1) WAKE UP BIR KRISHNA SWAMI

Krishna Chaitanya Jacobs (Bir Krishna's son) has allegedly been out in front of various temples holding placards and protesting. He has also allegedly threatened violence to his father, Bir Krishna swami. So it seems he is pretty desperate for attention. He has also apparently rejected help from "The Children Of Krishna" folks. Some people say he needs some professional anger management therapy soon, or there will be a crisis. So this is very sad, that an ex-ISKCON child is experiencing so much rage and frustration. We hope that he will be able to somehow focus his anger in the proper channels and work towards a good solution for all of the children, himself included.

Bir Krishna swami meanwhile, is simply hardening his armor, he is apparently telling his son he should basically die. This is not helping. Why not reach out to this boy? He is you own son? Don't be another false renunciate rascal guru like there are a dime a dozen in India. Be a real father and reach out to help this boy. Otherwise, the day is coming soon when you will call out for help and no one will hear you either. Wake up! This is called the dictator's disease, once one is a dictator he has to shun and oppress his own family. Shame on you Mr. Bir Krishna!

The GBC is a Jewish mafia body. Like most other exclusive governing corporate or governmental bodies it is impossible to alter the membership externally (without force). The members are held accountable to each other. They do not want to expose or admit criminal or ethical mistakes so they deny making mistakes. There is also the obvious interest to support fellow members to keep the appearance organizational right and legitimacy. As an international mafia body the GBC has and continues to disregard the mistakes of its members and holds none of its own accountable nor does it seek discovery.

The members judge one another on social terms and therefore crimes committed by its membership are perceived as deniably invisible and irrelevant.

I am the son of Bir Krishna Maharaj, who is a compulsive liar and criminal. It has been nearly two years since I exposed Bruce O. Jacobs' criminal, abusive, and contemptible past to ISKCON and the GBC its self. In all this time no attempt at discovery has been made. The GBC has not even pretended to seek the truth or make a judgement not spontaneously in favor of their close associate. Instead the organization immediately judicated me, his son and the victim of Bir Krishna and ISKCON Inc..

If ISKCON deserves to continue to exist it is without the GBC and Hridiananda Goswami (who acted in accordance with Bir Krishna Maharaj when making the decision to eliminate Bir Krishna's son). Like any other corporation that is suffering as a result of mistakes made by its board of directors and leaders and representatives, ISKCON devotees must make a decision to change the board in order to keep the viability of the organization. Otherwise the entire organization will remain, as it is today, a Jewish mafia body.

In it Isk. states that Turley is still naming SP as responsible for the crimes. Is that true? We heard Turley had withdrawn SP's name from his new plaint. ys +++++++

3) FURTHER WINDLE TURLEY ANALYSIS

We find it quite odd indeed that some of ISKCON's leaders and their lawyers like Amarendra dasa (David Liberman) et al. are finding it so hard to understand why their child molestation crisis will simply not go away? For example on October 19th of 1998, we at pada sent a letter on this very topic to ISKCON's lawyer, Mr. Liberman. The Los Angeles temple leaders had actually refused to discuss this letter with us and so they (Svavasa and Sura) insisted that we first write to, and then meet with, their lawyer. Our letter was thus sent, and then a meeting was arranged at a restaurant near the Los Angeles temple. Mr. Liberman did not show up.

Our letter simply stated that the official documented post-1977 corporate ISKCON policy has linked criminals and homosexual pedophiles to -- the worship of: saints, gurus, pure devotees of Krishna, Srila Prabhupada's and God's successors, divinities like Jesus and so on. As such, now they were going to officially retract those documents, statements and claims. Since the administrative leader's documented policy has been in essence juxtaposing "persons like Jesus" with "criminals and child molesters" as they have done repeatedly in their documents, they would now restate and retract those documents. They refused to do that? Moreover Los Angeles ISKCON leaders such as Svavasa (Emil Beca), Sura (Mr. Kaditz), Nirantara (Nick D'Angelo), Govinda Datta et al. were actually quite angry that we even disagreed at all with their official ISKCON Governing Body Commission's (GBC's) documents which state that homosexual pedophiles are sometimes links in a chain of God's pure successor gurus, or saints like Jesus and so on?

Never mind that the ISKCON Governing Body Commission's (GBC's) policy of juxtaposing of extreme sinners as the highest saints was not ever forwarded by the founder of ISKCON namely, A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada? Never mind that Srila Prabhupada vociferously disagreed with these ideas? Never mind that Srila Prabhupada complained that some of his top "leaders" were giving him poison at the end of his life (in November of 1977)? Never mind that the current investigation into his poison complaint has produced a great body of severely incriminating evidence that he was in fact being given poison by some of his alleged "beloved leaders" ...the current alleged "saints like Jesus successors," and simultaneously, the founder fathers of the child molestation cult in ISKCON? Perhaps the mistreatment if not poisoning of the founder of ISKCON, and mistreatment of the children of his movement, are connected?

If we add to this the considerable evidence that these same leaders after 1977 systematically orchestrated violent purges, banning, beatings and even murders of Srila Prabhupada's followers, it seems that even Srila Prabhupada's followers were viewed by some of the prominent Governing Body Commission (GBC) leaders as a type of enemy? And since some of the post-1977 ISKCON leaders clearly despised the followers of Srila Prabhupada, did they not despise Srila Prabhupada himself? And if they hated his followers, and they evidently did by the way they purged and mistreated them, why would they not poison the founder and purge him out of ISKCON as well? And did they then further by extension, despise the children in his schools, and see them as merely an unrequired burden? This would seem to be the case. Srila Prabhupada himself complained of this around the time of his 1977 "poisoning conversations," "Have I become a burden"? And if he was a burden to some of the big leaders, and he himself thought some of the leaders in fact viewed him as a burden, then would not the children in his schools be simply another burden too?

In other words, after 1977 persons who wanted to continue the then existing worship Srila Prabhupada in ISKCON, and not be subservient to the GBC's homosexual and pedophile guru lineage, were demonized by the Governing Body leaders as idol-worshipping deviants. Simultaneously the "new policy" of the GBC, worship of their homosexual and pedophile guru lineage, was to be viewed as the exclusive "true believer's" officially approved process of worship.

Prior to 1977, devotees in ISKCON exclusively worshipped Srila Prabhupada. Yet immediately after his departure the "new" focus of worship, hastily concocted by most of the Governing Body Commission members, was "the enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophiles." That the shift of worship in late 1977 went from Srila Prabhupada --to-- the homosexual guru clique was seen, even at that time by some of us, as a sort of hijacking of ISKCON. The main question now is: "Was the captain of the ISKCON ship, Srila Prabhupada, poisoned and thus physically removed from the ship's pilot house in order to make way for the 'worship of deviants' of his alleged successors"? Was violent force or even murder used in the hijacking? Yes. It was certainly used against the followers of Srila Prabhupada. Was it used against him? This is now arising as an issue. Perhaps this is the key or root issue to all of the subsequent "troubles" in post-1977 ISKCON?

While it is sometimes argued that there was some child abuse instances prior to the founder's departure in 1977, they were nowhere near the epidemic proportions that occurred after his departure. Srila Prabhupada had also tried to remedy the problems with the earlier schools. It would seem that the leaders were not inclined to follow his orders and fix these problems? Perhaps they even detested his orders? That seems to be the very possible scenario. And indeed Srila Prabhupada often commented and wrote letters (1967 - 1977) that the Governing Body Commission leaders were not following his ideas or directives. He even sometimes said that the Governing Body Commission leaders were apparently engaged in a conspiracy against him, and so on. Therefore, when he gave orders for the children's schools to be managed properly, these and similar other orders were not properly followed.

And if they poisoned him, and he said he was being poisoned, then it seems that some of the leaders had no intention of following his orders at all. Rather some of the prominent leaders apparently wanted to create the false impression of being his great "trusted and hand-selected managers," but only to later on divert him and his orders away, and then gradually infuse their own ideas into ISKCON. Certainly the GBC's idea that children have to worship homosexual pedophiles was never the idea of Srila Prabhupada?

Nor have the leaders shown much interest in listening to the other followers of Srila Prabhupada. For example, some of Los Angeles ISKCON's "sidewalk enforcer goons and thugs" on the temple's Watseka Avenue have systematically threatened and harassed "dissenters" like us over the issue of the child molestation, even up till very recently. Indeed, the Los Angeles police told me personally to stay off of Watseka Ave. since the people there (ISKCON's members) were likely to commit acts of violence upon me. And they escorted me off that street warning me that my physical safety was in jeopardy (from the GBC's violent homosexual pedophile guru lineage worshipper enforcer goons). All of this because we do not agree with the GBC: that homosexual pedophiles are links of God's living guru spokesmen on earth?

Worse, some of our friends and associates were indeed beaten up there. Worse, some of our "dissident" friends were murdered, one of them right near the Los Angeles temple. In 1986 Berkeley police officer Joeseph Sanchez said I was next on their hit list, marked for murder. Simultaneously, ISKCON friendly scholar and well known university professor Dr. J. Stilson Judah told me that "taking a stand against such corruption is traditionally very dangerous." And hence he advised me to "watch your back." In sum, the promoters of the homosexual pedophile worship in ISKCON would apparently rather orchestrate murders than change their odious molester worship project policy. Dr. Judah summed this problem as "antinomianism": "religion" is used as a base and a shield for criminal activity. This begs the question: would not criminals hijack a religion by poisoning the founder? And indeed, in and around ISKCON, under the influence of the GBC there has been so many different criminal activities going on it would take fifty pages to recount merely some of them.

After we sent the letter to Mr. Liberman in 1998 we were then confronted by one of their Los Angeles temple enforcer goons, Ratna bushana dasa (Wayne Crowder?). He approached and so I asked him why the GBC has stated that homosexual pedophiles are saints like Jesus, and they are moreover among the GBC's "guru links"? He responded by screaming in my face "so what, who are you to question (the child molester worship guru lineage)"? Yes indeed, "so what" if saints like Jesus are being linked to homosexual pedophilia? "So what" if the results are that ISKCON's children are being molested, left, right and center? Not only do they apparently not care at all about the odious results of their pedophile worship project upon their society's children, they will enforce their pedophile lineage worship with coercion and violence.

Virabahu dasa, one of Los Angeles ISKCON's official big gurus was also "voted in as guru" at a homosexual pedophile guru re-coronation ceremony in 1986. The joke after this was, did he get AIDS with his guru certificate or not? Hridayananda swami (Howard Resnick), another Los Angeles ISKCON guru, is also the founder father of the homosexual pedophile worship project in 1977. And he is one of the prominent leaders who presided over the "pedophile re-coronation as guru ceremony" in 1986? Both of these "gurus" are also famous for having pampered, well cared for, if not opulent lifestyles. As we know by now, the GBC's "guru" team has been found to be living quite nicely if not extremely opulently while the children were being starved, beaten and molested. And some children even died from medical neglect. And the children's subsequent problems are still basically being neglected as well.

Indeed, Hrdayananda swami still lives in Beverly Hills with his fancy house, big car, and many servants, although he sometimes visits the Watseka ISKCON temple apparently to pick up his paycheck for being their big guru? Around ISKCON circles Mr. Resnick is sometimes jokingly called "swami 90210" for his home's mailing zip code address of Beverly Hills. He once practically knocked me off the sidewalk chasing two teen aged girls who had been dancing in the temple. And a nearby person said to me, "you have been blessed, you were just knocked into by the Vagina swami." He is readily seen in front of the Los Angeles temple talking to sometimes a dozen women at once, an activity which is in any case forbidden for sannyasa renunciates. And his "divine activity" of chatting it up with the ladies is what he was doing while the children were being molested as well. Criminal neglect.

To date, the GBC leaders have thus never signed such a document as ours: that their homosexual pedophile guru lineage is false. This begs the question, would a "religious organization" that claims in its official documents that homosexual pedophiles are their idea of "pure links in God's living chain of successors," or saints like Jesus and so on, not expect a lawsuit or two? And would not such an organization which has forced its children to worship criminals, homosexuals and child molesters as "as pure as God saints" not fully expect the result to be -- massive webs and nests of child molestation? As occurred?

Again, is this not practically begging for some or even many lawsuits? For example, in our local city there is a "crime watch web site." Local police cite the names and address of persons living within the city limits with criminal histories of child molesting. Yet unlike the GBC leadership, no one here considers such persons as "candidates to be worshipped as God's

successors, and saints like Jesus." And if someone would attempt to make such a "cult of worship" of people of this character, there is no doubt that that "someone" would be sued, at least down the line. Such worship of homosexual pedophiles as "saints like Jesus" is simply so much intolerable in regular society, it is practically never even heard of?

Thus, that the post-1977 Governing Body Commission (GBC) of ISKCON created "the enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophiles regime," which they then enforced with violent coercion, and beatings and murders by the way, simply means apparently: they want to be sued? "Being sued" would be considered as a highly likely, very probable, quite predictable, and even ultimately inevitable result of such a deviant cult? Just like one's "robbing banks" would likely result in "many police cars chasing one down the freeway at ninety miles an hour"?

Criminal negligence of children is also found to be a serious crime all the time in regular society. For example locally, four women and one man are now being charged with "second degree murder" in the death of their infant. They are also being charged with criminal neglect of their other children. This type of neglect and subsequent legal response is quite expected? Of interest, this group calls themselves "The Family." Some of their other children have severe health problems such as rickets, a disease from malnutrition. The police have now called in an expert on cults (Margaret Singer) to analyze the case.

Yes, this is what happens when a "leader" takes it all for himself and he neglects his dependents. Oddly, the GBC's former "Minister Of Education" Jaggadisha dasa (Mr. Hickey) claimed in a televised interview that he was unable to manage the children, having no real experience in the field. Yet, even in the most basic and primitive jungle tribes they know that they cannot starve, beat and molest their children and deprive them of basic human necessities? Simultaneously Jaggadisha dasa knew that the leaders, the GBC's gurus, were living very comfortable if not opulent lifestyles. Some of them have indeed lived like millionaires? He does not know this is wrong?

Perhaps he was too busy trying to have an affair with the pretty young wife of his Italian "disciple" to notice that the children in his legal care were in trouble? And he caused severe problems for her child and her husband in the process. And the founder of ISKCON said that "gurus having affairs with their disciples" is actually a form of incest. Jaggadish knew that is the standard, and yet still he violated that injunction? So this is yet another problem, some leaders have their own hands in the forbidden cookie jar, so they do not notice that other leaders are in there as well. In addition, there are reports that a type of black mail is used to hamper any investigation of criminal action since one leader will threaten to expose the other leader's wrong doings. Paralysis.

In any case no "special training" is thus needed to understand the basic problem: the main assets of the ISKCON charity has been used to very opulently house and feed a few big leaders while the masses were starving. Criminal negligence. And worse, staged photos of the children were used to bilk Hindus all over the globe to give substantial donations to: "take care of ISKCON's children." And now it turns out, the male leader of "The Family" cult as we mentioned above had also used his children for staged photos to get credibility, sympathy, more followers and money.

Such things as this and actually far worse occurred to ISKCON's children than the above mentioned "Family" cult. They too were sometimes malnourished. Yet far worse, they were sometimes abused and beaten. Yet far worse they were sometimes starved while the leaders ate like horses. Yet far worse they were sometimes molested. Yet far worse some children died from medical neglect while some of the leaders have reputedly spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on their own health. And isn't this called embezzling? The corrupt leaders have also hid behind the religion and charity laws of America that make it difficult to target such criminal neglect. They abuse those laws. At this point it is estimated that one thousand children were molested, and this is astronomical considering that the schools did not have very many students. So, they have avoided responsibility by various hiding and legal tricks.

And almost exactly like ISKCON's big leaders, the male leader of "The Family" cult was alleged to have been spending $1,200 a day on himself (for his personal crack cocaine habit) while his children were deprived of basic human essentials. In the ISKCON situation, many members of the inner circle guru clique have also spent considerable money on themselves. Many of them have lived quite well if not extremely opulently while their society's children were deprived of basic human essentials. Thus some ISKCON gurus have had excessive items such as: expensive jewelry, expensive motor homes, expensive cars, private houses, private servants, huge daily feasts, private massage therapists, private music recording studios, expensive computers, expensive medical treatments, silk clothing and so on. And some of them have indulged in drugs such as alcohol, tranquilizers, percodan, marijuana, LSD and ecstasy, and sometimes subsequent expensive drug rehabilitation programs. Some of them have enjoyed seemingly endless supplies of personal cash (Hansadutta had nearly $10,000 cash on his person when he was arrested in 1986), and so on, and meanwhile there has been "no money" to buy anything more than slimy oatmeal for the children?

Yet this clearly criminal neglect of children in ISKCON was not properly pursued legally. Why not? Certainly some of the parents were apathetic or they sometimes sympathized more with the bogus leaders than their own children. Yet some parents were quite alarmed and they wanted to act, yet many of the worse cases were "crimes committed in India." There, justice is hard to get especially for ISKCON's rank-and-file members since the official institution is so wealthy. Many parents have simply no funds to start a big lawsuit anywhere, and so on. In sum, the GBC's leaders have also hid behind the barriers that fighting a child molesting case would produce, especially in a place like India. The leaders have indeed grown fat and happy behind these barriers and have counted on that to shield them from all of the repercussions of the abuse that took place there, under their watch indeed, especially in India where the worst cases were reported.

If we look at the "official response" the to Windle Turley lawsuit by ISKCON's Anuttama dasa, he simply says that since the crimes of molestation took place twenty or thirty years ago, why should "the present devotees" and managers be held accountable? For starters, "the managers during the ancient times of twenty and thirty years ago" are still the current leaders such as Tamal Krishna (Dallas), Jayapataka (Mayapura), Satsvarupa (Boston etc.), Hridayananda (Los Angeles), and others of that ilk. They were the main "big managers" back then. Agreed. And yet, they still are? Fact: these same individuals were the main leaders and policy makers twenty or thirty years ago, and they are still essentially in charge of the corporate body called "ISKCON" today? At least they are still the leaders (and enforcers) of many of the current policies of corporate ISKCON? Indeed, they are now worshipped as the current "gurus" of corporate ISKCON? When did these "previous leaders" leave ISKCON? They have not. The founder fathers of these coordinated criminal enterprises are still there, albeit they may have had the crimes committed by others?

As such, the founder father leaders of "the enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophiles regime" are indeed "still around." Indeed they are still the main leaders. Indeed they have not been eliminated but rather -- elevated to the post of gurus, as saints like Jesus -- since they are "gurus" for all of ISKCON? And yet these folks are also the same people who founded the molester worship. And they are the same people who later covered up for the resultant molestation problem. They are the same folks who orchestrated the repression of those of us who protested the molester worship. And worse, they orchestrated the murders of some of us who protested, by their acidic rhetoric and much more. And worse some of them are reputed, more and more, to have orchestrated the poisoning of the founder of the Hare Krishna mission itself?

And yes, these are also the same people who were out there driving around in their big cars like Cadillacs, stuffing their faces eating opulent 40 course feasts, spending lavishly on their own selves, ...while meanwhile the ISKCON children under their charge were being starved, abused, beaten, neglected of basic human needs, forced to live in a sort of concentration camp lifestyle, and many were being systematically molested as well. The persons who created the child molester worship cult, and resultant molester webs, nests, and infrastructure of abuse and mass molesting and so on are thus, still in charge. And they are still considered to be the "pure devotee gurus like Jesus" of corporate ISKCON?

It is for this reason that some of their critics have openly said that they no longer care what happens to corporate ISKCON. The same people who created the molestation and abuse infrastructure by commission or omission, are still in charge. And worse, they are being worshipped as gurus; i.e. the founder fathers of the enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophiles regime? Certainly, some of the ex-youth have the attitude, that ISKCON is so corrupt it no longer has a valid purpose. Other ex-youths say, we like ISKCON and thus it must be saved. Yet it seems at this point that the only way to save it is to use a lawsuit to force the institution to take better care of its citizens?

Nor has the corporate ISKCON leaders basic post-1977 philosophical policy "that homosexual pedophiles and their supporters are links or members of the eternally pure as Jesus guru lineage" been changed? Hence the official corporate ISKCON GBC policy since 1977 is that child molesters are (were or could have been) links in God's guru successor chain. As such, child molesters are links in a chain of pure as Jesus saints? In 1986 a reform was demanded, but it got worse, not better. The GBC leaders said that more "pure as Jesus saints" are to be "voted in" when their one of known homosexual pedophile gurus was being re-coronated? And so the leaders gave official homosexual pedophile guru re-coronation certificates to people such as (current ISKCON "gurus") Trivrikrama, Prithu, Bir Krishna, Ravindra swarupa (William Deadwhiler the III) and many other similar deviants. To sum, the official idea that "child molesters are links in a chain of saints like Jesus" has not been curtailed and abandoned, rather it has been spread widely all over ISKCON where it exists even today?

Have the odious GBC documents that state that homosexual pedophiles such as Bhavananda are ISKCON's gurus been withdrawn? No. Or have the odious GBC documents that state that the founder fathers of the molester worship project -- are ISKCON's current gurus -- been withdrawn? No. Have the odious GBC documents which state that gurus are voted in at homosexual pedophile guru re-coronations (such as the 1986 GBC report) been withdrawn? No. Has the GBC admitted that odious homosexual pedophiles are not gurus and those who made that odious policy of contrived worship are also odious deviants? No. Has the GBC asked for the resignation of the leaders who created, sustained, and helped their homosexual pedophile "gurus" get hundreds of thousands of dollars of property, jewelry, silk clothes, nice cars and so on, while the children in their charge were being starved, beaten and molested? No. Has the GBC said that the persons who penned their bogus annual reports stating that "homosexuals are gurus" will hence be banned from managing the society, and no longer be considered as leaders or gurus? No. And so on.

Not only have the creators of the homosexual worship project "not left" ISKCON, they are now considered as its current saints like Jesus? When did these leaders "leave ISKCON"? They have not. This is a lie. Rather the deviant leaders who originally concocted the worship of homosexual pedophiles as saints like Jesus -- have not been removed. Worse, they have been made into ersatz Jesus' themselves. The problem has not been contained, it has spread. Instead of saying, homosexual pedophiles are not God's "pure as Jesus successors" as the GBC was requested to do for example in 1986, the GBC instead re-affirmed and re-coronated one of their worst homosexual pedophile "guru" culprits and simultaneously -- voted in -- more of "God's successors."

The best of this lot is apparently Harikesha swami. He left ISKCON around 1998 citing that this child molester issue was going to bring down the house. He had the intellect to see that the only option left for "guru" leaders like himself was to resign and withdraw from all managerial posts, or else later on ISKCON would be used as a shield to protect these mis-managers. He was right.

And the former right hand men, or henchmen, of the molester worship project are still around as well in many cases? For example Ramesvara's biggest henchmen supporters such as Svavasa (Los Angeles) and Badrinarayana (San Diego) are still in charge of these places? Kirtanananda's former henchmen like Radhanatha swami, Varsana swami, Umapati swami, Kuladri and others are still active in ISKCON as well. Tapa punja was released from jail for complicity in the murder of a dissident, and then put in a post of authority in New Vrindavana? Tamal's former friends like Bir Krishna, Ravindra Swarupa, and indeed the whole Vipramukya crew at the GBC's CHAKRA web site are still in charge of ISKCON projects and so on.

What this looks like then is: no accountability? If one supports the worship of homosexuals and pedophiles, one will be rewarded with a big post of authority. Maybe they will even make one another of their "saints like Jesus"? Then the leaders wonder, why are the ex-children victims and some of their adult protectors so angry? For starters, because the leaders who created the molestation imbroglio have not left. They have not compensated the victims properly either. They have not acted responsibly to repair the child molesting crises they generated.

An example of this is that first the leaders of ISKCON offered the collective molested children $125,000. That is about one hundred and twenty five dollars per molested victim? Yet they failed to even raise that amount and distribute it properly, according to reports. Then the leaders said they were going to provide one million dollars for all of the victims. That sum was never produced either? And as we all know, the proper sum of compensation is more likely at least one million dollars per victim, not for the mass of victims. After a child has been deprived of an education, and his childhood, and he has all sorts of special problems due to abuse to cope with life, a million dollars is the minimum requirement to compensate for this loss, it would seem? Yet the GBC has never been able to recognize the levels of damage they produced to others by their deviant policies?

Indeed, when the suicide levels of the children had increased to alarming levels, the GBC did nothing of substance to help? Just prior to the filing of the Windle Turley case we had requested the leaders to make personal letters of apology to the victims. This did not occur. The suicide levels of the ex-children only went down, and dramatically, after the Windle Turley case was filed? Yet after this, many adults and leaders still complained about the Windle Turley suit. Increased levels of suicides among the ex-youth is the better plan to fix everything? So this is the problem, there has not been a realistic, concrete, tangible plan to address this crisis and provide realistic support for the victims of child abuse and molestation in ISKCON. Perhaps this is because: the founder fathers of "the enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophiles as saints like Jesus" regime, are still the main leaders of ISKCON and its policies. They have not been removed. They have not resigned and left the institution.

Nor have the many other past and present GBC supporters and collusionary agents such as Calcutta's Adridharana dasa wrote a letter of clarification of this issue despite our asking them to do so. What we need to show now is that the leaders and their webs of past and present supporters are now repentant and are expressing direct personal apologies for their direct or collusive roles in misrepresenting Srila Prabhupada and Krishna's teachings, and as such, acting in a sort of collective conspiracy against the interests of ISKCON's children. thanks pd

4) GEORGE CHANGES EVERYTHING

There is no doubt in my mind that George Harrison has gone back to Godhead. He left his body as his wife Olivia said 'conscious of god' reciting the holy names; wearing vaishnava tilaka and tulasi neckbeads with Syamasundar and Mukunda chanting at his side. The Sunday Mirror of December 2nd carried the headline: 'With Incense and chanting filling the air he said 'Hare Krishna' and slipped away.'

I expected that a great devotee like Srila Prabhupada would have left his body in such a glorious way and perhaps a few of his advanced disciples, but George was not one of those. He did some wonderful service, paying £250,000 for the Manor and $19,000 US for Krsna Book. He released the Maha mantra as a single and wrote 'My Sweet Lord', publicising the name of Krsna around the world. But he did not 'surrender all', like most devotees who join the movement.

He was not initiated and ultimately died of cancer from smoking cigarettes. He was occasionally seen supping beer at one or another of his local pubs in Henley-on Thames and is also known to have been fond of red wine and motor racing. But how amazing - that a Beatle - who has enjoyed all the prohibitions of spiritual life and perhaps a few more (if half those stories are true) should effectively attain exactly the same result as a devotee like Srila Prabhupada who had never broken a principle in his life?

'Throughout my whole life' Prabhupada wrote to Tamal Krsna in June 1970, 'I do not know what is illicit sex, intoxication, meat-eating or gambling. I do not remember any part of my life when I was forgetful of Krsna'. But this is the promise of Krsna: 'Whoever, at the time of death, quits his body, remembering Me alone, at once attains My nature. Of this there is no doubt.' Bhagavad Gita (As It Is) 8.5. In his purport to this verse Srila Prabhupada writes: 'In this verse the importance of Krsna Consciousness is stressed. Anyone who quits his body in Krsna Consciousness is at once transferred to the transcendental abode of the Supreme Lord. The word smaran (remembering) is important. Remembrance of Krsna is not possible for the impure soul who has not practised Krsna Consciousness in devotional service. To remember Krsna one should chant the mahamantra. Incessantly following in the footsteps of Lord Caitanya, being more tolerant than the tree, humbler than the grass and offering all respect to others without requiring respect in return. In such a way one will be able to depart the body successfully remembering Krsna and so attain the supreme goal.'

Krsna spoke Bhagavad Gita particularly for the people of Kali Yuga, which is so called because it is a time of great darkness. Yet, for all its faults Kali offers many opportunities, precisely because liberation would otherwise be so difficult to attain. In chapter 122 of the Brahma Purana the sage Vyasa further states: 'In the blessed Kali Age, O Brahmanas, there shall be a great benefit through less strain. Women and Sudras shall become blessed. Understand one thing more. 'In regard to penance, practice of austerity and performance of Japa, O Brahmanas, what is achieved in the Krta Yuga in ten years, is achieved in a year in the Treta Yuga. It is achieved in a month in the Dvapara yuga and in a day and a night in the Kali Yuga. Hence we can say that a person achieves good things in the Kali easily. 'By singing songs in praise of Kesava in the Kali Yuga, one obtains what is obtained in the Krta Yuga by meditation, in the Treta Yuga by performing sacrifices and in the Dvapara Yuga by performing worship.

'In the Kali age, a person achieves increased virtue by means of simple effort. People become well versed in piety with little strain. Hence I am pleased with Kali age.' Brahma Purana 122 Verses 61-63.

However, in this particular Kali Yuga there is an extra benediction due to Sri Caitanya's appearance. In Sri Caitanya Caritamrta Krsna Das Kaviraj writes: 'The characteristics of Krsna are understood to be a storehouse of transcendental love. Although that storehouse of love certainly came with Krsna when He was present, it was sealed. But when Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu came with his other associates of the Panca-tattva, they broke the seal and plundered the storehouse to taste transcendental love of Krsna. The more they tasted it the more their thirst for it grew.' Adi-lila 7.21.

Srila Prabhupada adds in the purport: 'Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is called maha-vadananyayavatara because although he is Krsna himself, he is even more favourably disposed to the poor conditioned souls than Lord Sri Krsna. When Lord Sri Krsna Himself was personally present He demanded that everyone surrender unto Him and promised that He would give all protection, but when Sri Caitanya came to this earth with His associates, He simply distributed transcendental love of God without discrimination.

Krsna Das Kaviraj continues in verse 23 of the same chapter: 'In distributing love of Godhead, Caitanya Mahaprabhu and His associates did not consider who was a fit candidate and who was not, nor where such distribution should or should not take place. They made no conditions. Wherever they got the opportunity the members of the Panca-tattva distributed love of Godhead.' Adi-lila 7.23.

As many devotees who joined the movement as teenagers, are reaching their 50's and 60's we are seeing practical examples of Sri Caitanya's mercy, as we witness our brothers and sisters leaving their bodies heroically, as in the case of George, with their minds fixed on Krsna.

But it seems to me that we have a great deal to learn from George's passing. The first thing is that strictly following regulative principles is not the key to going back to Godhead, neither is diksa initiation. I'm not knocking these things, following principles, helps to purify the consciousness and acceptance of a spiritual master is fundamental to the bhakti tradition, but they are obviously not as significant as we might have thought.

On the other hand, if one remembers Krsna at the time of death and chants his Holy Name one is sure of attaining the supreme goal of life, regardless of any other factor. The essential principle, therefore, must be to practice chanting and remembering Krsna throughout life, in preparation for the time of death.

Taking this argument a step further it is totally plausible that a devotee who has been initiated by one of our many fallen gurus such as Jayatirtha, Bhavananda or Kirtananda could equally attain the same result by remembering Krsna at the time of death. So also, could any member of the Gaudiya Math, The IRM, The Prabhpadanuga's or any temple guest who has faith in the chanting of the Holy Names. This seems to put the 'guru issue' into the shade, for however 'bogus' some may appear they and every one of their disciples stand an equal chance of going back to Godhead in this life and that must be what ultimately counts.

In other words, Krsna Consciousness transcends all schisms and boundaries. Lord Caitanya does not distinguish between who is suitable and who is not. The opportunity is universally available to all. What's important then, is for us to make it as easy as possible for others to achieve the same result to their lives and that will not happen while we continue to squabble over trifles. We must become transcendentalists in the real sense of the word, transcending our own petty differences first, before the rest of the population will be able to take Krsna Consciousness seriously.

But what an opportunity, My Sweet Lord was #1 in Britain last week. This means that around 250,000 people who bought the CD are hearing the maha mantra, as well as countless millions who will have heard it on tv and radio (just in this one country). Everyone in the world knows that George Harrison died chanting Hare krsna and this one fact, raises the movements profile considerably.

People see that it is not just a cult, but a genuine spiritual tradition that offers its followers a purposeful way to die and that's a very big deal. You can't find that anywhere. George's death has changed everything for me, for I see that Iskcon is divided over superficial issues that are irrelevant in the final analysis. Thanks to George I now know that I'm finishing up in the material world and we shall all be going back to Godhead, in the very near future.

5) Dear Yaduraj prabhu,

Please accept my humble obeisances.
With all due respects, prabhu, I object to your claim that Srila Prabhupada's having left both doors open is a 'new philosophy'. That only means you are taking all the instrutions to his disciples re/becoming guru refer to siksa only. You cannot say this in truth anymore than someone else can say they all refer to diksa. I have read all the arguments and none of them are conclusive to the exclusion of all others. When are the different 'sides' of this circular argument going to start actually listening to the valid points of the other 'sides' and start a new co-operative effort to pick up the lost pieces and carry on the preaching mission without the deviations?

Please don't take this personally, as I have always respected you very much as a very sincere and honest devotee. But I respect devotees on all sides of this issue, except for the actual deviants, which includes by necessity all of the original guru-usurpers, and all their subsequent appointed/elected gurus (as we all know that Srila Prabhupada spoke strongly against the very concept). I don't think anyone has proven that the original ritvik instructions to the magic 11 was not a specific instruction to them, knowing they would indeed deviate, and that now that their deviations have torn apart the very fabric of ISKCON it cannot simply be fixed by a technical change of policy.

But I also would not recommend anyone to accept any other than Srila Prabhupada as their spiritual master. Still, I cannot accept the idea that Srila Prabhupada did not leave the door open, from all of my personal study of all he has said, not from any new source. That I personally, as a matter of instinctive fact, believed in the 'ritvik' initiation concept on my own before I ever heard there was a letter ordering it does not eliminate the fact that I also saw the instructions I personally read and studied for many years to include the instruction to become guru, even diksa. The arguement is also given by those who believe in 100% ritvik that these were merely His Divine Grace's hopes, yet that does not alter the fact that it was indeed his instructions as well.

So all sides can be argued in many ways, and I have never seen fit to take any of the 'sides', but rather continue to believe as I always have, before I even read all these arguments, before I even knew the argument existed. So the door certainly is open, and it is certainly defeatative to your cause to use the accusation of guru-envy and guru-wannabe in a debate on these points. It also pains me personally to hear it lodged towards devotees whom I know have no such ulterior motivation as a matter of fact, and I know to be every bit as sincere and honest as I know you to be. Again, I hope this does not offend you, but I feel as a friend it is important for me to point out the flaws I see in your black and white stand.
