Your newsletters, wit and perception is very much appreciated. The fact that you have continued to post and maintain a newsworthy publication without any financial assistance is indicative of devotion to Guru & Gauranga, as exhibited by Srila Prabhupada on the streets of Delhi. We are certain the publication will continue to grow long after its editor has departed for Home.

Words have a tremendous impact on behaviour ...thinking, feeling, willing. Our own spiritual path is paved and directed by famous quotes and analogies. Sometimes a master may cite a famous orator to impose a behest and the student mistakenly sees this as an endorsement of the orator and his doctrine as "on-a-par." When Srila Prabhupada quoted Canakya Pandita, misogynistic iskcon grabbed Devaki Devi by the hair. Godsisters were referred to as stupid, toilets, holes, minds on legs, ever-ready, maya, Kirtanananda called his Friday-night women's meeting; "fish-night." We find this to be paradoxical since "women" hold six of the nine most exalted positions in vatsalya-rasa, the other three being Nanda maharaja (2nd position), Vasudeva (8th position) and Sandipani muni (9th position). Madhurya-rasa, the most elevated of mellows; is an all out "women's" affair. The lotus-eyed Laksmi is the queen of Vaikhunta. Beautiful Radha is the queen of Gokula.....there's no room for a misogynist in Vaisnavism.

Caitanya Deva didn't want to leave His mother, but a sannyasi could not remain at home, so Jagganatha Puri was the suggested place of residence, because it was "as if they were two rooms in the same house." Why did Lord Gauranga not see His Mother as an attached "mind on legs." To the contrary; He agreed with Her, and returned from time to time to accept Her offerings. We ourselves were born from women who carried us in bellies for ten months (Sukadeva... for seventeen years), they nurture and give selflessly all their lives. In India (for those who will admit); conches are filled with the breath of women waking religiosity each morning and putting it to rest at night, only when visitors are present the man will perform some spiritual cabaret (generally speaking). So when we hear quotes by Canakya Pundita like "women should never be trusted" or "three things improve with beating ...a drum a dog and a woman" we should not see this as Vaisnavism. He is not in our parampara.

Canakya Pundita (from our recollection) was never famous as a spiritual leader. He was a Brahmin in the employ of King Nanda. Also employed by Nanda was another Brahmin named Raksa. There was some animosity and disagreement between Raksa and Canakya in which the King took the side of Raksa. Canakya undid his sikha (which fell to his ankles) and swore he would never tie it again until the King (Nanda) was removed. After traveling the countryside for sometime, he saw a little boy (Candra Gupta) sitting on a mound passing judgment on his friends. Canakya was impressed with the wisdom of the boy, he took the child under his wing and instructed him. When the boy was old enough, they raised an army and marched against King Nanda. The King was killed...Chandra Gupta was enthroned...and Canakya?......his problems were more knotted than his sikha. Yet our anonymous writer ("Cannot be trusted" PADA 1.20) is content to use a quote by a politican (Canakya) asking us not to trust politicians ...or women.

So even though we may agree with the duplicity of politicians, we cannot agree with the anonymous writer who claims (on the basis of Canakya's quote) that women "will do anything abominable for their personal interest." Our own experience is that women are selfless mothers, and caring sisters who make very nice devotees. Rumours tell us that low libido, uncontrollable libido, "small feet" and the inability to compensate with a flash car is the cause of misogyny. We would advise our anonymous writer to offer an apology to all matas (mothers) and bhines (sisters), or he may never understand the tenderness of Srimati Radhe, the gentleness of Yasoda Devi, the absorption of the gopis, the dedication of Laksmi Mai, the sacrifice of the brahminis, or the love of his own mother.

For starters, these types of alleged "Chanaka" quotes were never focused by Srila Prabhupada, and besides, even if these quotes exist they are being twisted out of context by a few GBC misogynists, ok like Kirtanananda. And now his clones and supporters like Puru / Mukunda are saying "this Kirtanananda is a nice gentleman." Beat up the women? Ummmm, ya think?]

3) MORE COW TROUBLES

[PADA: A devotee from Gita Nagari (Poppy) told us that the the people who butcher their cows take better care of the cows than some of these ISKCON farms --when we met with her a number of times in Los Angeles. She also thanked pada very much for exposing these types of GBC induced cow crises. Her mother also told pada the same thing in a phone conversation, that devotees at large need to know about these cow problems, and so could we help her get out a message that these cows are in trouble? And so we did that extensively in the past. Of course, Sulochana was alerting people to this cow crisis problem way back in 1985. The good news is that we have recently noted that some of the ex-guru-pis like "Hare Krishna dasi" (see below) have become a little more favorable to our proposal that the GBC's policy abuses: cows, women, children, devotees and so on, hence she now keeps refering to "the (bad!) track record of the GBC." Uh oh! Sounds like --pada!

In sum, lately even the biggest supporters of the GBC are switching horses and they are becoming their biggest critics. This is overall a good sign. By the way, Poppy also requested and read some of pada's "guru tattva" literatures while we were there in Los Angeles and she said, "These ideas (that Srila Prabhupada should remain the acharya) make the most sense of anything I've seen so far." thanks pd]

This definitely seems to skirt the issue. ISKCON Law 507 does not specify the
"GBC Body," rather, it states quite specifically that the Ministry of Cow
Protection and Agriculture should be consulted before the sale of a farm.

4) GAUDIYA MATHA's CLONE SAYS:

"That Ksamabuddhi is a rascal! He over-exagerates the power of Srila Prabhupada and wants him to be the Jagat-guru for the next 10,000 years. This over-emphasis on the greatness and authority of Srila Prabhupada has got to stop and this rascal needs to be put in his place. Prabhupada is dead and his time is past. Now we should all become guru and leave Prabhupada to the history books."

[PADA: Well, we are not really sure how to state this politely, but the above is the exact reason why we are so obsessed with defeating these deviated Gaudiya Matha ideologues and their hanger on club members. This is the result of their past 20 years of "preaching" that "Guru is dead." Not only them, but also by the GBC as well as their similar deviant clones like Puru and his new team members like Mukunda et al., they are all "preaching" like this. This is their conjoint conspiracy: "The guru is dead and gone. So what is the problem? Our pet pals are now gurus. Or even you are yourself the next guru." Or worse, some of them still say that Kirtanananda is still guru tattva! This is also how they preached after 1936: "The guru (Srila Saraswati Thakura) is dead and gone, no problem, this homosexual bogus rascal Vasudeva is the next guru, or so is this guy, that guy, or the other guy or even: you are all the next guru"? And this is similar to the idea that forms in the mayvadi camp, "God is gone, He cannot appear, maybe He is a light somewhere, but nevermind, you are God, the cockroach is God, and so on. Daridra Narayana." Cheap imitation.

Tripurari swami says the same thing, ISKCON seems to be suffering from an over-emphasis of Srila Prabhupada. Yes, and not enough enmphasis on his new self-proclaimed successors, like Tripurari? Simultaneously, Mr. Puru is the self-proclaimed head of the Bhaktivedanta library, and he is pals with Tripurari? So why is he bothering to keep all of the books if his colleagues are saying Srila Prabhupada is irrelevant? And why isn't Mr. Puru using his shark like teeth to bite these fellow Gaudiya Mahta colleagues who are proclaiming: Guru is dead and gone? Guru is: past history? And now we know why the "San Francisco Chronicle" has just now printed that Srila Prabhupada had appointed "hand picked successors," his "annointed" new leaders and so on, because this was what the Gaudiya Matha preached also in 1936: "A homosexual is the 'appointed successor' to Srila Saraswati thakura." Most insidious. Appointed successors? No, both the recent acharyas said, form a GBC and do not make any bogus appointed guru imbroglio.

"The guru is dead and gone but nevermind, we have some deviants who will now sit in his seat"? Well, this was also the basis of the Medieval papal system? You need to worship a living pope? In any case, this is what happens, Srila Prabhupada explains, when people envy the guru. And Srila Prabhupada summarizes that this idea is that, another man comes, then another and another and another, to be guru. So, kill guru and become guru. Not a vey pretty idea. And notice that they say that those of us who disagree with what has become famous as their homosexual pedophile guru lineages are: rascals. No wonder so many children were molested, these fools have been openly preaching that the bona fide guru is dead and gone and then they have militantly established the worship of conditioned souls, even deviants, as "the living successors to the dead guru." And Puru/ Mukunda still support that Kirtanananda is: guru tattva? Dead and gone-ology? And Puru is their biggest spokesman for the "guru is dead" team and their siddhanta? Neine danke. ys pd]

Interviewer: Does that apply then to other kinds of decisions and other kinds of activities as well?
Prabhupada: EVERYTHING. BECAUSE A DEVOTEE DOES NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT CONSULTING KRSNA.

HIS DIVINE GRACE SPEAKS AS KRSNA SPEAKS

One is forbidden to accept the guru, or spiritual master, as an ordinary human being (gurusu nara-matih). When Ramananda Raya spoke to Pradyumna Misra, Pradyumna Misra could understand that Ramananda Raya was not an ordinary human being. A spiritually advanced person who acts with authority, as the spiritual master, speaks as the Supreme Personality of Godhead DICTATES FROM WITHIN. Thus it is not he that is personally speaking. WHEN A PURE DEVOTEE OR SPIRITUAL MASTER SPEAKS, WHAT HE SAYS SHOULD BE ACCEPTED AS HAVING BEEN DIRECTLY SPOKEN BY THE SUPREME PERSONALITY OF GODHEAD IN THE PARAMPARA SYSTEM.

DIFFERENCE IS SRILA PRABHUPADA SPEAKS WHAT KRSNA SPEAKS AND SO-CALLED GURUS HAVE TO JOG THE BRAIN TO GIVE ANSWERS.

Prabhupada: So-called gurus, they are so-called gurus. They are not gurus. That is already explained. If one does not speak what Krsna speaks, he is not guru. If you accept so-called guru, that is your misfortune. What can be done?
Pusta Krsna: Some of them will say some things that Krsna says, but they'll take from other places also. What is the position of such persons?
Prabhupada: He's MOST DANGEROUS. He's MOST DANGEROUS. He is OPPORTUNIST. HE'S FINDING OUT CUSTOMER, SOMETHING HERE... ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER HE IS GIVING SOMETHING, AS THE CUSTOMERS WILL BE PLEASED. SO HE IS NOT GURU. He's a servant. But if you become a servant, you want to please the disciple by flattering him to get his money, then you are not guru, you are servant. Just like a servant pleases the master. He's not guru. He's servant. So our position should be servant, yes, but servant of the Supreme. So guru means heavy. You cannot utilize him for satisfying your whims. That is not guru.

Dear Maharajas and Prabhus,
Please accept my humble obeisances at your feet. Recently when all of the GBC members were with His Divine Grace in Vrndavana, Srila Prabhupada indicated that soon He would appoint some of His senior disciples to act as "ritvik--representative of the acarya, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERFORMING INITIATIONS, BOTH FIRST INITIATION AND SECOND INITIATION. His Divine Grace has so far given a list of eleven disciples who will act in that capacity:

His Holiness Kirtanananda Swami
His Holiness Satsvarupa dasa Gosvami
His Holiness Jayapataka Swami
His Holiness Tamala Krsna Gosvami
His Holiness Hrdayananda Gosvami
His Holiness Bhavananda Gosvami
His Holiness Hamsaduta Swami
His Holiness Ramesvara Swami
His Holiness Harikesa Swami
His Grace Bhagavan dasa Adhikari
His Grace Jayatirtha dasa Adhikari

In the past Temple Presidents have written to Srila Prabhupada recommending a particular devotee's initiation. Now that Srila Prabhupada has named these representatives, Temple Presidents may henceforward send recommendation for first and second initiation to whichever of these eleven representatives are nearest their temple. After considering the recommendation, these representatives may accept the devotee AS AN INITIATED DISCIPLE OF SRILA PRABHUPADA by giving a spiritual name, or in the case of second initiation, by chanting on the Gayatri thread, just as Srila Prabhupada has done.

THE NEWLY INITIATED DEVOTEES ARE DISCIPLES OF HIS DIVINE GRACE A.C. BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI PRABHUPAD, THE ABOVE ELEVEN SENIOR DEVOTEES ACTING AS HIS REPRESENTATIVE. After the Temple President receives a letter from these representatives giving the spiritual name or the thread, he can perform the fire yajna in the temple as was being done before. The name of a newly initiated disciple should be sent by the representative who has accepted him or her to Srila Prabhupada, to be included in His Divine Grace's "Initiated Disciples" book. Hoping this finds you all well.

If they call themselves Divine Graces then why their words are not accepted by ALL SECTIONS of society just like Srila Prabhupada?
