I have been checking out you site latley, I find it very amusing to say the least, as we all know getting Iskcon back on track is no easy task. However first things first. As a member of the Vancouver temple for many years I find myself confronted with a few devotees who regard themeselves as "special", usually because they got here first. Anyways, in the matter of child abuse, I am looking in to what took place in Seattle from 1975 to 1978. I have my suspicions, but nothing concrete. I am familiar with who Maya Charnell is, and who Mother Padyavali is, do you think there is any conection?

I read about Calcutta Policemen rounding up and jailing the members of ISKCON Mayapur. These animals got what they deserved for attacking the Calcutta temple managed by Adri Dharan Dasa. You should know that most of ISKCON Governing Body Commissioners know as GBCs are nothing but Gundas, Bandits, and Crooks. Most of the Gurus are nothing but Rouges, Thugs, and Rascals pretending to be Rajarshis. Most of their followers are Expert Liars, Slick Manipulator, and Cruel Gangsters.

Next time you get your hand on them give them good lashing. Thanks for putting the animals in jail for disturbing the peace of Calcutta Temple.

3) Famous Photographer Of Lord Jagannatha Arrested In Puri

I beg to advise you that Sudarshan Das Mohapatra, the famous photographer of Lord Jagannatha in Puri was arrested this evening and accused of helping me sell sex videos made of the alleged child rape of Maria Schmidova's daughter last june 29. This is after the woman has confessed in court that the entire matter was fabricated and signed a confession in front of the judge and her own lawyer in Austria!

The police in Orissa are out of control and every devotee should be aware of the danger here. I am still in jail after nine months, as are 6 other 100% innocent men. Your help in any way will be appreciated. Your servant, Bhakta dasa

[PADA: Dear Bhakta dasa. This whole incident is very sad and we are all quite upset over these events. Evidently, more than a few folks from the general Indian populace, court justices, and other important leaders within India view some of the "devotee groupie" types as: allowing, encouraging, promoting, if not participating in child abuse and molestation? That is of course when "the devotees" are not trying to beat up those who do not accept the GBC's molester guru lineage worship like Jayapataka. That is the perception?

Nonetheless, we at pada have tried to warn folks like yourself that ALL of the devotees will ALL suffer, that is, if we ALL sit back and allow the GBC and their Gaudiya Matha pals to create the impression that we could (or worse, we should) view homosexual pedophiles as part of our "guru lineage" (and so on). As you know, many of the GBC and Gaudiya Matha leaders ascribe to the notion that "gurus" are sometimes homosexuals, if not pedophiles, or that "gurus fall down" (and they are or they become homosexual pedophiles).

And for a time you agreed with us. Suddenly you started to associate with your new found friends, i.e. some of your Gaudiya Matha styled "gurus," those who have helped the GBC's "living (homosexual pedophile) gurus" lineage ideology. And you joined with them saying we need to worship a living (homosexual pedophile lineage) guru, since there is "no such thing as a GBC system found in shastra"? But homosexual guru lineages are found in shastra? And then you attacked and chastised us as being incorrect: for us to say that we ALL need to worship pure devotees like Srila Prabhupada and not the GBC and/or their Gaudiya Matha supporters. As you know, in your presence Yasodanandana dasa told your "new guru" "BV Puri maharaja" that these GBC are not gurus, yet BV Puri maharaja still continued to refer to them as ..."the gurus" (?) "Gurus of what"? You folks never explain to us?

So, you all of a sudden were not helping us counter this child molester guru lineage propaganda. And we said it to you a hundred times, and more than that, that this is going to effect us ALL badly unless we ALL check it. And now you are merely one example of how this problem is not going to go away until it is faced off and challenged. The whole idea of some of you guys: going off and talking about some "higher topics" even the gopis, with some "rasika" gurus from the Gaudiya Matha, is simply going ot make matters worse. Then the common people will think we are really useless if not dangerous debauchees, just like the sahajiya babas have got such a horrendous reputation for mixing material lust and the "higher rasa" topics. Srila Prabhupada says this sahajiya mixing is very dangerous for the neophytes.

And in some cases, people may lump "devotees" in as child agressors due to their allowing worship of that as their "guru lineage." So we had hoped you would have helped us more in this regard, and we do appreciate that you did help us for some time. Nonetheless, this is a lesson for all of us, that we must work to counteract this "pedophile guru lineage" idea of the GBC and their Gaudiya Matha backers. Or as we see, sometimes even if some devotees are innocent, they may be whisked off and held on molestation charges or whatever since they may be viewed as a bad molester cult, period. We even asked the Narayana Maharaja folks to declare that they were wrong to assert that the GBC are or were bona fide gurus. Yet recently, Narayana Maharaja has been again preaching his idea that vaishnava gurus fall down (and they are or they become homosexual pedophiles). This is going to haunt us ALL. Nonetheless, we are always praying for you and hope you can get extricated from there. In any event, we hope people will begin to see some of the serious implications of linking homosexuals and even pedophiles to the guru lineage, this will filter down and create many other problems. In his song Krsna-nama dhare kata bala, Bhaktivinode Thakura sings, 'vidhi-marga-rata-jane svadhinata-ratna-dane raga-marge karan pravesa,' "That person who is fixed in following vaidhi-bhakti attains the jewel of independence, by which he is placed on the path of raganuga bhakti." Dear Sirs

Please accept this letter of sincere thanks and congratulations for the fine way your Calcutta Police Force acted in bringing to end the forceful illegal occupation of the Calcutta Hare Krishna Temple by the Mayapura goondas (thugs).

This action is certainly a credit to the Police Force. We have seen that in the Indian history many times these criminal elements take shelter of a temple, mosque, gurudwara and later it it proves to be a cancer with violent end. You have to be commended for taking action at its prime stage ----later it would have been too late with many deaths and miseries.

The Mayapura organised goondas draped themselves with devotee dresses and thought this way they could get immunity from the Police and---- with the public sympathy they would thrive and takeover the temple. Your Police Force is certainly very intelligent and must have studied Valmiki's Ramayana. In there, Ravana also dressed as a sadhu to forcefully take away Sita (goddess of fortune--Laxmi). So history repeats itself. To see that Calcutta Police Force beating Ravana types with sticks is -----wonderful! The false display of sadhu dress and behaviour did not fool the Calcutta Police Force.

Those goondas must have thought The Calcutta Police Force will come pay dandavats (obeisances) and garland them with sweet scented marigolds, give them footbaths and take carnamrta on their heads. And some may have thought Calcutta Police Force wears saris,bangles and lipsticks when they work.(ofcourse--they had not tasted the Police-dandas (sticks)--yet---so the senses of the asses were dull).

Certainly if the whole Police Force of India would take just instruction from this *one* lesson crime would would be finnished throught the whole country. Your action is fully justified as the Mayapura goondas came with a political motive to usurp the Calcutta Hare Krishna Temple. Politics and non-violence are incompatible . Srila Prabhupada also speaks of this:

And if somebody says, now the man will become pregnant, is it not foolishness?

Calcutta Police Force acted as Ksatriya should.
Srila Prabhupada gives the purport in The Bhagavad-Gita As It Is:

SYNONYMS
sva-dharmam--one's own religious principles; api--also; ca--indeed;
aveksya--considering; na--never; vikampitum--to hesitate; arhasi--you
deserve; dharmyat--from religious principles; hi--indeed; yuddhat--than
fighting; sreyah--better engagements; anyat--anything else; ksatriyasya--of
the ksatriya; na--does not; vidyate--exist.

TRANSLATION
Considering your specific duty as a ksatriya, you should know that there is no better engagement for you than fighting on religious principles; and so there is no need for hesitation.

PURPORT
Out of the four orders of social administration, the second order, for the matter of good administration, is called ksatriya. Ksat means hurt. One who gives protection from harm is called ksatriya (trayate--to give protection). The ksatriyas are trained for killing in the forest. A ksatriya would go into the forest and challenge a tiger face to face and fight with the tiger with his sword. When the tiger was killed, it would be offered the royal order of cremation. This system is being followed even up to the present day by the ksatriya kings of Jaipur state. The ksatriyas are specially trained for challenging and killing because religious violence is sometimes a necessary factor. Therefore, ksatriyas are never meant for accepting directly the order of sannyasa or renunciation. Nonviolence in politics may be a diplomacy, but it is never a factor or principle. In the religious law books it is stated:

ahavesu mitho 'nyonyam jighamsanto mahi-ksitah
yuddhamanah param saktya svargam yanty aparan-mukhah
yajnesu pasavo brahman hanyante satatam dvijaih
samskrtah kila mantrais ca te 'pi svargam avapnuvan

"In the battlefield, a king or ksatriya, while fighting another king envious of him, is eligible for achieving heavenly planets after death, as the brahmanas also attain the heavenly planets by sacrificing animals in the sacrificial fire." Therefore, killing on the battlefield on religious principles and the killing of animals in the sacrificial fire are not at all considered to be acts of violence, because everyone is benefited by the religious principles involved. The animal sacrificed gets a human life immediately without undergoing the gradual evolutionary process from one form to another, and the ksatriyas killed in the battlefield also attain the heavenly planets as do the brahmanas who attain them by offering sacrifice.

There are two kinds of sva-dharmas, specific duties. As long as one is not liberated, one has to perform the duties of that particular body in accordance with religious principles in order to achieve liberation. When one is liberated, one's sva-dharma--specific duty--becomes spiritual and is not in the material bodily concept. In the bodily conception of life there are specific duties for the brahmanas and ksatriyas respectively, and such duties are unavoidable. Sva-dharma is ordained by the Lord, and this will be clarified in the Fourth Chapter. On the bodily plane sva-dharma is called varnasrama-dharma, or man's steppingstone for spiritual understanding. Human civilization begins from the stage of varnasrama-dharma, or specific duties in terms of the specific modes of nature of the body obtained. Discharging one's specific duty in any field of action in accordance with varnasrama-dharma serves to elevate one to a higher status of life.
