that I feel angry with concerning my abuses and permanent crippling and non-stop INTENSE physical pain as a result. I know though, that if I was possessed of a different consciousness, and was able to see things differently, I would not be feeling angry with Krsna, but that I would be seeing what I went through as His mercy. But I am not on that level. Thus I WILL honestly tell devotees where I am at because I know that one day they may be made to go through some similar difficulities, and the fact that they know that someone else was feeling the same feelings will help them to know that they are not alone in reacting in such a similar way.

Often enough - sad as it is - many of us as devotees try to PRETEND that we are on a much higher level of advancement than we really are on. It is almost as if we are trying to deny our human level. (This is due to impersonalism.) Anyway, this aside, I am so sorry that you have been made to suffer. Srila Prabhupada said in "Krsna Book" that a compassionate person who has felt the sting of being pricked with a pin, will never want to see someone else having to go through the same pain. So although I am so lowly and wretched, I feel pain in hearing your pain, and I feel a great sense of anger in seeing how these people in charge have so much MISrepresented Srila Prabhupada, that so many devotees are thinking that Srila Prabhupada actually created something, or gave a philosophy which instituted or supported abuse, because Srila Prabhupada did NOT do this at all.

These SICK people TWISTED so many things, (and in some cases they may have even twisted everything) to suit their OWN SELFISH purposes. I hope this helps out, and I hope and pray that you will heal from these abuses that you have sustained.
