Hare Krsna, All glories to Srila Prabhupada

Well, I just read the latest issue of you news letter and also Adri's IRM (I Reward Murder?) posting. Your straight forward sincere style kicks the butt of his GBC, ISKCON, cheating guru fluff. He uses the same sentimental approach by trying to convince his readers that if a presidential motorcade passes by at the same time kirtan is being performed that his IRM must be on the highest level of approval from the demigods, only a complete neophyte moron would still fall for such gibberish.

[PADA: It is actually worse than gibberish, it is false advertising. The people who started the harinama programs in New York are folks like Kapindra swami, way back before 1986. Locanananda and others have also been helping with harinama and preaching that Srila Prabhupada is the guru in New York for years as well. Along comes Adri and he says these people are all getting inspired by the IRM. No, the IRM is a recent upstart that was inspired by these already existing people. It is like walking into a war zone, where people have been fighting for years, and claiming that you have been the main general in charge all along. It is cheezy. Of course, we admire that they are doing the right things nowadays, but they should admit that they are joining the existing coalition.]

* This sentimental approach is one of the big tools that the usurpers have always used. The power of the holy name when chanted in Harinama or other wise is not anomalous to only the IRM devotees, but is available to all whom take part by hearing or by directly chanting themselves. I have never experienced a bad harinama party, even when there was some violent problems, what ecstasy it is to protect the wonderful souls who chant the holy names of Krsna. Harinama is not proof of a bona fide reform.

[PADA: Well yes, taking credit for the pioneering work of others is the tool often used by the GBC.]

* Please do not misunderstand, I am not vilifying Harinama, nor would I dare to make offenses to those devotees who are practicing this yugadharma, but I am rejecting the reporting of this practice as verification of any political groups authenticity and there by bringing this most holy of activities down to a political level.

[PADA: Good point. The Los Angeles temple sometimes does Harinama and they may get Hridayananda to come along, but that does not mean we agree with their siddhanta. Harinama is good, no doubt, but that does not mean we endorse some or any of the participants, otherwise the Gaudiya Matha has huge harinamas in Mayapura.]

* It is to be understood that anyone that follows Lord Caitanya will try to take part in this most ecstatic of transcendental activities and not that only those in the IRM can receive these described ecstatic results And about this Madhusudana, This guy is a left over from the stone age of ISKCON, he is the same person that thinks that if you have a problem with someone you live with that the best course of action is to repeatedly kick them while they sleep.

[PADA: Good point. After reading and supporting pada for many years, way before the IRM came along, all of a sudden Madhusudana started to say that pada is bogus because Adri came along and told him to attack us. Attack the Prabhupadanugas mode, and naturally this means Madhusudana joined with Adri in support of Tamal and the GBC's view. Harinama, then attack. Harinama, then we are with Tamal and CHAKRA? What is this? It is recycled GBC-ism.]

* Let me explain, my family and I moved to Florida last year. During the interim period of waiting for our house to be set up we stayed at the IRG house in Alachua. My three older sons stayed in the house and the rest of the family stayed in the bus parked in the driveway. The boys living in the house were to be rising early for arati, but there wasn't a good functioning alarm clock. So they used what was available, a clock that only would play music as an alarm. A rock and roll station was chosen as the desired format to wake by, I have no dispute that this choice was inappropriate. When the alarm went off in the morning the boys did not rise immediately and turn it off.

Madhusudana came into the room that they were in and commenced to kicking, swearing and yelling at my oldest son, instead of approaching him with the respect do at least to a human being, let alone an aspiring devotee. Caitanya Jivan woke me in great anger, but Madhusudana had already gone to the temple for arati, so I waited for his return. Upon talking to him he maintained that his course of action was not inappropriate and that his method of chastisement was proper. My reaction was to, specifically, inform him that if he touched my son again I would tear his heart out though his throat. This is the way a family is protected, he moved out of the house within three hours.

[PADA: Madhusudana really loves kids? No wonder they are in support CHAKRA and against us: they use Tamal and co. behavior. Does IRM support poisoners and kid beaters? Apparently yes. And worse, they support Tamal, founder of all of the chaos. And they are not with pada, well good, we don't need a bad advert. Unfortunately, they might behave like the GBC, and kicking kids is what we are against. So, where have they made progress to reform the GBC? They are the GBC part II? More than one woman has told pada that these child kickers, woman beaters, etc. and in general exploiters dressed in orange, they are all the same. False renunciation for false prestige. One woman told pada frankly, "these guys should just go out and get laid (have sex) and quit posing as the greatest renunciates of modern days." Of course, we should feel anger when we hear Srila Prabhupada say that he is being poisoned, but these GBC and IRM Madhusudana types, they are INSTEAD angry that we are exposing the poisoning complaint, and meanwhile they may have a GBC style "kick kids" mentality. They are angry, but at kids, indeed ready to kick kids, but not the poisoners and molesters party? Well, no wonder, if they are kicking kids themselves.]

* Now on to Abhirama, what can I say, in the first five minutes of talking to this person Lord Caitanya showed me the deviant nature of ISKCON and I have been on my guard ever sense. He began with a barrage of questions about money, searching for whether I had any to give him or did I have relatives that may have money or could I get a loan and other questions on the same line. He did not even say hello. My wife and I had just found and came to the temple for the first time and this was our first meeting with the temple president of Miami. When the answer to all of his inquires were negative, he dismissed us like we were useless to him. Bad management.

[PADA: Well, they just wanted to know where is your money, bas. They had no other interest in you.]

* Even though I found this person to be on the platform of a used car salesman, I had already read Bhagavad-Gita and knew that Srila Prabhupada and His Gita were completely transcendental and consequently moved into the temple on Kumquat Street any way. We were given a walk in closet to live in, not a big problem, but a bit small for the two of us. I was immediately sent out on the pick, although it was described as sankirtan. Bad management. After some time I had the idea of renovating an old chicken coop next to the kitchen. I used some of the things that I had as a karmi that were going to waste in a trailer.

We were told that these items were to be sold at a local swap meet to help the temple, but they were left to rot in a wet location. Bad management. Around the coop I found small pieces of slate and used this as a floor set in cement by hand, the floor was dirt to begin with. On the walls and ceiling I hung bed sheets using a staple gun. Next came water for the shower and sink, then a counter top from a ships deck cover. All in all this project turn out quite cozy and was adequate for us. Then came Abhirama, it so happened that he very much coveted the result of my labor and took it upon himself to move us out. Of course I wanted to refuse, but reluctantly I surrendered, we move into the nicest house in the compound.

For some unknown reason this hovel didn't quit meet up to his high standard for household life and he commenced to remodel it. Then came the zoning problems with the city, his project was closed down and the chicken coop was no more for any body. Bad management. Right around the same time I was sent out on a traveling collecting party, of course my wife did not go. Could have this been retribution for my unsubmissive attitude toward him? Also I had asked repeatedly to be relieved from this duty, as it was not my nature to lie to the public for donations, to no avail. A householder ksatriya on a traveling sankirtan party in the close company of an unmarried woman, a woman without her husband and an other couple with child was pure hell. Bad management.

I asked again to change my service, but was told there was a crisis, we were losing the temple on Kumquat and had to move. Bad management. To many times bad management and this it not all of it. I saw a letter from Srila Prabhupada, dated June 4, 1975, to Satsvarupa that stated "Abhirama has proved his poor management, so he must be replaced. If you sell the old buildings and buy some land as proposed, it may be very nice. One thing is though, if the management continues to be so nasty, then that place will also be ruined. Management must be done very nicely otherwise it is useless." But like always His order was never acted upon. The land Prabhupada was referring to was managed nastily and the farm/temple was lost again. I wonder why?

Abhirama should have been removed as ordered by the Guru Himself. It couldn't be that he had gotten better, I was there and nothing changed. Could it be that his friend Tamal intervened? whose to know. This is only a partial history of my experiences at the Miami temple, but for brevity I will stop about Abhirama. Though I did see Abhirama at the New Delhi airport in 97 and again the same most condescending attitude was imposed on me from him. He reveals himself through his eyes. This man is not to trusted, I know this deep in my heart to be true. So as fare as I am concerned his rejection of today's ISKCON/GBC is liken to a rat leaving a sinking ship and Adri should not site such people as authoritative leadership, even if he happens to agree, after thirty years as a monkey boy for the GBC, to the degradation of there so called leadership.

Krsna spoke Bhagavad-Gita to the sun God millions of years ago for the purpose of management of the universe. He spoke it again on the battle field of Kurusetra to Arjuna, a ksatriya, not a vaisya or a sudra, nor even the qualified Brahman. Management belongs to the ksatriya and no one else. When the devotees can come to that proper conclusion then we may go forward. Until then it will be garbage as usual. The outline you have started I think may be a useful tool for stimulation of our memories. The ritvic instruction deviation was a culmination of years of departure from the true siddhanta that Prabhupada was revealing to us. Post samadhi activities by the corrupters is proof of there pre-samadhi mentalities. Sometimes history can be used to uncover the truth about a persons character.
