1) Dear Adridharana prabhu,

Prabhu, I just spoke for an hour with a devotee who was out of the counrty,
and who had spent time with you recently. He said he was very thankful for
you opening his eyes on the poison issue. He said that you played him the
tape, and that this made him cry. Then he said that you told him that you
think Srila Prabhupada was poisoned and that Tamal is a culprit. When I
told him that you had expressed doubts on the poison issue he was stunned
and could not believe me. So, it seems that your real feelings are the same
--as ours?

Sorry, therefore, that I got so upset when you made a reversal and started
running towards the opponent's goal post. The problem for me is that this
has happened so many times I have to admit that it is a little frustrating.
You are running along with the ball and I'm doing some tackle work, then
you, my own team-mate, goes backwards and starts running towards the
opponent's goal post. That means I have to drop everything and run after my
own man, recover the ball, and start running the other direction again, and
meanwhile, continue to do the tackle work and so on and so forth. Very hard
work, very time consuming and very frustrating. So forgive me for being so
harsh. Anyway, I do thank you for getting this devotee up to speed on the
issue. Let us act as common team-mates and keep the ball going in one
direction, as apparently, your own heart tells you we should.

2) LEGAL BLUES

A temple authority called up pada and asked us to give his temple mercy in
the upcoming gurukuli lawsuit. The first problem is that we are not in
charge of the lawsuit. The next problem is that we are not interested in
the money aspect of the lawsuit, rather we want to: spotlight, highlight
and address the wrongs that the leaders have perpetrated upon the devotees,
and especially the women, children and cows, and how by doing this they
have deviated SEVERELY from the instructions of Srila Prabhupada and the
aim and object of his mission.

There are thousands of examples, but here is one. Jayatirtha was out trying
to buy a Boeing 707, for a million dollars or more, and he was looking at
Hugh Hefner's because it had a swimming pool. Meanwhile, the children in
the schools he was supposed to help monitor were being fed death camp
rations of burnt rice? When we pointed out that he was unfit, we got kicked
out by the collective GBC? And there are hundreds of thousands of similar
episodes of criminal excess, neglect, abuse, if not violence, and all
backed the collective GBC cabal. Therefore, such levels of abuse have to be
accounted for somewhere down the line? That is normal.

The next problem is that for persons like us, there is not much joy to go
to the temples that we are being requested to protect. There is the usual
gauntlet of vicious glares almost wherever we go, and why is that? That is
because the GBC and their clones are not happy that their molester-con
project was exposed and halted by sheer public exposure. Otherwise, they
would say, "Oh cool, here comes Puranjana dasa, are we ever glad he fought
to save our kids from worshipping molesters." But mostly they never say
that, instead they are angry and begrudging, just like the crooks in the
jails are. They are upset, not at the molestation and murder of dissidents,
but that they got caught.

Apart from that, how can one cut a deal with the GBC? Every deal they have
made has fallen to pieces since they do not keep their end of the bargain?
And look at the lack of remorse by forwarding some of the worst neglecters
in their recent ITV video? In any case, whatever we can do to negotiate
among the various parties we are willing to make a go of it, but only if
both parties agree to use us as a negotiation method.

My advice to the GBC is that when a company is being sued for crooked
managers, the very first thing they do is to sack those managers. They get
rid of them and pronto as a sign of good faith. The GBC never does that.
Worse they bring in new managers like Prithu, who lectures in the temple
that the brahmacharis have one hand in their bead bag and they are
masturbating with the other, and that is how he talks in front of the
ladies? And he and Bir Krishna sat unmoved like stones when the gurukulis
begged, pleaded, harassed and almost threatened, "You have to get rid of
Satadhanya and Dhanurdar." So it seems like the solution is worse than the
original problem?

Anyway, if both parties want to negotiate something and they want us to try
to do it, we will, but we will have to have a few other hand-selected
assistants to add to the group. thanks pd

3) About the Gaudiya Matha

What's the quote in which Prabhupada says Sridhara maharaj is not acharya.

* Srila Prabhupada: "So SRIDHARA MAHARAJA and his associate gentlemen
unauthorizedly selected one acharya and later it proved to be a failure."

[PADA: Sridhara's post-1930s "guru" was the infamous Vasudeva, who was a
bi-sexual. Worse, devotees who opposed this "pure devotee guru Vasudeva"
were banned, beaten and killed. In sum, Sridhara Maharaja turned the
Gaudiya Matha into a violent homosexual worshipping cult. Later this
Vasudeva commited suicide, since his son had been murdered with poison to
cover-up a scandal.]

* "The result is that now EVERYONE is claiming to be acharya."

[PADA: This is also what occured in ISKCON. Some fools tried to be guru,
they failed, and so another wave of gurus came along. Sridhara Maharaja
also told the GBC to vote in more gurus annually at Mayapura, especially
those who are envious of them, to appease the envious. So if you find
someone who is an envious rascal, make him the guru? And notice that the
GBC's "voting for gurus annually at Mayapura" idea came from Sridhara
Maharaja. Problem: gurus are not rubber stamped by votes.]

* In some camps the acharya is being CHANGED three times a year.

[PADA: Sridhara Maharaja's idea of "adding and eliminating gurus" every
year by vote is condemned by Srila Prabhupada.]

* Therefore amongst my God brothers NO ONE IS QUALIFIED to become acharya.

[PADA: This means Sridhara Maharaja as well.]

* So it is better NOT TO MIX with my God brothers very intimately, because
instead of inspiring our students they may sometimes POLLUTE them.

[PADA: Sridhara Maharaja's ideas harmed the Gaudiya Matha, and as such they
might be harmful for ISKCON, and they have been.]

* This attempt was made by them previously, especially MADHAVA Maharaja and
TIRTHA Maharaja and BON Maharaja, but somehow I saved the situation.

[PADA: Srila Prabhupada clearly lumps in Sridhara Maharaja with the other
false gurus of the Gaudiya Matha.]

* This is going on. We shall be careful about them AND NOT MIX WITH THEM.
This is my instruction to YOU ALL. They CANNOT HELP us in our movement, but
they are very competent to HARM our natural progress. So we must be very
careful about them." (SPL April 28, 1974)

RAGHU: 2ndly, does acharya and guru qualify as two different things.

[PADA: There are two types of gurus, diksa gurus who are self-realized and
shiksa gurus who teach ON BEHALF of the diksha guru. Sridhara Maharaja says
that when the neophyte and still-contaminated shiksha guru throws a banana
around, he is a diksha guru. No, a banana ceremony does not make you a
resident of Vaikuntha.]

RAGHU: Would you say Prabhupada never respected Sridhara Maharaj as a
legitimate guru?

Those persons serving His Divine Grace ["with extraordinary devotion and
love"] also ran his movement into the ground. Jayadvaita cries crocodile
tears for those persons who were so ambitious that they created the first
zonal acarya system of exploitation which Jayadvaita himself protested
vociferously. Although Jayadvaita and Ravindra
Svarupa were supposed to put an end to the phony zonal acarya system's
imitate-a-guru scheme, they actually sold out and accepted the title of
"guru" without reforming anything. Today, the result is that we hear
endless rhetoric about REFORM, when there is no such reform. Nobody in the
history of our parmpara has dared to talk of a concept of "guru-reform"
because, as Srila Prabhupada says, "you cannot say 'bad' guru'... guru
cannot be bad.

Millions have been cheated because they wanted to be cheated. Why millions?
There is no question of counting" how many have been cheated by so-called
"bad" gurus. Now ISKCON openly embraces the concept of bad gurus or gurus
that need reform. Why doesn't Jayadvaita cry over this?! Let's talk of
poison. Let's talk of the relative damage between poisoning Srila
Prabhupada and poisoning Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON. If Srila
Prabhupada were poisoned, Srila Prabhupada left his body. But if Srila
Prabhupada's ISKCON is poisoned, then the hundreds and thousands of persons
who are meant to take shelter and be delivered from material life cannot do
so, because Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON is poisoned.

They are misled. whereas Srila Prabhupada, one person, has been allegedly
poisoned, THOUSANDS of people are poisoned by poisoning Srila Prabhupada's
ISKCON, by the creation of imitation gurus and changing Srila Prabhupada's
books into mundane
literature by Jayadvaita's editing process.

As Srila Prabhupada himself CRIES out on this dangerous situation: WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? WHOM ARE YOU GOING TO WRITE TO? WHO CARES? ALL RASCALS ARE THERE AMONGST HIS DISCIPLES.

Yasodanandana: Sometimes they appeal that "We can make better English," so
they change like that, just like in the case of Isopanisad. There are over
a hundred changes. So where is the need? Your words are sufficient. The
potency is there. When they change, it is something else.

Svarupa Damodara: That's actually a very dangerous mentality.

Yasodanandana: What is it going to be in five years? It's going to be a
different book.

Prabhupada: So you... What you are going... It is very serious situation.
You write one letter that "Why you have made so many changes?" And whom to
write? Who will care? All rascals are there. Write to Satsvarupa that "This
is the position. They are doing anything and everything at their whim." The
next printing should be again to the original way.

The current PR fire-fighting by Hari Sauri prabhu and ISKCON Mayapura has me studying the report from a different perspective. I will leave out all of Adridharana's comments for easier reading.

In a world where being 'in-debt' to merchants, institutions or governments is commonplace today, I find absolutely not one statement of true appropriate remorse for the devotee who's life ended under the watch of Mayapur management. Whether a suicide or homicide, this report attempts to paint the victim as black and the ISKCON Mayapur as lily white. Page after page of narrative where all the ISKCON "participants" have supplied information that describes the victim as an animal. The reason I say this is that most anyone knows that when someone speaks of suicide, they should be carefully watched, counseled and attended to. Even in prison, the inmate is moved to an infirmary where they are watched through windows. Very low quality and virtually absent public relations condolences to say the least.

Describing the hanging or what was excreted from the victim's body does not prove it was a suicide. Your "investigation" states: *He had placed the stool on the bed and stood on that.* And just how the hell do you know he did that? You weren't there. I would openly disagree with the officer who stated that because semen had been excreted, that meant it was definitely suicide. Not so. Ive had full police officer and paralegal training, and that is not necessarily always true.

Funny thing, in America, the men you list namely: Dayarama dasa, Nitai prasad dasa, Jagadartiha dasa, Abirama dasa, Jayapataka Swami, Naresvar dasa- would not be off the hook even if it is deemed a suicide but would LIKELY face felony charges of conspiracy to kidnap, Kidnapping (binding hands with ropes), negligent homicide (he died under your watch) or wrongful death. We will never know how the victim felt about your men's treatment, as he is no longer with us to defend himself, (thus the 'state' would have to come to his defense) and, you're not in Kansas anymore there, so anything from British parliament to gunda roaming street thug law is possible in such a Holy outback.

CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK? Such crimes as owing merchants money, taking a girl "for a ride", lying to impress her or others, lying about one's parental position so as to impress her or others, receiving airline tickets at an institution's expense so as to travel for one's own pleasure, or running up a phone bill- all take place at every moment of the day as a common occurrence in ISKCON and other societies, by the top-rung on the leadership ladder. We know Srila Prabhupada would at least state that our victim was a "rascal" and should be punished- no doubt, so what exactly would he say about the following behaviors?

ISKCON Sydney still houses and seats one Bhavananda dasa as a respected senior member after serious criminal conduct against children in Mayapura and other locations. ISKCON Delhi still pays all homage and worship to Lokanath Swami, while he adorns guru/sanyasa clothing after molesting a young child in her home in North America.

Why, just last year, your cohorts chose to give away MILLIONS of Srila Prabhupada's money to an organized crime group called a Russian mafia, befriended by one of your senior gbc/guru men, whom you also gave away millions to, in a what your men termed a severance package/retirement fund.

Rather than having them each punished by legal standards.the internal affairs of ISKCON, choosing once again to take the law into their own maverick hands, having done their usual "investigation" has simply re-confirmed that they are entirely unqualified to make any such investigations, and even more ludicrous, especially when those investigating are participants in the crimes investigated. Again, for clarity, it's called RICO (racketeering, influenced, corrupt organization).

At this point I would like to call attention to an editorial I wrote many months ago titled:
This is the Solution. Please take the time to read it again.

So, this fellow, our latest casualty, admits he's a bum, admits he's in a desperate loss for how to handle his situation, may not be actually remorseful or repentant but has been caught, and all your report can do is dismiss his death as something you had nothing to do with, after tying him and locking him up, while he is to wait for-what treatment?- from those Delhi devotee 'marshals' you're sending for him. And you have the gall to state confidently, that *he was in no way threatened. *

MORE POOR PUBLIC RELATIONS.

I can understand how there may not have been refrigerated storage of the body available and thus a cremation needed to occur soon after, but were the victim's family contacted before or after you cremated? At all? In most cultures of the planet, most parents and specifically most mothers would want to know of the death of their son, no matter what his behavior or their relationship. How many times have we seen mothers show up at sentencings for sons who have murdered or raped and try to say 'what a good son' he always was? There is not one statement concerning any true regret that someone who had such a difficult mind and karma, didn't find the peace he needed in the philosophy and association of your devotees. Or that philosophically, 'there is no loss or diminution on this path, therefore he may take up bhakti in the next life'. He is characterized by the tone of your report as one whose actions were such that the loss of his association was appropriate through his DEATH. Worse, to any average shmoe outsider, the report is just an internal tug of war between two speculations over the facts (remember, all this is just 'hearsay', secondhand) and attempts at defending ISKCON Mayapur management from bad PR, rather than making any appropriate and necessary offering of condolences. Shall I have engraved on your"grave"or spoken at your eulogy- "here goes so and so and what a so and so he was"? Well, that's how your report comes off. Another statement your report makes:

*One wonders how so many falsehoods can be misrepresented as "facts"* Do you really? In light of the history since Prabhupada's departure - do you REALLY?
