All glories to Sulochana Prabhu, and your good self for being the first to have started to expose this great sinister betrayal of Srila Prabhupada and His sacred ISKCON. It is without a doubt that Srila Prabhupada has inspired you all to do this great service. Opportunists, who wants to use Prabhupada's movement and ride His back, cannot get the mercy to do this service.

Rathayatra in Trinidad is on the 19th and 20th of May. I am sending a final letter to all GBC's, Guru Prasad Swami, Virabahu Prabhu, the board members, and all devotees of Trinidad and Guyana. They have a dead-line until 17th May 2001, to answer why the first *11 zonal-acaryas* GBC's violated Prabhupada's *Will*, clause No.2 ---- "The system of management shall continue as it is and there is NO need of any CHANGE."

Prabhupada established a *Ritvik system of management*, from 1966 and initiated thousands until 1977. On July 9th 1977, Prabhupada issued a directive to His entire Movement, that His Ritvik System would continue ONWARDS, without His physical presence, and all new recruits are His disciples. They must answer me. Why it was stopped a few months before Prabhupada's departure, creating a pile up of initiations, and then scrapped entirely as Prabhupada was allegedly given poison to His physical body, and untimely removed?

OR ELSE ANSWER THE GOVERNMENT, AND POLICE OF TRINIDAD AND GUYANA. This Ritvik System is *sacred* in Prabhupada's ISKCON because He personally set it up. And it is His order and Desire that it be continued. To disobey His order, you are not in spiritual life.

How did they become Guru / acarya successors???? After one acarya got his head chopped-off (Jayathirta-James Immel) by his *disciple* (Navanita Cora dasa -John Tiernan), two acaryas raped 1000 of Prabhupada's children (Bhavananda -Charles Bacis), one acarya murdered 5 followers (Kirtanananda Bhaktipad -Keith Ham) and buried them in the temple, now living in jail, and one stole 1million $US. ,------->>>> (Harikesha, Bhagavan,Tamal, Hridayananda, Jayapatka -each have a few million). How did they extended their hi-jack system to a multiple acarya / successor system in 1985,where 20 new recruits acaryas were voted-in with Bhavananda, a known Homo-sexual, to be worshipped as good as God. Are all the followers a pack of jackass???? Answer me or the Minister of National Security.

In 1970, Prabhupada legally made the *Direction of Management*, stating that the GBC's are to be voted in or out, every 3 years, and temple presidents are to be voted in or out by the congregation members. Why did they become GBC's for life???? Slobodon Milosevic ordered the murder of villages of people, was a GBC, and is now in jail. His own people turned on him, when they saw the TRUTH that he is ruthless.

Why did they hide Prabhupada's "Will", "Direction of Management 1970" and His "July 9th 1977 Final Order Directive" from the entire society???? Answer me, or tell the Police, Army, and the Public. You know, Prabhupada wanted to make the whole world Krsna Conscious, by introducing Varnasrama dharma. And the army and Police are Ksatriyas, to protect the saintly and jail the demonic.

When I was banned from ISKCON 2 years ago, I was going to sue the Movement for worngfully banning me, and defamation of character. I concluded that all followers are blind and stupid, so let me open their eyes with the TRUTH. The time has come for more action, and less talk. My ban letter states-- "In direct defiance of the GBC Authority, you are propagating the Ritvik Theory that is based on speculation and word jugglery and held by the GBC as offensive to Srila Prabhupada, the Founder-Acarya of ISKCON. You would be considered rectified after confessing your offensive behaviour to the chairman of the GBC Body and the Local GBC Authority. You may then present their reply to the local ISKCON Board in person."

These guys are amazing. Apart from Prabhupada's 3 legal documents, 5 men have a hi-jack tape conversation, May 28th 1977, with pre-set questions, to get answers to be acaryas, to tell the whole society, that Prabhupada wanted them to replace Him as *The New Acaryas*. The question Satsvarupa Swami is asking, is dealing with when Prabhupada gives up His physical body, and the GBC's would be exclusively running the show.

Satsvarupa Swami asks---"Particularly at the time when you are no longer with us,how first and second initiations would be conducted." Prabhupada says-------------"Ritvik.Yes"

Having legal documents, and then a tampered tape conversation, could easily lead to fraud and conspiracy, to usurp assets. I pray for a miracle, that some devotees within ISKCON use their good influence and turn to Prabhupada and restore Him as the sole Diksa Guru in His Movement. OR ELSE WE WILL GO THE LONG ROAD.

I have pledged $500.00 in Guyana and $500.00 in Trinidad, each month for Harinams in the cities. Also to help pay 1/2 price of 6 tickets, every 3 months, for 6 devotees to do Harinam in the Caribbean islands. Also a free library with all Prabhupada's video lectures and conversations, cassettes and CD's lectures. TV and radio pragrammes. Internet lectures. Encourage devotees to open centers all over.

The IRM is playing games with Prabhupada's mission. They do not know when to draw the line of politics and diplomacy. They called me 17 days ago, and said that I support PADA or IRM. Not the both. Krishna Kant, author of the Final Order, have done great with His book, and the court case. But he and Adri have gotten the dictatorship disease of the GBC.

[PADA: And that is why people are leaving the IRM. Besides this IRM notion is silly, stop pada's 1980 idea of worship of Srila Prabhupada, or else you are bogus? What? No, even Adri and KK have 'finally' adopted pada's idea, albeit very late in the game and only after a lot of irreversible damage was done to many good souls.]

They are insensitive to the general reform devotees, and can actually kill ones enthusiasm for reform.

[PADA: Well, the IRM's whole argument is that Srila Prabhupada has been "defeated" by them since they now have some hippie - dee - doo - dah guy who records rock and roll? A Tamal / CHAKRA clone too boot? The IRM's self-advertised "audio forensics" expert? The IRM says they have defeated Srila Prabhupada by quoting their rock and roll recording fool, whose recordings are so bad, he went out of business even in the rock and roll world??? And this is the IRM "expert" who has "defeated" Srila Prabhuada? Tamal's follower?]

Mahesh Prabhu is the first devotee to send me Puranjana's "Betrayal", Sulochana's "Guru Business" and Madhudvisa's "What happened to the Hare Krishnas". He is sick of their politics and secrecy. So am I. Now a big one like Madhu Pandit is disgusted. Wake up!!!!

Prabhupada's betrayal and poisoning is very important to expose as He himself wanted. You see, when He was locked up for 7 days in 1970 with no food and water, these guys were serious to kill His physical body. There were 12 representitives in 1977, and Prabhupada said no to Brahmananda, it's by qualification. Yet He knew that Bhavananda had a homosex act in 1976 and he still made him one of the 11 ritvik "Acaryas". Prabhupada was not going to put these 11 men there to run out the 5500 other disciples.

Dear PADA #1 (re: independently thoughtful)

Dear PADA, Yes this is also my complete understanding. We are after all expected to follow the acharya in all areas and thus the the example is arranged by Krishna how Srila Prabhupada had to step out of the GAUDIA MATH (externally not internally) and do the mission. He understood what His Guru maharaja wanted done by HIm. We all have to fly ultimatly our own aeroplane and thus learn to make all judgements as to whats next to be done. Then the society can become as Srila Prabhupada wanted: a society of INDEPENDENT THOUGHTFULL MEN.

So thats the meaning of acarya: He teaches us by his own very example, since just philosofical explanations is not enough. THus our actions as so called "seperated" from ISKCON is actually in full connection with Srila Prabhupada and thus actually within ISKCON. AFTER All ISKCON is an organisation that is available and exists on the most subtle level and is not containeded within a building or legal papers. Its a mood of wanting to serve the Mission of the acarya and thus serve the mission of LORD Gauranga. This is open for all and not stopped by any evil minded persons desire. Because the actions are the actions of the soul wether it is manifested within this material world or not, and they are accepted by the acarya in full. THis, just wanting to serve the mission, is equal to actually serving it, because Krishna is only accepting the the bhava of service.

And further more He is the doer and thus all actions performed within the preaching mission is actually credited only to HIm since we after all are just nothing else than puppets on the string and thus at best tools in HIS HANDS.

However, they apparently didn't do their homework." Who is the Bhaktivedanta Archives? A group of sincere, dedicated disciples of His Divine Grace who spend all day long........ ARCHIVING!

HELLO!. . . DUH!. . . this means PERSERVING and ENHANCING and making available to all, the works of Srila Prabhupada for many generations to come. This means to pay $5.95 to the Archives instead of $3 to YOU. . . ensures that this work goes on. I want to encourage everyone to buy from the Bhaktivedanta Archives so that the WORK CAN CONTINUE, so more and more nectar from Srila Prabhupada's recorded lectures can become available.

Unlike the picture Pratyatosh may want to paint, the Archives personnel are not a bunch of greedy, 3 - Beamers-in-the-garage, over-paid sense-gratifiers, they are a team of hard working disciples of His Divine Grace continuing to serve day in and day out. . . Pratyatosh, get off your "holier than thou, I'm the only one trying to make Srila Prabhpada's works available to the masses" trip and smell the foul stench you are spewing.

I work at the Back to Godhead office. Am I on your "look-down-on-these-devotees list" too? As a single mother, are you upset I need to take a small maintainence for my services? BTG has a business relationship with BA, (we help each other preach in our different forums) so now you know why I take offense to your offensive words. . . I help with the mail order catalog that helps bring in revenue so that Back to Godhead magazine can pay it's bills. Srila Prabhupada's disciples must be reading other literature besides BTG, the magazine he personally founded and wanted to become as popular as TIME or Newsweek, because most of them don't subscribe and subscription sales aren't generating enough funds to pay the bills.

Anybody what to donate money to these two worthy projects, BA and BTG? Instead of bad-mouthing them? Please, Prabhu, find another way to advertise your wares besides mudslinging sincere devotees doing a fine job of developing and preserving Srila Prabhupada's teachings.

4) REGARDING THE GAUDIYA MATHA

"regarding the Gaudiya Matha, our position has nothing to do with them."
Srila Prabhupada, letter to Yamuna devi dasi, November 18th, 1970-

Srila Prabhupada is the Founder Acarya of ISKCON. He said that his books would be the lawbooks for humankind for the next 10 000 years. It is the duty of every ISKCON member to learn and imbibe the teachings of Srila Prabhupada. The following excerpts from his letters (found in the Siksamrta volume 3) give us a clear indication of the attitude that Srila Prabhupada wanted us to have in regards to other Gaudiya Vaisnava groups. These excerpts are not the sole statements by Srila Prabhupada on the subject, and it is therefore accepted that they may be one-sided. Nonetheless, these statements are in fact historical and authoritative. It therefore behooves us to study them carefully and act accordingly.

"So I have now issued orders that all my disciples should avoid all of my Godbrothers. They should not have any dealings with them nor even correspondence, nor should they give them any of my books or should they purchase any of their books, neither should you visit any of their temples. "Why is there this politics? This is not good. If politics come, then the preaching will be stopped. That is the difficulty. As soon as politics come, everthing is spoiled. In the Gaudiya Matha the politics is still going on. My Guru Maharja left in 1936, and now it is 1976, so after 40 years the litigation is still going on. Do not come to this." (SPL to Gurukripa Swami, 30th September, 1975)

"I thank you for following the order of your spiritual master. This is the motto of our spiritual life: yasya prasadad bhagavata-prasado. My other Godbrothers, they are concerned with litigations, politics, and diplomacy, so what is their pracara? As far as I am concerned, I have the blessings of my Guru Maharaja. I do not need anything else. By his blessings it has come out successful." (SPL to Subala Swami, 15th October, 1974)

"(...) their policy has been all along to suppress me and take credit for himself. Their proposal for cooperation is a myth. They have not done anything which is cooperative. You know in a recent article they managed to write in such a way that Madhava (Maharaja) is doing the world movement and we are his subordinate. From the beginning that has been their mentality. So there is no possibility of cooperation with them. Rather you should avoid strictly meeting with them. They are not after preaching but material gain and reputation and adoration. Otherwise why they are noncooperating with me? So no cooperation is possible. Do not think or indulge in loose talks. Be careful always. Let us do the duty of propagation sincerely and seriously on our own principles. Krishna and Srila Prabhupada Bhaktisidhanta Sarasvati Thakura are our only hope and they are helping us. If anything has to be done it is to be talked on the higher level between Madhava Maharaja and myself, but I know his mentality is different and there is no possibility of cooperation." "Regarding the Gaudiya Matha books being circulated there, who is distributing? Who is sending these books? The Gaudiya Matha does not sell our books, why should we sell their books? Who has introduced these books? Let me know. These books should not at all be circulated in our Society. Bhakti Vilasa Tirtha is very much antagonistic to our Society that he has no clear conception of devotional service. He is contaminated. Anyway, who has introduced these books? You say that you would read only one book if that was all that I had written, so you teach others to do like that." (SPL to Sukadeva dasa, November 14th, 1973.)

"Our big, big Godbrothers in India, they could not preach Lord Gauranga's name all over India. They are simply inclined to criticize me, that my students call me Prabhupada. They could not do anything practical and tangible. They are satisfied with a temple and a few disciples begging alms for the maintenance of the temple. So we can understand that they have all become sudras. (...) (SPL to Niranjana, 21st may, 1973)

"Do not get depressed. All along my godbrothers gave me only depression, repression, compression-but I continued strong in my duty. So never mind there is some discouragement, continue with your work in full enthusiastic Krishna consciousness attitude of service." (SPL to Gurudasa, 29th August, 1972)

"regarding the Gaudiya Matha, our position has nothing to do with them. They cannot do anything and if somebody does something, they will be envious. That is the nature of third-class men. My Guru Maharaja once told a story: one friend informed another that one man has become the high court judge. "Oh, no," he replied, "No, that cannot be right." "Yes, he is now judge," said the first friend. "I have seen him sitting on the bench." The second man replied, "Maybe, but I don't think he is getting any salary." Such envious men will find out some fault anywhere. There is no fault actually, but they will manufacture some fault. That is their business. So many persons were envious of my Guru Maharaja, but he was preaching and did not care for them.
