You will find, attached, a copy of a communication corroborated by Indian National News Agencies, which delineates the details of an assault perpetrated on the premises of the Calcutta Temple, dear to Srila Prabhupada. There is a vedic principle: Maunam samyati labdhah (remaining silent means to accept). So, based on this axiom, we are taking position.

You will also find, attached, a Word document that is a list comprising 25 posts. If you are willing to verbalize your thought on this issue to let the GBC know that you are protesting against the action they have taken, kindly insert your name and address (no e-mail or telephone number). 2) NNV: TIM LEE has no further purpose in life than to attack the Rittviks. More than anyone, he attacks Adri, Sanat, NNV, Krishna Kant, and anyone who is rittvik. Insane or evil?......take your pick! (Naranaryana dasa)

[PADA: Dear NNV. First of all, let us get the history straight, Adri started the "attacking of the ritviks" himself. He is STILL saying that Srila Prabhupada's statements can --only-- be understood via Adri's "hippie doo dah" GBC clone "audio forensics" man? And Adri STILL says we all need to go to his GBC's "CHAKRA" site to realize what Srila Prabhupada is saying, and even you formerly protested his inappropriate actions? And do not forget, that Adri first of all said that there IS merit to the poison complaint? This is hypocritical? Right?

You are yourself --not only-- aware of Adri's whimsical activities on this count, you yourself wrote several clarifications of the poison complaint to pada: saying that you also do NOT agree with Adri on this point? And rather: that you DO agree with us at pada, i.e. that Srila Prabhupada's poison complaint is valid? Now you are saying that we are the attackers? Of whom? No, we do not attack Srila Prabhupada's statements, rather you are now doing that by backing Adri and his made up forensics hoax. You are the aggressors. And you are also not truthful, Adri's "expert" has no forensics credentials. And CHAKRA is run by Tamal's pals like VMS?

Even in the ordinary material world, if an elderly man says he is being poisoned, and the people in his room are talking about poisoning him (as is found on audio tapes), and arsenic is found in his hair sample, Adri's bogus hippie doo dah "forensics" counter claim would be considered at least in very bad taste, if not extremely offensive to that elderly gentleman? And that is why you are now --backing Adri? Ummm, oh poor Adri, pada does not acept his hippie dog doo expert, and so we are "attacking" him? Nevermind that his version attacks the pure devotee and supports attackers of same?

Pada is not "attacking" anyone but we are merely pointing out that the poison complaint is valid. And that we do not agree with Adri who now says this complaint has to be first screened through his bogus CHAKRA rock and roll audio expert? And even you have been complaining that Adri is wrong --to do this? So, physician heal thyself? If we are attacking Adri on this point, so are you?

As for Sanat, he has been publicly quoting and citing Puru dasa to the whole world in a number of his newsletters. And this was publicized by us --for months. We also later convinced Caturbahu that Sanat's citing Mr. Puru, the biggest cheerleader of the Gaudiya Matha, is wrong. Most percentage of pada's readers also agree with that. And then Chaturbahu and everyone else agreed that Sanat and Mukunda were wrong to have aligned with and cited from the Gaudiya Matha's biggest backer. And this too was all made public?

And worse, Puru and Sanat were stating that we should not criticize Kirtanananda, a WELL known homosexual pedophile "guru." This was also publicly stated in Sanat's newsletters. After pada pointed out that ALL this was wrong, you still went ahead and said that this Sanat (who cites Puru) has "brilliant writings." Whereas we have consistently argued that protecting homosexual gurus is wrong. Worse, Sanat said that the victims of homosexual/ violent/ murderer/ molesting orchestrating gurus should be chopped up and fed to dogs, and you think that too is brilliant?

And worse, then Sanat bore false witness and mis-cited that Gadai dasa wanted to do violence to us? And then Gadai said that this was all a pack of lies and that rather he supports the pada and Yasodanandana view all along and he still does? And: that he wanted to get a lawyer and stop this Sanat legally if his false propaganda would not cease? Your "pal" in sum attacked all of pada's readers saying they are useless, he also attacked the molested kids, he then attacked Gadai, and he is supportive of quoting from Puru? We are defending, but not attacking?

Then, after all this, your brilliant writer admitted that he was smoking pot, and his "best friend" had a pot smoking habit at Gita Nagari? And you say your good friend is Svavasa, cheif cheerleader of the homosexual pedophile lineage? And now your good pals and "authorities" at CHAKRA are attacking temples with machetes and making bad publicity all over India? So whom is attacking whom? We are not attacking anyone, rather, we are reporting what people say. And hence we can also report that Jesus said, "Oh ye hyprocrites, sons of vipers"!

Just out of curiousity, is anything going on in terms of some devotee(s) doing anything more with regard to conducting an investigation into Srila Prabhupada's being poisoned, or has that become a "dead" issue?

You are absolutely on target with your critique of the BTG. This point came up when Srila Prabhupada was instructing the BTG staff. He said that when there was a picture of his Guru Maharaja and other predecessor acaryas in the magazine, they should appear before his picture in the order of their appearance. Of course, the "new" gurus don't teach these principles of vaisnava etiquette to their disciples, nor do they feel embarassed when this kind of ignorance surfaces. Gopal Krishna Maharaja will simply say that he had nothing to do with the publication, that it was prepared entirely by young devotees. He is just a rascal with all neophyte disciples, a discredit to Srila Prabhupada's movement. He was the principal cause of so much abuse in our Gurukula school in Vrndavana. I know for a fact that he knew of the abuse and did nothing to stop it. Before taking sannyasa, he abused his wife and their unborn child. He deserves to be defrocked and hanged in public for his heinous activities. A piece of crap posing as guru. What a joke! What a credibility gap! He's also the man who paid off the Russian mafia ($1,000,000) to save his own ass.

On another subject, have you taken a look at our e-group? There you'll find a bunch of devotees you probably know from other forums who would be very happy to get your input on the topics under discussion.

Yes, the Harinam party is our saving grace, our life and soul. There is a lot of mercy available out there but so few devotees eager to receive it.

f) fail to take the time and trouble to solidly train their children not to abuse their rare and valuable human form of life, but rather to seriously practice Krishna consciousness, which is their only hope of getting free from repeated birth in the world of exploitation and abuse.

Many who consider themselves protectors of children may themselves be active perpetrators of abuse.
