Apparently, at least according
to CHAKRA and other unofficial pada sources, Adridharana dasa and his crew has
been legally removed from the Calcutta temple. We sort of expected this type of
thing since he was not really making a solid (criminal) legal approach to these
issues. Rather, he sort of attempted a Gaudiya Matha styled long winded legal
tactic of contesting the managerial and guru legacy, which simply already has
led to 40 years in the Indian courts without any substantial resolution in the
post 1936 case as well. One needs a real "cause celebre" (such as the poison issue)
as we told Adri when he first started the IRM from square one.
Playing
patty-cakes with the GBC will not make a winning case, you'd need a MUCH bigger
CRIMINAL case and we tried to convince the IRM to use that, but they instead focused
on sending people over to CHAKRA for advice from -- Tamal? Compromised. So, that
is what has caused the real downfall of the IRM, compromising with Tamal. This
guy Tamal says that Srila Prabhupada wanted to give him something to make him
die, and then the IRM makes this Tamal is their "authority." This made the IRM
dead on arrival, as one devotee stated to us at the time. thanks pd

After Srila Prabhupada's departure, there were so many deviations that crept withn
the ISKCON movement, all in the guise of devotional service. So many in leadership
positions simply stood by accepting these deviations without objection. These
gutless leaders stood by as the homosexuals ran rampant, pretending to be gurus
and acharyas; and other "senior gaudiya acharyas" certified these homosexuals
as pure devotees. As a result many people, especially gurukulis, have left the
Krishna consciousness movement....

PARAMAKARUNA DD: It's simply not possible to cooperate
or attract someone (especially from other groups) to become favourable to the
cause of Srila Prabhupada's mission, by constantly attacking this or that vaisnava
-- it doesn't really matter if they are really very qualified devotees or not,
simply it's not our business and it's not useful or intelligent. It does not bring
about a good result. Please turn the page over. You can't live all your life in
hate and despise for all others. PADA: Srila Prabhupada attacked them all,
the Gaudiya Matha deviants, the smartas, the sahajiyas, the false religionists,
the mayavadis, you name it.... that is good enough for him? Well, they are the
ones doing the banning, beating, killing, and they have been trying to kill me?
I am supposed to be an ignorant clod and be happy with that? What did Krishna
tell Arjuna? Be happy -- and get annihilated? Noooo? This whole GBC guru system
is false, wholesale, they were never appointed as guru from square one. They thus
have had no power to vote in/ or certify anyone else as guru either, whether Gaura
Govinda or anyone else. Why have Gaura Govinda Maharaja and his colleagues vouched,
supported, advocated such demon guru systems? And indeed GGM even got "voted
into" what he fully states is a "demon guru" lineage? And why did
he refuse to help us when we asked for his assistance to --remove-- what he says
herein are "demon gurus" from being recognized as members of our parampara
and as being recognized as "Srila Prabhupada's successors" and so on?

NM has supported cheaters as gurus, and indeed homosexuals
and pedophiles as his idea of guru lineages, and as such he has tried
to contaminate Krishna and His successive guru's parampara with his nonsense ideas
that homosexuals are, were or could be His gurus. He has also supported that gurus
fall down (and become homosexuals), and that homosexuals gave initiation, hence
his scam for reinitiation and etc. NM says Sridhara Maharaja is his idea of acharya,
ok another supporter of the homosexuals as gurus lineage idea. And so this was
one of NM's and SM's helping advices for the GBC: to give reinitiation and so
on. Thus you, NM, and your pals like SM, directly or indirectly stated that homosexual
pedophiles are or were gurus, they gave diksha, and so on, in a variety of ways,
and you said the founder fathers of the 1936 homosexual gurus are also your idea
of gurus. This is all cheating. Agreed. And then your team brings forth this Bhagavata
Maharaja who says, nothing wrong with dissident (bhakta) murdering homosexual
gurus, yep and nothing wrong with guru poisoner gurus, guru killer gurus?]

Krishna das, re. The November 14th Commission:
As you may recall, my resignation as a GBC member revolved around troubling
questions attending the disappearance of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta
Swami Prabhupada on November 14, 1977. Accordingly, and as a result of this
GBC directive, The November 14th Commission was formed, whose mission is to
research, investigate, study, document, preserve, honor and glorify the life and
times of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder/Acarya
of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, including the circumstances
surrounding his disappearance from this world on November 14, 1977, for the benefit
of all. Through this organization, all of us who share similar concerns can now
"give careful and dispassionate consideration to
the case presented in the book Not That I Am Poisoned" -- after
which process I will then beg to "enter into discussion with the Executive
Committee for a resolution" of this issue, as was requested. The official
announcement of the formation of The November 14th Commission is attached along
